liz_bliz Dark Mistress Raven Oniongirl I love 'em too...I've yet to see Saw II, but the first one has a very special place in my heart. xd And....*dances*...I've finally posted as Victoria...so now all is good in the land of the Oniongirl... xd *le gasp* you must see Saw II! If I can convince the brother unit of mine to buy it I'll send you my bootlegged copy (it's a pretty good copy as far as bootlegs go). hey,new guy here. I personally didn't like saw II so much. Maybe it was just because 'jigsaw's' explination didn't match his 'puzzles' at all. I wanted to hit him. That and a few other things that made no sense kinda ruined the movie for me personally. Yeah but they did pretty good on some of the stuff. How they connected that to the first movie with the end bathroom scene. I personally liked it alot.

I personally liked it alot. actually, the ending scene was one I thought made no sense. Seeing as...well, just a second: Spoiler: I get that the basement led to the location of the first movie, and that the dad character was trapped down there. But the cops that were right behind him (lets say they probably got to the house only 10 minutes later.) then they dicked around trying to save people until they found the tapes and realizes that it was already over.
So how long was the dad down there? Cause I'm damn sure the cops would have gone down there eventually. They saw on the tap as well as he the trap door. Yet the movie acted like they just didn't go down there at all. What the hell you know?

How would they have searched the house until probably days later after relizing that they did indeed have the right house before and by the time they found him after getting rid of the bodies of the others out he would have gone insane. Or he found a way out of it and left...thats what the third ones gonna be explaining probably.

In case anyone's wondering, my last post was part of the plot. That's why Raze was not drained. It's actually rather important to the storyline.

I got a pretty cool idea for a story the other day. And when I say it came to me in a dream, I wasn't kidding. I dreamed part of the story, and when I woke up, I said, "Hey, that would make an awesome story!"
So I wrote some of it down. Now I need a title for it.
Anyways, the basis of the story is this: There are multiple planes of existence. Recently, a dark god on another plane managed to conquer his home plane. Of course, dark gods are never satisfied.
So, he begins trying to breach the barrier between his plane and "ours". Before the residents of the other plane were completely wiped out, however, they bound some of the dark god's power. So, he could only fracture the boundary.
Of course, this doesn't stop him. He sends small amounts of his essence through, which slowly corrupts some of the natural flora and fauna of the world. This results in the creation of fearsome monsters and such.
Another thing that came about as a consequence of the fracturing of the barrier is that magic is released into the world. I decided that magic would be caused something trying to destroy the world, not the other way around.
Anyways, that's the base idea. I've also got a few characters for the story, and I even gave a couple of them catchphrases.
There's Maxwell Reeves, who is the reluctant hero. Maxwell is a mechanic, and would rather spend his time fixing cars and whatnot than save the world. He is also constantly repelling the advances of a succubus, Dree, who has her eyes set on him. He also seems to be the only one who can see through whatever disguises she happens to be donning. "You broke it again?!"
The second character is Dree. Her full name is Dri'Et Kalaxactrektus, but prefers to be called "Dree". She is a succubus, and has her sights set on Maxwell. She is constantly frustrated by Maxwell's uncanny ability to A) Ignore or repel her advances, and B) See through her disguises. "Stop resisting temptation, dammit!"
And finally, there's the dark god, Drexolmactilixien. He's evil incarnate, and would like nothing more than to control and subjugate all of existance.
And that's what I have so far. Keep in mind that I came up with the names for the last two characters (Dree and Drexolmactilixien) at about 1:30 AM. I was half-asleep, and barely able to hold my pencil straight.
So, what do you all think? And do you guys have any title suggestions for the story?

The first parts sounds an awful like the Yawgmoth almosttaking overing Dominaria and then being sealed in Phyrexia for 9000 years and then coming back to wrout his vengance and take it all back over. That whole Magic the gathering story arch.
But hey, that's just me.

Wait, what?
Dammit, now I've got to think up a new reason for the dark god to be trying to destroy the world.
And you play Magic? What kind of deck do you use?
I mainly use a Rat deck that I'm working on, or I'll play Dimir.

Nice story idea man.
Also I have a question, is it alright if I have a second character? Just curious.
