((Colche is so adorable! I 'awwed' irl even.. 4laugh ))

Madison laid back into the soft sofa and pawed a little at a pillow nearby. "I hope that this prince lets you in to see her too. Don't worry about her sleeping alot, that is only natural for one to do after recovering from such a vicious attack. Her body is trying to heal itself so is usually all her energy to do so. It's a sign that she might actually make a full recovery" Madison explained. Sometimes she felt she sounded like a walking medical text. Years of studying were imprinted on her brain like a tattoo.

"I only wish that we both knew who hurt her so badly. I been going through my head constantly trying to think of who it could be. I'm just at a loss basically. Have you narrowed it down to any suspects?"

"Ohhh sorry to talk like that hon. Getting married? That's great news!" Madison said..feeling happy for her cousin and Aubrey. What a wonderful ending to this dreadful turn of events.

She hoped that she herself could find someone that loved her enough to marry someday. The thought of her cousin having children kind of made her smile a bit. It was good that he found someone that he loved so much.

It made her giggle when Colche mentioned that she knew where babies came from. "Oh you do eh? They come from right here!" she laughed and gave Colche a tickle on her belly.

She just couldn't resist because of the cuteness this cheetah girl possessed and hoped that she didn't step into her personal space or take offence.

Madison made a 'mrrrf' sound and withdrew her paw from Colche's furry belly. Then she laughed when Colche climbed into her lap like her cat, Cheese, in her old life always did. How she missed him. It was odd how Colche reminded her ALOT of her grey tabby kitty.

"Ohh I'm sure that you will, Colche. Whoever does end up being your prince will be very fortunate indeed. Your quite beautiful you know" she smiled while scratching her gently behind he ear. Her cat always liked that so maybe Colche would too.

The thought of white horses and princes dashed through Madison's mind as well. Would they both ever get swept away by a handsome prince and live happily ever after in the clouds like in Snow White? She shook away the daydream..it wouldn't ever happen for her so no use thinking about it. Colche was alot cuter so probably wouldn't have any trouble getting a nice guy to take care of her. Madison felt that she herself was not very good looking anymore since becoming so furry.

Madison's eyelids began to get heavy but she petted Colche's long jet black hair. She blushed a lil at the compliment. "Thanks, Colche. Looks aren't really important now that I think of it. What matters is what is inside yourself. I think your very lovely inside and out. As a human, I wasn't so pretty inside but just because I was outward, I felt it didn't matter. Now I know the error of my old ways and hope I can be a better person" she rambled sleepily.

Her mouth curled into a smile at the mention of princes. "Ya I hope your right, hon!"

Her eyelids began to get heavier and she fell back into the soft comfort of the couch and soon drifted off to slumberland.

New RP

Finding herself at loose ends, Nita decided to check out the entertainment room again. She had already borrowed and read most of the sci-fi/fantasy novels, but she thought she remembered seeing seasons of The X-Files on DVD.

She settled onto one of the couches with the remote, flipping through the menu until she found an episode she felt like watching. For once, Nita's hair was freed from its customary thick braids and pulled back from her face by two slim plaits that were then braided together at the back. It had taken her quite a while to get them even, but overall she was pleased with the result. Nita sighed happily as the familiar theme music began to play.

Nita sat up from her semi-reclined position as someone entered the room. Long dark hair, slanted eyes, about her height... "Hey there," she said, waving at the girl. "Kim, right?"

She smiled and gestured towards the TV with the remote. "X-Files fan?" Nita asked as the first few scenes played.

"That's me," Nita said cheerfully. Even though the girl had changed since she met Kim, she was still easily recognizable.

"I only watched it a little when it was on broadcast, but it runs on TNT late at night, so I got hooked when I'd stay up late."

Nita brushed a few wisps of hair out of her eyes and continued, "I had a lot of episodes on my computer at home. This is a fun one, where there's going to be a movie made about Mulder and Scully."

Nita watched the episode out of the corners of her eyes, familiar enough to know what would happen.

"I liked Adult Swim. Mostly Futurama and Venture Brothers." Nita grinned, happy to have found someone else with similar tastes. "Never watched much anime, really, but it's okay."

She had to admit she was just a bit jealous that Kim had her computer with her. Nita had had to leave hers at home, since it was a clunky desktop instead of a laptop. But it was her clunky desktop!
