"Im sorry, forgive me, I forgot to introduce myself earlier. Im Amon-Ra" he said to the unicorn "and yes it is better to learn that at home before anywhere else" he said in agreement as he pushed a strand of hair behind his ear.

Hm.... Amon-Ra. That meant something, right? ...Oh yeah, Sun God! Bah, he'd never been one for the ancient stuff - not really - well kind of, but not seriously or anything. It was like soul magic, just a little too freaky when you got right down to it and thus a lot more fun to right out avoid. But he'd learned enough about Secrets and the like to know there was more than one origin point, more than one set of myths and more than one god that ought to be paid attention to when attempting the more complicated ethics of magicianship.
"Cute," he said finally, in the way that meant 'That amuses me'. "Anything else we've learned at home?"

"Where should I start? I have learnt alot of things I shouldnt of but lets not bore you with that. So I will just say that yes I have learnt other things though right now im finishing up my studies on mummifcation" he said to the other some what happily.

Madison hummed speculatively, "You planning to be a mortician for the nobly endowed of the mortal plane?" he asked conversationally. "What's the purpose of studying mummification, anyway?"

Amon chuckled "no, im not planning on becoming a mortician, I am mearly studying the art form to further my knowledge on Ancient Egypt. I already know alot though my knowledge on the Ancient egyptain mummification process eludes me. So I thought I would learn it" he said to the other, thinking of Anubis and wondering how he could of ever found a love for that was rather beyond his comprehension.

Madison pursed his lips in thought, "But... why do it?" he pushed, "I mean... the Ancient Egyptian stuff. You looking into a career as a historian or something?" Because everyone had to do something and everyone had to find talents that helped them do that something... Right?

"I have been interested in Ancient Egypt ever since I was young, my biological parents are egyptain, I guess you could blame them for being that race but still I like this. Its interesting, fun and I guess its what some might call a 'hobby' of mine" he said to the other, now playing with a strand of hair.

Enh. Whatever. Just a little morbid. Maybe even without realizing it. Everybody's unique, just try not to get too far into the details of why and stuff. "Couldn't blame anyone else for something like interest," Maddie shrugged. "What other hands-on activities do you enjoy with it?"

Amon smiled "well I dont actually do anything, I am just studying it to further my knowledge, I dont really think I could handle the hands on aproch when it comes to mummfication. Granted I enjoy learning about it but I just know I couldnt handle touching a corpse let alone the stuff you did to mummfy it" he said as he looked around the restraunt, deciding to take a better look at the place.

((Mwahaa~ I'll fetch up other descriptions I have of M'lady's~ *setting up a thread for it once this is done* It's a place I've used in multiple 'verses xd ))
"And that probably makes you mentally healthy," Madison snerked a little. "Not saying anything bad about morticians or anything - well, not too bad." He'd never really liked necromancers himself. Or anything icky and dead-like.
Which was odd, considering the special... arrangement... of M'lady Malady's.
It was a wholly unique place, or perhaps not - but it was the only such place Madison had ever come across. Run by those who either had absolutely nothing to lose or absolutely nothing to gain (in, of course, the supernatural sense) M'lady's was a congealed mess of the obscenely rich and the dirt poor.
Employees were clad in all sorts of uniforms, which were similar only in that they were clearly uniforms. The British Navy, a marine, a janitor's jumpsuit, a tux - nothing ordinary, nothing casual. Not by a long shot.

((It will be good to see this place when you finally have it set up.))
Amon chuckled and nodded "I would have to agree with you on that, I cant stomach seeing my own blood let alone mushed up brrains so I guess that would be a more healthier aspect I guess." He said as he sighed, wondering what was taking the waiter so long "this place is actually rather interesting from just the look of it though what else goes on here besides just eating?" He asked the unicorn as he sensed something different about this place then it just being a normal eating establishment.

Madison blinked once, twice. Thought for a bit. Tried to sum up M'lady's in a couple words... and failed. Probably because there was just something... something different about M'lady's for anyone who came to her. She meant something strange, something comforting but not inclined to let you stay long... Something like...
"It's a... hm..." he said helpfully. "Uh..." more eloquence. "It's..." Madison trailed off and chewed thoughtfully on his lower lip. "Oh look, food!" he pointed suddenly towards the approaching waiter, still pondering a way in which to describe M'lady's without... you know... sounding like a psycho.

Amon giggled "well I guess thats a good description" he teased the unicorn playfully "its alright, if you cant think of any way to descibe it I dont mind if you dont." He said to the other, pleased that the food was comming "I understand if its a bit hard to describe, take your time and tell me later if you wish." He said to the other happily, not wanting to force him to do something he might not be able to do as of yet or whatever.

"Nuh-uh," Madison protested around a mouthful of curry. "Iz' uh shallenj," he explained before swallowing. "Can't rightly let go of this now that it's defeated me, yeah? Gotta find the word... find the word... or words, whatever - something to really get my head around this place."

Amon thanked the waiter and asked for a pot of tea, any flavor, he wasnt fussed and let the waiter go and took a bite of his meal. "Ok then, I will let you think though on question, does this place take eftpost? I have some money on me but I dont know how much this will come to, I just thought I would ask just incase." He said to the other, thinking that he should of asked this before entering or maybe going to the bank before hand or something.
