Guess I should've posted in this first, huh? sweatdrop Anyway...
Hao, minna-san! Because I'd like to retain my aura of mystery *cue creepy music* just go ahead and call me Rihga. There's a backstory behind that name, but do you really wanna hear it? Probably not, so I'll spare you the tedious details. I'm not quite seventeen, I live in a cowtown in the midwest, and I'm an internet addict and a hopeless otaku. ^_^ My occupation is, naturally, student, but on the side I'm a busser at a local restaurant.
My hobbies include theatre, drawing, music, playing DDR, watching anime (of course!), and writing. And speaking of writing...

I love Chichiri, as I stated on a different area of the forum, but I like pretty much everyone else on the show, Tasuki and Koji most of all (hooray for bandits!). I watched FY about, hm... wow, almost three years ago, back when I was just becoming a hard-core anime freak, and I loved it immediately. I own the entire series as well as a scad of FY merchandise, including a Chichiri plushie. ^_^
Bah, too much rambling! I'll stop before I put everyone to sleep. Jaa for now!

jiri_chan21 Hello. My name is jiri_chan21 (some people just call me jiri). I am 14 years old and in 9th grade. I like things like anime and manga, music, tv, video games, friends, turtles, and dr. pepper. My favorite chracter is Tasuki, but I also really like Chichiri and Nuriko. I've only read the manga of FY. If it is currently on tv, will someone please tell me what cannel it is on and what time? If you do I will love you forever! xp
Anyway, pardon my insanity. My one fanfic, Daydream's Embrace, is powered on nothing but Dr Pepper and whipped cream, and I think that alone messed with my sanity. Oh well, good thing Dr Pepper is SO SO yummy! Mmmm...Dr Pepper!
I commend your AWESOME taste in soda! *Runs to the gas station to buy a 2-liter bottle of Dr Pepper and promptly drinks it all* (I'm actually doing that this moment, no joke)

Mrs. Tasuki Hardcore ficcing? Bwahaha! That's the term! I only do it every once in while, but I can't stand reading one chapter at a time, I have to read like fifty! I sit there ALL NIGHT LONG, just reading. It's awesome.
Aaah, must be nice. I rarely get through more than one chapter in one sitting, simply because after I read it I just HAVE to review, and my reviews tend to be very detailed, especially on long chapters, so by the time I'm finished I'm all ficced-out. Don't believe me? Check out Roku Kyu-senpai's review pages, and find reviews by "ItsTheDee" - they're rather... lengthy. sweatdrop

Hello all! I'm new here. I'm 18 years old and a freshman in college (majoring in Psychology with a minor in Spanish). I own the complete set of Fushigi Yuugi DVDs, and absolutely love it! There is sooo much drama in it, it was incredibly hard for me to stop watching to get to class (i'd do things like watch episodes when I had one or two hour breaks between classes. lol). I love the romance in it, and Miaka and Tamahome are probably my favorite characters. Especially Tamahome. He's just super sweet (not to mention pretty nice looking, too smile ). I like all the characters though. They are very well developed and make the story really interesting. Fushigi Yuugi is definately one of my favorite anime (haven't read the manga yet). Some of my other favorite anime are Inuyasha, Pretear, Escaflowne, and Fruits Basket. Manga that I really like are Tsubasa (by CLAMP), Imadoki! (done by Yuu Watase, creator of Fushigi Yuugi of course!), Sweet and Sensitive, and Peach Girl. I love romance, and so you'll notice most of my favorites have romance as a major theme in them. I'm very happy to be here with fellow FY fans. ^_^

The Wonderfully Wonderful World of Insane Fushigi Yuugi Fans!
On your left you'll see Rihga, who can't get through entire fanfic stories in one sitting because she likes to leave long, detailed reviews! Yay for Rihga, because she cares enough to review! (I love reviews!)
On your right you can see that Nakie-poo isn't here, because I banished him to the 'Favorite character' thread! *Mutters* Thinks he can take the world from me...we'll see about that...(Rihga, you know that Tasuki and Chichiri are the best minions...Bwahaha!)
Anyway, back to the tour! On the left is Genbu_Seishi_Namame, who has really good taste in fanfiction! Yay Namame!

I'm Yasuo, and FY is one of the first anime I ever bought.... I like several of the characters, including Chichiri, Hotohori, Nuriko, Kouji Amiboshi and Tamahome. Tasuki is definately my favorite... heart The first three I listed are all really close, but Tasuki tops them. 3nodding Tasuki totemo kawaii desu! blaugh
^^;; Ahem. Anyway, I've also got an FY ficcie, but I haven't posted any of it....which is a good thing because I got stuck xp and I haven't had time to work on it...college is a tad more important, ne?
