*nods* Mero and Nia are much better names then Mello and Near.

Raito/Light are both about the same to me. Doesn't make much of a difference.

He wants to solve the case so he can beat Near, for once. In Ch. 61 we have a nice little flashback (Aaah! They're so cute as ickle kiddies! X333) about the scene after the...um...news.. of L...

Yeah, anyway... It explains how Mello was always second to Near, despite how hard he tried...and of course, he didn't like that, so he took off, got himself a posse and is now trying to solve the case before Near does.

And of course...to solve the case, the Death Note definitely IS an important factor...Though... I wonder what Mello would do with the Death Note afterwards...hmm....

MY GOD THAT CHILD IS INSANE!?! ....Saw the raws...bit frightened now...will post the link...just as soon as I recovered...just be prepared to be shocked...his eyes and facial expressions were even insane as a child!! Hehehehe Mero is a blondie!
