In suikogaiden vol.2, Viki accidentally teleports Nash, Millie and Meg 10 years into the future and runs into the now married Tony and Yuzu... sidenote: someone should define "under-appreciated characters" sweatdrop 1. This has already been answered. 2. An under-appreciated character is an SoD that doesn't get too much attention from the fans. An example of a NON-over-appreciated character would be: Luc, Yuber, Pesmerga, all the heroes, the strategists, Viktor, Flik, Odessa, Percival, Chris, Futch, Geddoe, Hugo, Sierra, Nash, Viki, Jeane, etc. And example of an under-appreciated character would be: Sarah (S1), Yuzu, Tony, Rita, Noah, Lilen, Sanae Y, Rhett, Oskar, Egbert, Dongo, Dios, Goesch, Rania, Ayame, etc. Really, it's just good-judgement that decides. If you see a character discussed a lot (YUBEROMGPLZSTFUABOUTHIM) compared to someone who's basically left alone (TOPPOLIEKWOAH), it's kind of obvious. This really has nothing to do with your favorite character. It's about your favorite character who never gets much attention from the fans.

And OMG, Edge totally gets no love. The Star Dragon Sword should've had more lines though.

I think about why Edge has that sword quite alot.
He's obviously got some ties between Viktor, just because not much is explained it doesnt mean he is under-appreciated.

Just because not much is explained doesn't make them under-appreciated, true... But Edge, compared to say, Viki and Jeane (who have NO explanations what-so-ever), doesn't get much love and attention from the fans in general, compared to other more popular characters.

Mr.spiderlance I think about why Edge has that sword quite alot. He's obviously got some ties between Viktor, just because not much is explained it doesnt mean he is under-appreciated. i have never heard anyone rave about how great or cool edge is

Personally, I think Egde was just kind of thrown in there, I mean, he has one of the most significant Suikoden items ever, but there's no backstory to him. He's just all. "I am Edge. Fight me. I will join you." He should have had more story and character.

In most cases. Kahn is vital to S2's story, but he doesn't recieve too much attention. Sebastian is also very important in S3, but no one fangirls over him.
