'Yeah... another way up...' murmered the doctor, looking upwards and running a hand through his hair. He carefully walked to the edge of the sphere, moving as close as he dared to the door. The sphere started moving, and the doctor found his balance. He placed his feet far apart and put his hands together like a platform. 'Jump up.' He said to Sephy, motioning towards the door with his head.

"i don't think It'll work.' said Elinor.
'I'm game.' said sephy, who was beginning to feel the effects of the cold.
She walked gingerly over to the doctor, stumbling slightly.
'oh, do be careful.' muttered the Doctor.
'Sorry.'
She placed one foot on his hand, and jumped, somersaulting and landing lightly in the narrow doorway. Now she knew why it was so cold in the sphere. There was a stream of freezing air that blew out of the doorway.
'That magician must know me... how else would he know about that?' she thought.
'Well, are you going to help us up or not?'
'I'll think about it.' said Sephy. She took out her sword, jamming in into cracks in the concrete. She hooked her foot around it, and dangled down, holding her hands out to the two timelords.
'Hurry up.'
Elinor grabbed her wrists, and Sephy pulled her up.
'Now for me.' called the Doctor.
Sephy shivered, and fell against the wall.
'hold on...'

Elinor screamed at her friends about the imposter but neather of them seemed to hear her. they were all now on the floor above her and they were leaving!!! Elinor gave an angry shout and cured the gods for making her lives hell! then she stopped. looking down at her from the door above was the fake Elinor smiling in a cold way and giving her a pin pointed glare, the orange in her eyes was back. the doctor called to the fake Elinor, she gave Elinor one last nod and as the glow faided from her eyes, turned to follow Sephy and the Doctor. Elinor turned around and tried to punch the wall in her anger, but almost gave a scream of fright when her hand went through the wall. then she smiled in relisation, turned until she was facing the direction her friends had gone in and ran through the wall.

Sephy looked at elinor.
'Well, how did you survive the time wars?'
'I escaped.'
'Oh.' Sephy frowned.
'Is that it?'
'Yes.'
'That's hardly what I would expect from a timelady! I mean seriously, don't you guys talk more than that?'
'No.'
'Idiot.'
'Thank-you.'
'Wouldn't you retaliate?'
'No.'
'fine.'
'good.'
'You're not a timelord.'
'Yes I am.'
'And wouldn't you defend your heritage?'
'What?'
'Timelord. Yeah, right. who the hell are you?'

The doctor looked around at her. 'You escaped?' He said. 'Nobody escaped. I was the last one left, and then I land on this godforsaken, backwater planet and just happen to find a fellow survivor of the time war?' He shook his head, and opened his mouth to say something else, then stopped halfway through. 'If you're Gallifreyan,' He asked, 'How come you didn't have a TARDIS?' he asked instead.

'Well.' said elinor. she flickered.
Sephy gasped, and took out a small gadget. She pressed a few buttons, and elinor flickered again, and died.
Disappeared.
'Where's elinor?' asked the doctor.
'was she even here in the first place? I can probably locate her.' She pressed a few more buttons, and the stunned image of elinor appeared before them.
'Look!' she shouted. 'I can walk through walls!'
She ran for the wall, and crashed into it.
'Well, I could before...'

"ow! that hurt" elinor said after she had managed to stand up again. then she glared at sephy.
"you took your time to see that that wasn't me!" she said.
the doctor looked at Elinor. "what just happened there?" he asked.
Elinor srugged. "i dont know. I woke up like that after the thing appeared and hit me on the head. you just didnt seem to relise that that thing that you thought was me, was not me."

'until I figured she wasn't a timelady.' said sephy calmly. 'but I trust you are.'
'Of course! what on earth are you talking about? of course I'm a timelady!'
'Defensive. interesting.' sephy shivered again.
'Are you quite alright?' asked the Doctor roughly. 'Really, now. It's not all THAT cold.'
'Never mind. I just can't stay in this for too long.'
'Or what?'
'I'll die. Now, let's go.'

Elinor looked at sephy in an angry way. she didnt like this girls mis-trust and when sephy mentioned the Timewars, Elinor had felt a stab of guilt. she knew she should not have lived through that and there was no explainable reason why she had. she looked over to the doctor and relised that he was thinking along the same lines. Elinor sighed.
"one day im going to get to the bottom of this!" she said, not knowing if she was talking about the Timewars or Sephy.

Sephy looked from Elinor to the Doctor, seeing their anger and an odd sense of regret crept over her. She should not have mentioned the Timewars.
She suddenly realised that they had kept on going, and she hurried after them down the long corridor. It stretched on for ages. and the air seemed to get colder. or perhaps the effect was just getting stronger. Her old sensei's words ran through her mind again.
'Outside in the universe, you must trust no-one. here, you can trust only half.'
she shook her head, shutting off the train of thought. She didn't want to go back there. And still after she knew everything there was in essence evil, it was so hard to let go of what she had been taught all her life.

Elinor watched as Sephy overtook her. for some reason she found herself looking at Sephys hands. they were almost blue from cold! Elinor couldnt help but wonder how this had happened as it didnt seem that cold. infront of her, Sephy gave a huge shiver. Elinor sighed, pulled off her jacket
and through it over Sephy. Sephy turned and looked at Elinor in a funny way before starting to remove the jacket but Elinor grabed her hand. "dont." she whispered softly. "we dont want you freezing to death." then Elinor let go of Sephys hand and walked off.

The doctor started walking a bit faster. 'Now, where are we?' He mused. He walked a few more steps. 'Oh come on, does this corridor never end?' He said, started to move off again and walked into a forcefield, falling backwards. 'Ah.'
