Rini guggrled, smiled ans kicked with joy. that was until the wings came out, then all moation stoped and she looked at them with big eyes. her ears twitched and the tried to reach for the prityness what blocked the son from her eyes.

Lulu smiled. she got into the care and backed it up. she then got out of the car and started to set everything up "make sure not to let him go to far out hun, like rayne said" she called out to Zin and Lu.

Zin turned to Lu "did ya hear that lu? not to far now" she said with a smile before looking up at Lulul and waving. "ok" she put a toe in "its cold, isnt it?" she smiled at lu "but you get used to it, and it feels nice after a while, you wana see if your mom wants to teach you to swim?"

lulu sat up the umbrella, put out the chairs, put down all the other nick nacks, ans did it all in 5 mins. then she flopped on a chair "what i nice day, hu?"

Rini squeeled in delight and put the first thing she could reach into her mouth, it was a "lmy little pony" that used to be Lulu's. she then fell on her back and squirmed and wiggled in one place " ahh?" she was a bit confused

"silly rini" smiled Lulu as she got up and picked the child up as well. she then looked at ray "you think the car will be ok there or should i park it someplace else?" she realyl wasnt looknig for an answer tho, because she sat down and started to play with Rini "your are such a good girl my little bunny" smiled Lulu

Zin giggled "yep yep, it is cold" and then look at the mothers for a moment before turning back to him "do you wana build a sand castle first, or go up to your knees in the water?"

Zin smiled and nodded "it is, just dont go to far out, just to your knees, k? dont want you to drown or anything" Sh walked next to him and watched him close. then she smiled and splashed him then giggled "got ya" she said with a wide grin.

Rini squirmed and laughed while lulu tickled her "so, you just want to rest up Rayne?" she asked the other, but didnt actualy look at her "its such a nice day. did you put suntan lostion on?"

Zin paniced "NO LUCIEN!" she said in a high pitched voice as she took his hand before he got too deep "I told you that you cant do that" she said in an extreamly worried ton, she bent down next to him "I cant save you if you are taken away by the tide Lu" she moved a bit of hair away from his face and behind his ear" and i cant lose you Lu, so please, lets go build a sand castle now, ok?"

Lulu was still playing with Rini "ok, i think i just play with hte little one until she decdies to take a nap then" she started to tickle the girl and got an enthusiactic reply to it.

Ray got out the sun screen and started to cover the pale Fa'e boy with it to keep him from getting a burn. She was sure that he wouldn't like that at all. The foxfaire tilted here ears forward should she put it on the claw and tail? Could that burn? She wasn't very sure so just in case she put it there as well, "Swim?" She asked looking at Zin then to Lucien, "I don't know. Maybe play more in the water but I'm not sure about swimming." She told the girl. Lucien was a little... she was afraid the tail and claw would pull him under.

Lucien looked up at Rayne with big, disapointed eyes. He wasn't exactly sure what swimming was but being denied made him want to learn it all that much more.

Zin smiled "look at all the cool sand toys lulu brought for use to play with Lu" Zin was right, there was three sand buckets, the kind that have the impression of the top of a wall on them, three shovels, three rack tools, and an odd assortment of things to make shapes out of with the sand "help me put the things into the buckets and we can start to choose were to put the castle" smiled Zin.

Lulu smiled "swimming isn't that great" she said with a nod a Lu "you will learn later" she looked at Rini and then Rayne "she really is a good girl, Rini I mean"


Lucien looked over at Lulu then nodded before he helped Zin to get everything gathered up for the building of their sand castle. It would be a lot of fun he was sure. He had never built a castle before but if Zin wanted to do it then he was sure that it wouldn't be borning, "Alright. Build castle." He said happily.

Rayne gave a sigh of relief. Good. She might be acting over protective but she didn't want to worry over him and the water. He wasn't ready for that yet.

Zin smiled and nodded "ok, so were would you like to build the castle? We need to be able to get a supply of water but" she pointed to the sand, there was a line of twigs "you see there? That's were the water comes up some time, we want to build behind that" she said with a smile and a nod "mom said that the moon makes the water come up that far sometimes, but I really didn't understand it all"

Lulu smiled at Rayne "he is a good boy, you are luck to have him, its not wonder you are protective of him" she said with a nod before looking at the sleeping Rini, she twitched every now and then, but looks peaceful other wise.

He blinked, the moon made the water move? He lifted a hand idly to his scars at the mention of the moon then shook his head and went back to listening, "So then what?" He asked. How exactly did they build the castle? The sand didn't look like it would build things very well. He gave it a little nudge with his toe and it seemed to stack up a bit then crummble away again, "Hmm."

Rayne nodded, "Yeah. I'm lucky to have all three of my babies." She murmured watching him, "He's growing far to fast I think." She said with a nod. Not that Lucien would want to be a baby forever. She looked over at Lulu and Rini and smiled, "Pretty soon your gonna be chasing circles after your little bunny too."

Lulu nodded "I know how that goes, I haven't seen lenne in a very long time" she shrugs and pets Rini's ears with her free hand "I am sure that she is just fine though" she watched the others and giggled "it seems that Lu has made an enemy of a crab"

Zin just took Lu's hand and started to walk to the place were they had placed the tools "its ok Lu, he is just upset at you for disturbing him" when they got to the pile she smiled at him and stopped "you would be upset to be put in a tiny room, wouldn't you? It's like that for the crab" she dumped both buckets of water on to the sand, and it turned a deep shade of drown "you see that lu, that sand is good for building things with, try it out" she said with a nod.


Rayne looked over at him watching him fleeing from the little crab and couldn't help but start to giggle. How had he managed that?

"Ah! I'm sorry. I thought it was monster." He said dodging and hid behind Zin. After a moment the crab turned and headed back out into the water away from Lucien. The scorpion Fa'e gave a sigh of relief and looked to what Zin was doing and nodded. It took him a moment then it became clear. Add water to the sand and it made it so they could build.

Zin smiled "i am going to go get more water, you start to build a mond, ok?" she said with a nod befire she went to the water to get more.

He sat down in the sand and started to drag all of the wet stand into a pile. That he could do he was sure. And now that the crab had left he wouldn't have to worry about getting attacked while he was sitting down.

Zin smiled and came back with two more buckets of water "this should be good enough" and poured one bucket and set one aside "we keep one aside for if we need it later, the sand with get dry again on such a nice day and we will have to wet it" she started to stuff one of the buckets with the wet sand she had just made, packed it tight, turned it over on the mound that Lu had made and lifted the bucket up "tada!" she said with a smile "this can be any part of the castle. What part do you want to make it?"

Lulu smiled at Zin and lu "you know, zin was found on a beach, that's probably why she loves this place so much. I remember when we first built a sand castle, it made her so happy" she said with a nod.

Lucien tilted his head looking at the mound and let out a hiss of delight when it kept it's shape, "Wow! Zin is good that that!" He said in an excited tone. He reached his hand forward to cautiously touch the part she made then smiled then it still stayed in its shape, "Thats so neat!"

Rayne looked at them, "Lucien appeared near to water as well. No doubt why he likes it so much." She murmured then gave a smile, "See. They were meant to be friends." They were tied together by the element they were born near.

Lucien looked at the bucket and using his tail to lean on lifted the bucket up off of the dirt with his hand and feet. He set it aside then looked it over giving a happy squeal, "It worked! Look Zin! It worked!" He cried happily, tail starting to lash back and forth.

Rayne nodded and say up stretching out all over, "Alright. Anything that you need for me to do?"

Zin clapped and smiled “you did a great job Lu” then giggled “you silly, be careful with that tail now, I don’t want to get hit or stung by it” she said with another giggled. “all right, lets say we make two more and then show out moms, how dose that sound?”

Lulu smiled “would you mind feeding Rini while I get the food all set out?” she rummaged through the bag next to her and found Rini’s bottle “just wake her up, I know she will be hungry as soon as you do that” she said with a smile and nod as she started to hand both the baby and bottle to Rayne.

Lucien quickly caught hold of his own tail and patted it, "S-Sorry." He said flushing a little then nodded in agreement as he got his bucket and was once more filling it up with damp sand.

Rayne nodded taking the baby in her arms, "Little Rini. Time to wakey up and get something to eat." She said in a sing-song voice. The food in the bottle looked normal. Far different from what Lucien used to eat when he was this size.

Zin patten his had "its ok, I got really exsitted the first time I made a sand castle two, my wings were flapping really fast" she flapped them now" I don't really use them, so I sometimes forget I have then" she said with a smile

Rini awoke and smiled, cooing a little and starting to drink. What a great way to way up, to food.

Lulu started to get the entire thing ready and out for their picnic. "is there anything that lu or you can not eat? Or lu just wont" she giggled "I really should have asked this before hand" she got out some sandwiches, drinks, plates, chips and cookies "are these things he will eat? I made PB&J because Zin loves the stuff, but I also made a few turkey and baloney sandwiches just incase. I like the turkey one myself"
