Drakonix Serpentspeaker Being stalked by wild animals could get creepy after a while. So there. blaugh I understand that. I started having dreams of swimming with dolphins when I was five. A few months after the dolphin dreams started, I began having dreams of running with white tigers. During that time, I also had a few dreams with both animals in them... sort of sharing me. It was weird. When I was 12, and just beginning my studies of the Craft, I started having dreams of flying as a bird. Did some research and found out the type of bird I had been was a peregrine falcon. Round about six-seven years ago I was pegged as a mouse by a friend of mine who was trained in both the druidic and shaman traditions. So, I seem to have an animal totem for each of the quarters. Peregrine for Air, White Tiger for Fire, Dolphin for Water, and Mouse for Earth. If they start fighting each other, I'm in big trouble. xd

I just came into this topic . I still don't understand how to find your animal totem. It might just be because I haven't read something properly. I'm bad that way...

In a any type of notebook write ""Guardians of the dream world,I call you to my side.Reveal my spirit animal,my protector and guide.Show me the power,beauty and grace.In the eyes of my guardian's face."
Put that notebook on your bed or somewhere next to your bed and go to sleep.
I don't know about other people's experiences with this, but when I did it I had a bunch of dreams with animals in them. You should know which animal is your animal totem. It may take a few days though for you to find out so just keep the notebook by your bed until you know.

When I was young, I was walking in the wood's in back of my mom-mom's house (I was around 3-4 years old, I got lose from my mom-mom's yard xD) and These two "dogs", one was white, and the other was a gold/brown color, both had golden hues. where fowolling me...As I was walking threw the woods, I got scrached by a sticker-bush, and when I turned around I seen the two dogs, they started to pad to me and when I heard screaming they just disapered..But when the screaming stopped I looked to at a tree and I seen the dogs in the TREE! I thought it was just a tree and I ignored it. But I travled to FAR in to the woods and got lost.
So there I was in the woods...lost...No clue where the heck I was, and all of a sudden, I heard howles..not a dog howle....but it was a wolf howle. And when I looked over to where I heard the howle I seen my dad in the woods looking at me. And everytime I was scared, they'd appear right by me or behind me..and they'd dissaper when My dad came around.
Long after, I was around 5-6 years old, my mom and dad bought two dogs, looked excatley LIKE the one's I seen when I was in the woods, They where wolves...hybird but wolves none the less. And I just found pictures from when I was 3-4 years old of me petting AIR....My mother and father named the white one Dolly(female), and the gold/brown one Sundance(male), dolly was evil thing, when she had pups! I loves sundance though...
And ever since we had to let them lose I've had dreams of them...Mosley me being young in the wood's lost.
So I think Sundance and dolly are my totems.....
I'm pround to say my totem is a wolf ^___^....I rp and mosley my rp's are with wolves....

Almost all of the dreams I've had while doing that animal totem thing have had my dog in them... does that mean anything? He's also been in other dreams when I wasn't trying to find out my animal totem.

Gah.. I betcha that you're thinking I didn't read the first page.. [sigh] I did, I just completley forgot about that part. My memory has gone ka-put: I've got a speech exam in 3 days time, so I'm frantically memorising and leaving no room for anything else! >_>

I wasn't thinking that you didn't read the first page... I was just reminding you as I sometimes forget as well. You can't be expected to remember the first page of every topic... that'd be really hard to do.

I like your story. It must of been amazing to have them though.lol. I only have a lazy beagle.lol. and a bird, ( a starling) and they drive me insane.lol. I'm still trying to find my totem though. Do you still get to see Dolly and Sundance?
