"No!" he said a little too hastilly. "No..." he repeated, softer. He flushed, feeling nervous. Would he make the other feel bad about himself...? "I don't like closed-in places... especially not palaces..." he said softly, averting his gaze.

"Oh...I'm sorry, well we don't have to go to the castle. Although I do want you to know the Earth Kingdom has a lot of open fields, but we mostly use them for farming," Dyami smiled to himself thinking, "Oh what am I doing? It's like I'm trying to woo him, I don't he'd be interested in me anyway." He nodded, "But I understand if you don't want to join, maybe another day, we can have a nice picnic." He handed the money to Aoi, and smiled. He turned around, "Take care, Prince of the Winds." He walked in the direction back off to his Kingdom.

Aoshi_3LD Arashi was now leaning boredly against a wall, eyes fixed on the letter, though he really didn't give a damn. Kaminari however jumped up immediately and hovered over Ethan's shoulder. "Ohhhhhhhhhhhh!! What is it? Open it, open it!!" She squealed delightedly, only to be pulled back by the neck of her shirt. She fell on her but and looked up dazed. Once she realized who'd done it she crossed her arms, glaring up at her older brother. "You're the one being rude now." He grumbled, then returned to his previous position leaning against the wall by the door, arms crossed. 'Nari ignored him and returned to hovering. "Well? What's it say?" Ethan looked up from the letter, his eyes wide. "Well what is it? What does it say!" His father urged. "The king wants us to have dinner with him and his family tonight" His father stayed speechless for a moment. hmm, why would the king my brother, want to have dinner with my son and I?.. I don't want to see him.. heck, I can't stand him.. Years ago, Ethan's father and his twin brother had a fight years ago, it turns out that his brother wanted to be king and didn't want to share the throne with his brother. (even though the throne really couldn't be shared..) Ethan's father wanted to share it. he had said there were many wonderful things they could do together, though his brother never wanted to do these things. He really was a good king.. But one day Ethan's father grew tired of being behind and he left from the castle. He married a poor woman, and she died in childbirth. His family never forgave him for marrying someone outside the blood line... "I don't think we should go." He finally said. Ethan looked at him. "Why not? It's the king.." His father crossed his arms stubornly. "Because.. I dont' want to!"

((Grawr, but you know if he walks away it's byebye to RP? ;^; )) Aoi watched him leave and sighed. He pocketed the coins. The other had vanished from view, but Aoi really didn't feel like going back to his Kingdom. Then he would have to explain his absense. He sighed and closed his eyes, trying to puzzle out what to do next. A shadow from the trees took that chance and a dart poisoned lightly with a venom that would leave him in maddening pain after he awoke into the unsuspecting boy's neck. He fell with a crumpled muffled cry and hit the ground.

((Don't worry, he ani't leaving him alone so easily.))
Dyami sighed as he walked toward the Kingdom, he heard a something in the distance like a cry. He quickly touched the ground to feel what happened...Aoi hit the ground. He got up quickly and rushed back to the area. He jumped over to where Aoi is and bended down on his knee, to pick him up. He cautiously looked around and saw the shadow. He glared at it as he touched the ground, thorns rose from the ground and made a long flowery whip. He grabbed it and held Aoi protectively.

Arashi got a dark look and 'Nari squealed again. "Ohhhhhhhh!! Your so lucky!! You should go, you should!!" She bounced. "Shut up!" Arashi yelled, still in his dark stupor. Kaminari did just that, making a little meeping sound. "B-brother...?" She looked like she was about to cry and Arashi turned away. The awkward moment was soon broken though. Kaminari became bold once again and she crossed her arms. "So, what do you have against the king?" "It's not the king..." He grumbled. 'Nari looked like she was about to have another of her tantrums. "Then, what is it?" She steamed. "I'd rather not get into this right now 'Nari. Just don't blow the roof off the house." Arashi would soon wish he could have taken those words back.
Kaminari was starting to seethe, little waves of electricity sparking up on her person in random places. She grabbed the back of Arashi's shirt and dragged him out the door. "WHY do you always have to be so GRUMPY!!" She yelled and Arashi had to dodge a few small lightning bolts. "Hey, I said not to blow the roof off the house!! I might be grumpy but your a pain, and your annoying-" He dodged another one, "And right now, your the one being rude! Butting into other peoples buisiness all the time and-" He stopped and started walking off. "NEVERMIND! Let's GO already!" He fumed and 'Nari just stood there, a little shocked.
"Was it something I said...?" She looked over at Ethan and his father.

Aoi whimpered slightly, although he was still unconscious.
The shadow moved forward, comming into the light. It was a man, even taller and tanner than Dyami. He had a pony-tail of long crimson hair and his eyes were yellow with elongated pupils, like a cat's. He grinned. "Woops. But enemies are enemies, wouldn't you agree? After all, we are allied with those of the Earth Kingdom, but Storms... we are not so fond of..." It was well known that some time ago a duke, in a mad rage, had sent a wild hurrican crashing through the Fire Kingdom and they were still sceathing on the matter.

He lowered his eyes into a slight glare, still holding Aoi protectively. "You're from the Fire Kingdom, aren't you? To whom am I addressing to?"

Mie-tanuki "Mmm... a soldier, perhaps? Or a spy? Or a hired hand? It's up to you to decide," he said with a sly grin. "Don't worry, I haven't killed him. But once your kingdom finds out about your... fondness... towards each other, he will be killed. Or you will." With that, he turned around and disapeared in burst of sudden flames that scorched the ground where he'd been standing. Dyami watched him disappear and turned his attention now to Aoi. He was suffering from the poison that inflicted him. Dyami let his rose whip disappear as he reached in his pouch and pulled out some herbs that would get rid of the poison. Dyami touched his wound with the herbs and hummed to his inner magic strength to help heal where the dart hit him. Soon a purple goo evaporated from the wound and Aoi was health went back to normal. Dyami sighed, and spoke to him, "Aoi...are you ok?"

He opened his eyes and winced, feeling a stabbing pain strike him quickly and then leave just as suddenly as it came. "It... hurts..." he said, gritting his teeth as more jarring pains filled his body. The Fire people had long been cultivating their own herbs and poisons - keeping them secret - that were very different from anything the Earth people knew... This one was targetted to cause pain to those of Storms. Anyone else with any other blood would be completely unnafected.

Dyami looked at the wound more closely now, it was different type of poison. He glared at it, "So this is...", he picked up Aoi, and looked down at him. "Would your country mind, if I borrowed you until you get better? Or would they prefer to heal you?"

He groaned as more pain shot through his body. It was making thinking exceedingly difficult... "Nnngh... I... dunno..." he mumbled, trying to move as little as possible. He gasped when Dyami picked him up, pain shooting through his body. His body instinctively curled, only causing more pain, and he screamed aloud, tears streaming down his face.

Dyami gasped, "Hold on! Just hold on! Ok? I'll save you!" He glanced around trying to think, his father or someone from council might know! They're allied with the Fire Kingdom. But they haven't visited each other in weeks! He couldn't go to the fire kingdom, they sure as hell wouldn't help an enemy. If he could just examine it, maybe he might know the exact ingredients it took to make the poison, therefore, find the best cure. The Earth kingdom speciallized in medicine the most then any other Kingdom after all. He bent down and held Aoi gently in his arms. There wasn't any other choice, and Aoi was in critical condition. He bent his head over, sucked the poison out with his mouth, and spitted out, he kept doing this until he thought Aoi wasn't in pain.

He felt a sucking sensation on the side of his neck and opened his eyes just wide enough to see Dyami's form leaning over him. A slight sound escaped his lips - something between a groan and a moan - as his body was filled with a sort of tingling numbness, his body having decided that the pain was too great and it would block it out.

After spitting the last bit of poison out. He hastly tried another healing spell. He clutched his hands together, trying to remember the spell his father taught him for fire poison spells. They may be old, but he might as well try. He hummed again concentrating all his healing power focus on Aoi's body. He groaned, trying to master over the stubborn dart effect, "Come on...Come on..."
