I personally disagree with the whole "presents on Christmas" thing.
Reason:
You get presents on your birthday. Chrsitmas is supposed to be the celebration of Jesus's birth. Why are you giving EVERYONE ELSE presents ...
And don't say something stupid like "we're sharing the Christmas spirit" or "we're giving to others since we can't give them to Jesus personally" ... because thats bullshit.
Christmas was made a s Christian holiday to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Now it has been molested and twisted into a mterialistic money-fest. It sickens me. Doesn't matter if you're not Christian, or whatever else you believe in. Holidays should not be abused in the way that Christmas is.
Then again, what do I know ... stare

I like giving Christmas presents. I end up spending much more on gifts than I receive... and I like it that way.
And though we celebrate Jesus' birthday on Christmas day, he was probably actually born in the spring or summer.

Mebbe it's nice to show others you care by giving them shtuff. My parents and friends have done so much for me without expecting anything more than my thanks. And it's nice to have an excuse to do something in return.
Christmas is obviously the worst, but what holiday hasn't had it's meaning temporarily misplaced for the excuse of making money? I worked Easter at a garden centre because for some reason, people couldn't be bothered to plan ahead by a day or two.

Haha, actually Christmas is the molestation of an old Pagan holiday called Yule(note: where Yule log came from). That's the reason why there are Christmas tree's to put presants under, why we give presants, why it's on that day and a number of other traditions. I guess that may rise the question: Is Christmas a Pagan holiday then? Answer: No, as I said, it's a molestation of an old holiday and is now Christian, which has happened to many other old Pagan holidays.
Don't even get me started on Easter...

He didn't do it to me .... mostly because I put a huge a** block of swiss cheese in the middle of the room ... and took pictures of him trying to have sex with it.
