I come up with this on the fly. it just comes to me, I get inspired to make all sorts of games, because I wanna give back the gaming experience Nintendo gave me, as a sign of respect and appreciation for the memores Nintendo gave me. ^__^

I really want to see another Pikmin for the Wii. Those are some of my favorite games.

well I need some programmers help with game programming. I know what gamers want in a game since I'm a gamer, and I know that it takes more than pretty graphics to make an awesome game.

I just need to get a copyright on my personal creations and then make money off of them.

well, if you have all the animations, maps, and what not, I might be able to make it into a game, keep in mind that it cant be 3D, seeing as the software Im getting wont be able to handle that. Also, it wont let the levels get too long, thats one of the reasons my Sonic game sucks (too short)

what kind of system can you work it on? and I can only make sprites at best. maybe make some backgrounds, but I'm not much for making backgrounds. I can make screenshots of the backdrops from other games and use them, but I'm more for character design, I need background design, someone who can draw up concepts of backdrops, not grey with people a common color of beige, I mean colorful but dark environments. it has to have this fear but also this needs to pack a lot of interactive environments. what kind of format can you put it on anyways?

its a program made by DigiPen, its called "FunEditor"
extremely inefficiant, but very easy to use compared to making video games from nothing.

well I should look into it. is it compatable with Windows 95? and can it make animations for sprites?

starwars empire at war:wii!!!! i never played the game as my pc too rubbish. i gathered that its like galactic battlegrounds, but better, and i loved Galactic Battlegrounds, while it lasted! a doctor who game, where you aimed the wii remote like the sonic screwdriver! or maybe, a red dwarf game!!!!!!!! ratchet and clank series should be available on wii!!!! theyre on PS2 and ive had them but the next one will prob be only for PS3 and i aint getting am PS3! or all 12 FF games, inn on bundle, and you used the classic controller, you know the one that you play virtual console on!
and a few days ago i would have said battalion wars, but they are making batallion wars 2! and the symbols quite a good idea. its BWll so it looks like Bwii! good idea, i recon.

a good idea for a Star Wars game would be to use the Wiimote like a lightsaber, be either Jedi or Sith, use any color saber, and with online play you can see which side of the force is stronger.

a Robotech game would be ideal for Wii, taking full advantage of the Wiimote and Nunchuk control style, it would be a great help being able to put your target in the middle of your screen by just looking at it. ^__^

I need each different animation for a sprite (they're called "Actors" apparantly) and those need to be made and saved into MSPaint (you can just copy them into paint though)
but each animation requires its own save file.
And I guess it might be compatible with Windows 95, I never checked

it's not compatable with Windows 95. if I knew how to animate each motion I wanted the Sprites to have, I would have made animated gifs, but I dont know how to animate sprites. which sucks.
PostPosted: Mon Aug 28, 2006 12:01 pm

well, funeditor only accepts bitmaps, no gifs.
Which means that Id have to save each sprite into its own file, then open each one seperatly into that characters animation set, the set the collision data on each one of those xp very tedius

well I know how to make .bmp files, and if I rip a few sprites I can sprite edit, I would just need to have the sprites converted into some form of game format.
PostPosted: Mon Aug 28, 2006 2:55 pm

yeah, the art works the easy part, its coding it all together thats diffucult xp especially seeing as if you make any error, it can cause a multitude of problems. Proper capitilization is very important

well I can put up images of sprites if nessecary, it shouldnt be too hard, I just need to rip some sprites and do sprite editing to start, then modify the sprites a bit to what I need them to look like.
