Beauty of Time
A single bloom, a flower awakens
Into our world from it's slumber...
Spring had arrived, flowers revive
Winter is gone, harsh chills no longer...
Summer passes, hot and dreary
Into Autumn, dead with colour...
Winter returns, another 3 months
Flowers beauty, gone, the world grows duller...
Spring breaks through the unforgiving Winter
Flowers bloom in it's way...
Bringing beauty to our world
A precious gift, we need not have to pay...

A Spring Not Forgotten
It was a spring I'll never forget
I was enjoying my love for you as the sun sets
But like it was some kind of nightmare
The rain began to fall
And at the same time
I had lost it all
As you walked away from me
I felt a painful sting inside
And all the time I spent with you
Came flashing before my very eyes
I fell to my knees
But couldn't help but deny it
I couldn't let it pass
The rain flowed with my tears
And wasted all those precious years
I never thought you'd do this to me
And I thought back to a moment in the beginning
You told me you'd always be there for me
And fight off all me fears away
But now I know that was a big mistake
To trust you so the price I pay
I gave you my heart
But now it's shattered to a million parts
I sit there and cry
Asking myself that never answered why
When I realized the sun had come out and shown bright...
It was a spring I still haven't forgot. heart
