Krayzee I will admit that yes, there are a crap load of really bad SasuGaa stories (most have Gaara as an emo/goth... erg), but there are some good ones if you look hard enough. And what you said about yaoi being crap... uh hello? There are tons of people who write it and are good at it. If you don't like yaoi then you wouldn't think that the writing style is any good, its a baised opinion. And YOU may hate Sasuke, but I don't, so weather or not he deserves Gaara in your opinion, not a fact. I'm sorry if I sound angry, its just that I hate when people bash other peoples pairing or people who like yaoi. I never once said I didn't like yaoi. My favourite pairing is a yaoi pairing, so that completely debunks your theory of my not liking it. Like I said though, when it comes to the Naruto aspect of fanfiction, the yaoi is bad. Probably because there are so many, it has a greater opportunity to be written poorly. The dialogue is often clumped together, lacks proper punctuation, has random insertions of fangirl Japanese, people use the wrong words altogether, (i.e their, instead of they're, weather, instead of whether. (I just had to catch you for that one, sorry sweatdrop )) the list goes on. Of course the same could be said for hetero fiction, but since there is a great deal less of it, it doesn't scream at you quite so much. I would just like to point out, I'm making a generalization based on what I've seen. I also never once supported my opinion as fact either. I understand there are some people who actually like the character, and I respect that. I was merely stating what I thought on the matter. There are plenty of people out there who bash Sakura. She is one of my favourite characters, but I respect the fact that, yes, people will bash the hell out of her. Again, not bashing people who like yaoi, nor people who read it, I'm just saying, based on what I've seen it can get painful to read. (As can any pairing.) If you like it, then that's what matters. I, personally, can't stomach the blatant disregard for true romance you see in most yaoi. I find it easier to find a believable hetero fic, then a believable yaoi fic. -shrugs- Now that I'm done with that essay XD My favourite pairing is Gaara x Sakura as well. ^_^ I think they just go well together. (Better then GaaHina anyways. She's already obsessed with Naruto XD)

Read it, didn't like it. Gaara was OOC. He would never just kiss Hinata so randomly like that. Considering the fact that he's been betrayed so many times before, it would take a little more time for him to reach that level in a relationship. xd

Zirumi THIS IS NOT MY FANFICTION! But it is pretty good and Rated M. But there are 4 parts to it even though the author said there was only 3.It made me think Gaara was a good Seme. It'd be funny as hell if after he had sex the first time and she asked him how he felt, he started singing the Age of Aquarius and Naruto and Kankuro and Lee were all dancing around him, he's up there in Kazekage clothes xp someone needs to write that, Gaara as the 40-Year-Old Virgin (you know, because they think he's a serial killer at first in the movie)

I had to stop reading Gaara fanfiction. All the fics portray him as a skinny pale goth/emo kid with a horrible life. The authors are overly descriptive too. Talking about his hair, skin height and punk clothes from Hot Topic. Ew.
