GreKaosAngel You can find the Case of Denzel on Adventchildren.net, but if you type in Case of Denzel, Case of Tifa, Case of Aeris or something along those lines you can find a site with them and yes they are official.
Are they? I thought it was a really popular fanfic because it says it wasn't written by their FF7 team and stuff...I may have been misinformed though.
But my opinion on things is that they're just friends--Tifa may like him a little more but I highly doubt Cloud sees her as anything more than friend.

Dude Cloud better get with her or Ima have to open a fat can of whoop a** on him. I will respect the opinions of those who don't think Tifa and Cloud should be together but if he doesn't get with her I will be angry because she obviously cares about him as much more than a friend but hes being to stuborn and depressed to realise it.

i no most of u guys didnt notice that they werent married/engaged (watevr),but i thought it was kinda obvious from the beginning of the movie.but its cool if u didnt no about it. to tell the truth i really didnt get it until about the 2nd or 3rd time i saw the movie.and does any1 no the name of cloud's new sword? (the buster sword is used as zack's grave marker if u didn't realize)i can't exactly remember it's name.

Cloud's new swords aren't really called anything. Though somewhere on the web people call them Tsurugi, like first Tsurugi or something like that.

I don't think Cloud knows Tifa likes him, remember because in the game booklet, it said shes afraid to open up to him!
I'm sure that we would of been informed about them getting married or
something!

Hell_Girl09 Ummm they are not engaged cause one she has the ring on the wrong finger and hand two barrett,denzel and the rest of the team have one on their hand you can see it clearly in the movie barret has one on his finger and denzel has one around his neck not unless cloud is gay which i hope not xp ..and I also think marlene has one and plus Square wouldn't put cloud with Aerith nor Tifa cause they would lose many fans he said it in an interveiw...need I say more rofl they would make a pretty couple

Oh my goodnss are there some die-hards in here in regards to what thye think they know and such.
I think Imma stay out of this one...I just enjoy the game and play it and watch AC. take things for what they are and try not to delve too into its layers, lol.

MY THOUGHTS: CONTAIN SPOILERS
SERIOUSLY
Okay, so, personally I think that they definitely have a relationship going and it's implied they had... a relationship in the end of FFVII.
SCRIPT EXCERPT:
(The scene fades in to show Cloud and Tifa alone on the bridge. Tifa is
still watching the clouds go by.)
Cloud
"What are you going to do, Tifa?"
(She turns to him)
Tifa
"Did you forget?"
"I'm... all alone. I don't have anywhere to go."
(The scene fades out, then in to show Cloud and Tifa on a grassy hill.
Tifa stands close to the camera, looking past the player. Cloud is behind
her, staring in another direction. The Highwind hovers above. The only
sound is that of the wind.)
Tifa
"Everyone's gone..."
Cloud
"Yeah, we don't have anywhere or anyone to go home to."
(She looks down.)
Tifa
"You're right..."
(A pause. She looks up and straightens her hair with one hand.)
Tifa
"But... I'm sure someday... they'll come back, don't you think?"
(He crosses his arms)
Cloud
"Hmm... I wonder...?"
"Everyone has an irreplaceable something they're holding on to..."
"But this time, our opponent..."
(A long pause. The sound of the wind fades. Tifa nods)
Tifa
"Hmm... But that's all right, even if no one comes back."
"As long as I'm with you... As long as you're by my side... I
won't give up even if I'm scared."
(He uncrosses his arms and looks at Tifa.)
Cloud
"...... Tifa......"
(She moves her arms behind her.)
Tifa
"No matter how close we are... We were far apart... before this."
"But when we were in the Lifestream surrounded by all those
screams of anguish, I thought I heard your voice..."
(She closes her eyes, crying softly. Her arms fall to her sides and she
bows her head.)
Tifa
"...sniff... you probably don't remember this..."
"But deep in my heart I heard you calling my name... Or at least
I thought I did..."
(Cloud looks away and puts a hand to his face)
Cloud
"Yeah... At that time I heard you calling me."
"You were calling me back in from the stream of consciousness in
the Lifestream."
(He lowers his hand. He nods)
Cloud
"After all, I promised. That if anything were to ever happen to
you, I would come to help."
(Tifa opens her eyes and looks up.)
Tifa
"Cloud...? Do you think the stars can hear us?"
(She gazes off to one side)
Tifa
"Do you think they see how hard we're fighting for them?"
(Cloud looks up at the sky.)
Cloud
"I dunno... But..."
"Whether they are or not, we still have to do what we can. And
believe in ourselves..."
"Someday we'll find the answer. Right, Tifa?"
"That's what I learned from you when I was in the Lifestream."
(She nods)
Tifa
"Yeah...... that's right..."
(Cloud stares off into the distance. He turns away from her slightly and
lowers his head.)
Cloud
"Hey, Tifa...... I...... There are a lot of things I wanted to
talk to you about."
(He shakes his head slowly.)
Cloud
"But now that we're together like this, I don't know what I
really wanted to say..."
"I guess nothing's changed at all... Kind of makes you want to
laugh..."
(Tifa shakes her head)
Tifa
"Cloud... Words aren't the only thing that tell people what
you're thinking..."
(Cloud looks at her. She continues to stare past the player, into space.
She straightens her hair again with one hand.)
Cloud
"............"
(She closes her eyes. The camera pans up, past her, to the sky, as the
scene fades to black.)
and later
Tifa
"Huh!?"
(She looks around.)
Cloud
"It's moving......"
(They dash to the bridge. They find Cait Sith dozing in one corner. They
run past him and find Barret and Cid working with the pilot's controls.)
Cloud
"Barret! Cid!"
(Barret turns and looks at Cloud, then at Tifa, then back to Cloud)
Barret
"O, oh...... is that okay with you?"
(Red XIII runs up to them from offscreen.)
Cloud
"Red XIII!"
(Cloud and Tifa look back to Barret.)
Tifa
"Why didn't you tell me!?"
(Red XIII looks at Cid, who still is operating the controls.)
Red XIII
"But, you know, Cid."
(He looks at Cloud. Cid leaves the controls and stares at Red XIII.)
Cid
"Hey, Red XIII."
"If you butt in now, you never know what they'll say later......"
Tifa
"......Were you watching?"
(They watch her as she runs away, clutches her head and falls to the floor
in embarrassment. Vincent enters the bridge. All except Tifa turn to see
him enter.)
Ok, so that was long, but it has implications. Personally, I think that the way Zax and Aeris showed up in the end of AC and the things they said to him:
[Cloud looks around to see the children happy. He looks up and
notices Aerith kneeling in front of one of the children. He sees her
get up and walk toward the entrance of the church.]
[Aerith turns around and looks at Cloud before leaving.]
Aerith: You see? Everything's all right.
[Aerith turns and walks into a white light. Zack waves goodbye and
follows her.]
Cloud: I know. I'm not alone -- not anymore.
implied that he has moved on, and Zax and Aeris are a part of his past now, he's not alone, even without them. I think he's over Aeris, and the reason he was attracted to her in the first place was the imprints of Zax left on him following his mental trauma.
So, in closing, are they engaged? Doubtful. Might they be at some point? Probably.

I don't know about that, in my opinion one of the things that attracted fans to the romanticy-ness of the game was that there really wasn't one canon couple. Even though I am a big Cloti fan...
