A friend bought the first volume of Gundam Seed for me for my birthday. I think it's alright, but to be perfectly honest it has nowhere near the amount of substance that Gundam Wing has. The characters are nowhere near as believable as those in GW either. I think it's alright, but Gundam Wing is too good for any Gundam series to surpass.

It was a series known Gundam 8th MS team in the US. I saw it back when I was in 8th grade and fell in love with it. The story played out as more of a love story with a little bit of politics thrown in. It wasn't as dramatic as SEED but that was a good thing in this case, by making it more realistic. I remember I cried at the end of it. Wing could never do that for me and I think I was laughing too much at SEED to take it seriously (but I liked Flay! Best character in the show other than Mu).

Me neither.
I tend to be drawn to the mysterious characters in games, books, films and anime. La Creuset holds that for me. Bear in mind, I've only seen the first dvd, and there are better animes to watch beforehand. One thing I couldn't figure out was why that commander was so into floating around. Does lingering around in an zero-gravitational environment give him a thrill or something?

I actually think I've heard of that...
Gundam Seed was amazing. Complicated plots, twists and turns, and Flay xd Although Kira cried a little too much and me and my friend can point a ton of impossible/ cheesy things from the show, it's still one of my favourites.

GSD should actually be coming to TV stations quite soon. It's already available in North America, apparently.

Ah. Gundam SEED Destiny eh? I think Athrun Zala is a bodygaurd for Kagali in that one. Though it could be Astray.... Naw I'm pretty sure its Destiny since Astray has those two older guys in it and looks a bit cooler.

I lost interest in it already. I don't have enough money to keep track of the SEED saga (although its the only other world besides the original military gundam ones that I liked)
