Suddenly the clamps of droid feet were heard, and then the door opened. Rayce and the girl would feel their bodies flung to the back of the wall, as Aksel came in. He looked the them both. "Well, arn't you two cute..." He looked at the girl. "I'm liking the hair, very dropped down the well, ghost girl like..." She just sat in silence. Aksel then moved next to Rayce. He lifted him to the door, and pinned him against the wall with the Force. "Now... are you going to help me or what?" Rayce would feel the Force grip tighten, and start to push on his chest, making it hard to breathe. Suddenly, there was a scream, and the girl grabbed Aksel's lightsabers, ran out the door, around the corner, and to the railings, Aksel dropped Rayce, and dashed after her. As she went around the corner, she screamed, "RUN!" It all happened within a second of there lives...

Rayce stared after the girl with his mouth agape for a second, then nodded and started sprinting. "Thank you. I'll help you if I can, whoever you are...." He dashed along the metal walkways of the facility, then cursed as he saw the battle droids activate. The bolts began to fly. He ducked and kept running, gasping in the intense heat of the molten planet.

In the distance there was a scream, and a loud snap, then silence. The droids began to make chase, shooting with close accuracy, but due to the heat, the blasters were having problems, and the droids aim were off. Also, a power pressence told Rayce that Aksel was now on the chase too, and only a short dash behind him...

((Rayce isn't Force-sensitive, amigo.)) Rayce shook his head, hoping the girl was alright, but not betting on it. He ran into the control room of the facility and cursed as he saw a pair of battle droids aiming at him. He fell back into an Echani stance that Jami's father had taught him, realizing suddenly that it was a very useful thing to be brought up by an Echani warrior. He managed to wrestle a rifle away from one of the droids, and shot the pair. He turned to the controls and quickly flipped the settings so that the bridges would fall. He saw a fusion cutter on a table, and pocketed it. It might come in handy. The young man then headed over the second series of bridges, running once again.

((I know, but Aksel is just THAT mad! You'll find out why...))
The next door that Rayce went through locked behind him. And now in front of him was about 300,000 of these red battle droids. The ones closest to him turned their heads and looked at him. But, they did nothing. As did every battle droid he passed... They wern't programed for battle yet... Yet...

Rayce let out a long, slow sigh of relief and skirted past the room. He slammed the door shut and locked it, panting. "That was... too close." He started sprinting across the next walkway, wondering where his ship was.

A sharp piece of metal slammed into the ground. It was almost his height, and about as wide as his arm. Across the lava to his left was a platform, from which Aksel stood, holding two more metal spikes with the Force with. The lava bursts that reached that high, would stop and float mid air around him. His anger was strong now...

Rayce stared at the Dark Jedi and took a long, slow breath. He turned to face the walkway and calculated quickly. He fired a quick burst at Askel and started sprinting as fast as he could, his mind set only on making it across the platform....

When the blast was within a foot of Aksel, it exploded into small particles. Aksel's face wrinkled with hatred, and the two giant metal spike were lunged towards Rayce, one landing behind him, almost taking out his foot, and other so close infront of him, he would almost run into it. And now, down the path was the door to the hanger... Aksel tore a huge spike out of the platform he was on. It was twice his size. He began to spin it with the Force...

Rayce stared at the massive spike in exasperation. He turned to face the Dark Jedi with a dark look. If he could break the Sith's concentration... Rayce slowly approached the spike and fired a three-round burst at the man.

Once again, the lazer blasts just broke up into particles of nothing. Aksel face was still the same, and now the massive spike was increasing in speed...
((First, I'm across the lava about 20 away on a different platform. Second, think of the spinning spike, like one of the Senate pods in E3))

Rayce cursed and regarded the spikes. He could perhaps... he took a few steps back and caught his breath, watching the spinning spike. He then started sprinting. At the last second, he slid, just barely making it under the spike. Rayce jumped to his feet and ran like kath hounds were at his heels.

((Your getting ahead of me now, lol, I don't throw it yet...))
The door opened when he was next to it, just as the giant spinning spike hit the platform next to the door. The catwalk leading up to the door was torn away, and bent into the lava below now. Aksel cursed, and moved backwards, making ready to jump onto the far away platform...
---
As Rayce would walk in, he would be met by two Mustafarians. They said nothing, but they stop him. They point to a small Z-95 in the corner, the only ship in the hanger...

Rayce regarded the two Mustafarians, then nodded and whispered. "Thank you." The young mechanic climbed into the cockpit of the ship and started firing up the engines. He quickly ran through everything Jami had ever told him of piloting, hoping it would be enough. He slowly backed the ship out of the hangar....

As the he was leaving the hanger, if he looked back, on top of it, stood Aksel, watching him take off.
---
Aksel turned away as the ship launched off. He smiled to himself. "Phase two... complete..."
