InnocentBlackShadow Nakago Chan The experience to Gaia and Lanzer with borrowing items isnt so good. I remember the day when Kalec bought a stolen Halo (without knowing of course). The halo was stolen from Arwen (a former Mod) if I remember correctly (She had an borrowing shop or something like that ). Anyhow it ended up ROLLING BACK which meant a complete disaster! All threads, trade of the 2 previous days WHERE DELETED! The little story I wrote doesnt relate to the topic, I was just trying to share information. I suggest Gaia to make a borrowing system where you can set a timer for an item. You send this item with the timer to a person and when the time ends up it gets right back to you. ninja dont copy from me ^^ ninja they did that for a mod... if it had been any ordinary member i doubt that would have occured... your bad luck.. generally that get relayed these days.
but cool idea... they should pay to borrow *rolls in more money* rofl Lol...greedy wink This event caused a lot of people to quit gaia cause they felt Lanzer cares only about the mods.

A few years back, i lent my port's out to somone who in turn sold them and said thay had been hacked. Then transfered them to another account and sold them. I reported it and got my port's back a few weeks later.
I know it rarley happens that people get their items back- I count myself lucky...i can't really say i learned my lesson too much there though...i still trust people way too much sweatdrop

Yeah, I think it's all about the reputation. If the person has a good one and can be trusted, I would lend my stuff to them.
Besides, I haven't heard any stories about big backstabbers yet.

What about Arwen? eek At first I though arwen was the mod with the whole borrowing store. Can you guys tell me why so many mods have retired? and can someone please tell me how the hell can someone become a mod?

It seems as if you must have a Halo to become one. Take SilverArcangel for example. I dont want to sound rude but he did nothing important but exchanging. He got a halo then suddenly, a week later he became a mod. Very strage...

Nakago is correct. Maybe the Mod's who nominate Helpers who are promoted to Mods later think if you have a Halo you should know a lot about the forums and what not.

[Add me to your friend list]
I used to have a Halo.
But it was not worth much so I did not think much of it along with my DJ's and Grizzly hat.
I remember I traded a Grizzly Hat for 2 Sashes.
Then I got "hacked" and the rest is history.
