~A Guide to Posting Pictures~
Step one - Select the screen shot you want
Step two - while viewing what you want to capture in your screenie press the "Print Screen" button
Step three - Paste the Image in a program like Paint
(Note: you have to save it)
Step four - now you need a site to host your picture(s) on. I use Photobucket wich requires you to register an account... tiny pic < no account required...

Its well worth it.... And it's hard to believe how many noobish little 8 year olds who can't spell play free sever 3nodding (I'm not saying everyone, just most free sever people)
