Meriko I think the last time I checked it was about $700. Nah, here you can get photoshop 9 for only $50-60. I think you mean Flash Animator, It IS $700, everyone I know but me has it. XD

Linwe: It's considered somewhat rude to flaunt your work in someone else's shop, which technically this is. And usually if someone is "critiquing" your work, they won't be gentle. It's actually better for you to have a harsh critiquer, than for someone to tell you "Oh, it's okay!". It's about personal growth.

Honestly though, if you follow this tutorial through, you really can't mess up avatar edits.

Meave: I edit hair the same way that I edit clothes. ^^; I'd have nothing new to add to the tutorial, except to replace "wrinkles" with "sections of hair." *hee*
Lumina II: Dude, where do you live? XD I want to go shopping there! And nope, I've never heard of Flash Animator. *checks prices again* Yep, full version $649.00, upgrade from PhotoShop 7 for $169.00.
Linwe Pallanen: Those are great~ ^^ I'm sure your shop will be successful. (I predict that Emi will be ordering that Rina edit in particular.) You should join the Avatar Editors Guild. Just search for "avatar edit" in the Guild buiding's search function and you'll find it easily enough. There's a C&C thread in there and everything.

sad no, The problem is that, Meave don't know how to IMAGINE the outline of the hair sweatdrop and then touch it up with the lines. sweatdrop

Emi: Maybe it's only something you can appreciate when you are older and a parent yourself, but in most cases, everything a parent does that a child hates is motivated by love. If a parent didn't care about whether their child lived or died, they wouldn't take away the matches and knives that the child started playing with. XD Yeah, I know. But she took away the ONE THING I had ANY pride and self esteem in. sweatdrop And she constantly threatens to take away the one thing that keeps my sanity together so I won't need to be sent somewhere with padded walls...

Your pride and self esteem should be founded in who you are, not anything you do or have, and that is something that can not be taken away...your integrity, honesty, and loving nature.
And if you reply, "Noooo, I'm not that good," then you may also take pride in your humbleness. XD
