Flemavenger Ruby is really tough even after you reach level 100. You have to know how to beat him, not just rely on strength. so are your characters on steriods, because 99 is the highest level.

any boss can be easy if you know how. the hardest for me is the optional Reno, Rude, and Elena battle (the Turks)

I think that would be Ruby and Emerald {or which ever one was in the water} Weapons.
