Hihi, my name is Naomi, but everyone calls me Kiki, it was my nickname before the plushie came out so that day was really weird, but anyways... I'm 18 and starting my sophmore year of college and have been dancing ballet for the last 14 years, but since I"m a military brat, I never really had very many good instructors. I have also trained in modern, jazz, tap, lyrical, pointe, and ballroom. When my family and I where living in Japan I was trained in Eisa dancing and now my family is in Turkey so when I go visit them next summer I will be taking belly dancing classes and helping out at the ballet classes on the base.

Hello...I dance hip hop and street jazz. Hoping to learn break soon but haven't gotten to it because I coach cheer. I wanna get back into hip hop and try to learn break so I can join dance shows and stuff like that. I live in Canada but I'm from Taiwan. Umm...I like furry cute animals, watching tv, eating, and sleeping. I love dance, cheer, badminton, and my 4 fishes whom I've bought just today. One of them ate a baby fish!! I don't know which one because they were all in the same bag along with an accidentally scooped baby fishie. When I got home the baby fishie was gone and there was much poop in the bag. Anyway...this is a forum about dance not cannibalism, sorry. But yeah, hi.

Hallo all. ^^ My real name is of no real significance here, but I took ballet when I was six, until I was eight, but after my studio moved away, I was left with nothing. So thus, I took a break from dancing, only finding my deepest passion for Belly dancing.
I can not even describe how much I love this dance. Thus, Im glad to be here with all of you. I am also currently in a marching band, as the flute section leader, playing the piccolo.
Im also addicted to writting, having been published at the age of 15.
But yes...Im also additcted to Final Fantasy's, and Gaia. ^^

Aloha,
My name is Bhaluk, I have been a scottish country dancer for 10 years now. It is my first love although I bet it will be hard to find anyone even hear who does that. However, my new passion is Swing dance, which takes up all of my freetime, I go to nearly 6 dances a month, at least once a week, and sometimes my teacher steals me for prectice, lol.
I am one of the youngest members of my Scottish Country Dance group, and I participate in Demo after Demo lol. I have this far off dream to take over teaching for the group someday, but I need to go to this school in Canada, far as I can tell in order to be an instructor. Someday I'll have enough money to afford that, but right now I just have to get through regular old college (1 more year!).
Anyways. Nice to meet you all, and I'll quit rambling now.

ballroom, mambo, foxtrot, salsa, merengue, etc. for 3 years
square dancing and line dancing for 1 year
Irish Step Dancing for 6 years

My name is Carrie, and i have been dancing since i was three. Im 16 now so that would be.....13 years. My math is nowhere near as good as my dancing. I take ballet, jazz, pointe, modern, hip hop, and bellydancing(at the local yoga studio). Im in florida and take classes 5 times a week, not including the rehearsal time for whatever part i have in the next show.

Hi. My name is Debra and I've been dancing since I was born. Haha, I've been in lessons since I was three. About 10 years or so of ballet, 7 or 8 years of jazz, 5 or 6 years of tap, a few monthes of belly, three years of pointe, and a few monthes of hip hop. I havn't been in a competion before, but this year might be my first since I'm really diving into dance this year. I'm taking every class offered at my studio except clogging.

OOH! My turn! domokun Btw, this is like my history of dance so if you don't care, then don't read. lol
Hi there! My name is... well you all can call me Kitty. I'm 14-years-old, a freshie in highschool and dance is my life. I started taking dance classes when I was around 5-7 years old because my dad considered it to me and my sister. I came from a family of dancers/performers on my dad's side of the family. In fact, my dad is a ballroom dance teacher and my aunt used to teach jazz. After a year of taking classes, I stopped because I was usually caught in the shadow of my older sister who found her passion of dancing at a younger age. I wanted to be different and make a name for myself that didn't involve me following the steps of my sister. I stopped dancing for 6 LONG years, until my 8th grade year. My jr. high had a dance team and the advisor has been trying to get me to join because my older sister was on it. I finally gave in and tried out and I was addicted. I love performing. I love dancing. Why was I so hardheaded to realize that until now? I DON'T KNOW! Thus ends my story..kinda. XD No really it's almost over. So now I take jazz, ballet, tap, and hip hop and I'm starting from ground zero which is okay with me. :]
NOW I'M DONE! Hahaha. blaugh

My real name is Cheyanna, I'm 14 years old and I live in Alaska. I've been dancing since 2nd grade and I'm now in 9th grade. I first started out as a ballet dancer, then I moved onto ballet and tap, then it was just tap, then it was jazz and tap, then it was tap, jazz, hip hop, and breakdancing, and now its jazz, hip hop, and breakdancing. My family isnt into dancing that much, but I am. I also play volleyball, I been playing since 4th grade. ( I just got home from church volleyball btw, we won...again ^.^ woot! ) I have one older brother, I have 1 cat, 1 hamster, and 1 guniea pig.
My week:
Sun: Church
Mon: Church volleyball
Tues: Hip hop and breakdancing
Wed: Free
Thurs: Jazz
Fri: Free
Sat: Clean Sallys and Oreos cage, and sometimes my cats bowl, if it needs it.

Hello all! ^__^ My real name is Meg, I'm 18 and live in the States. (So wish I lived somewhere else. XD ) I have taken tap and Jazz for over ten years, been involved with ballet for about six years, taken a few modern classes and, I can proudly say that I tried belly dancing and failed miserably, but I'd still like to learn!
This is my first year of college, and sadly I had to give up dance for the first semester, but I love going to recitals or watching dance oriented movies/plays to fill the gap. Hopefully next semester I can take a dance class here. ^__^
That's all for now, but if anyone ever wants to friend me, feel free, I'm usually here on Gaia somewhere.
