I have 5 or 6. I build decks when I'm bored. A fun deck I built has only 1 level 4 monster and the rest are level 3 or lower. I thought it would suck, but I've played about 7 or 8 games with it and have only lost once. Anyway here's the order for mine.
1) Don't Bother- this deck has a lot of cards used for destroying anything my opponent puts down and has a good amount of strong monsters for back-up
2)Power Control- this deck is basically the don't bother deck, just not as many counters
3) Warrior- my friends call it a special unit deck because it doesn't run like a warrior deck, it's built on warriors with effects
4) Weakling deck- it's built from low level monsters and makes it nearly impossible for my opponent to stop them
5) Water deck- rebuilt after I stopped playing for a while it uses a lot of cards from the water theme deck
6) dinosaur deck- pure dinasaur theme deck with one or two cards added

constructed decks- 5. three are tournament play decks and two of them are for casual play and for teaching duels and pwning noobies that are stuck-up.
nonconstructed (listed in a notebook)- three notebooks worth. most are crap, built on a spur of intuition, all waitning to be constructed to see how well they work.

Currently running 10 decks. I have at least 6 others built in my mind. Taking the time to actually sleeve them however, is a completely different story.

In total, the last deck count I made i came to a total of 15 decks, but there may be more. I make a deck just about every time I have a new idea, which is practically every day. Today I'm thinking about making an ice deck just like the one alexis used against jaden/judai in episode 93. But what I really want to complete is my water deck with Earthbound Immortal Chacu Challhua. I think it's really cool, but it wouldn't be the first time I say it could fall flat on it's face.

I have 3 decks that I may use in a tourny soon.
Main Deck- Psychic (I call it "Psychic Assault")
Secondary-Morphtronic (I call it "Morphtronic Smackdown!")
Last resort(but not the best)-Pyro (Named "Feel the burn")
I know, it's sad that I name them.
And I'm building a frog deck with Earthbound Immortal Chacu Challhua as the powerhouse of it.(It's called "Fighting Froggies.")
And a Crystal Beast deck featuring Hamon Lord Of Striking Thunder. (I name it "Crystal Crisis.")

Three decks these days.
1. Synchro
2. Six Samurai
3. Volcanic (people seem to really hate this one, so much that they tell me that when they duel me they refuse to duel against it because it just sits there and burns through them. they are too used to decks that have to attack to get the job done, and lijke any good Volcanic deck, it doesn't have to attack at all.)
