She blinked and nodded along, "It is always the if factor with this situasion, suppose the moon court are released? And we are as unprepared as ever? How do I cope in my position as healer, possibly a future shaman... It is my duty..." she wouldn't let the subject die, just not yet.

"I never said you shouldn't practice and study healing processes..." He trailed off and decided to go with, "And whatver else you do as a healer." Since he really had no idea what was needed for this type of thing, "After all, after leaving your chambers, I could slip and break my arm." He pointed out, "So regardless of whether or not the Moon Court is out, it would still be good for you to practice." He was trying to sound reassuring as he said all this, "We won't be as unprepared as one might think. Equus is already a skilled fighter to some extent, the king is as well I would presume. Aesculus is literally a genius and I'm sure would give the King great advice, Pappilla is a skilled magic user, even I have a few tricks up my sleeve." He looked down at his sleeveless arms and smiled, "Well, my bracer." He lifted his arm with the bracer, obviously trying to ligthen the mood some.

She smiled, adding some, "I guess we all possess different qualities," she sighed, "Alces if you broke your arm, what would I be able to do? Nothing. I spent most of my childhood reading up about basic plants and mixing things," she rubbed her temples once more, the talk of the moon court and studying making her uptight and worried.
"Maybe now that I have transformed into teen, is the time to really study, I don't think its time to mess around anymore.."

Removing his arm from her shoulder, and returning it to his side, he shook his head, "Nonsense Lady Ursa, you would be able to help me." He was still smiling kindly at her, "See? Exactly, you studied about plants and mixing them. That makes medicine doesn't it?" He still really had no clue about what he was talking about, but he was trying, "You could make me some sort of drink to ease the pain? That would certainly help me, I'm sure of it."
When he noticed her rubbing her temples again he shook his head and went to put his hand on her shoulder yet again, "Don't be so hard on yourself Lady Ursa. You've done plenty I'm sure. You were very young, and you did all that you could at the time by reading about the various plants. Now you'll know more about them and be able to do wonderful things with them. Perhaps the book you now have will be of some help to you. It is supposed to be an 'indepth look on medicinal herbs.'" He sounded as though he was quoting that from someone or something as he began smiling again, "Or so Lady Xannyia claims."

She smiled and nodded, "Thank you Alces, for snapping me out of that worry..." she immediatally scurried back to her desk, quickly drew the bottom drawer out, bringing out a box, before laying it down on the table and taking something, clasping it in two hands.
She walked back to Alces, before laying her hand flat out and what lay on it was....
"For you." she muttered.

"You're welcome." Alces replied, the smile still present on his face. His brown eyes watched her curiously as she hurried back over to her desk. Wondering what she was up to he turned his head off to one side. On her way back to him he still had a curious glint in his eyes that soon turned back into a happy little twinkle type thing. "For me?" He smiled at her even wider as he reached out his hand to take the gift, "Thank you Lady Ursa!" He exclaimed and stared at the beautiful gift.

She nodded almost at once, pushing it into Alces hands, and pushing his fingers back, clutching it almost. "Of course its for you, silly." she blinked and took a step back afterwards, chuckling.

Alces continued to look at the gift in his hands for a few moments before looking back at Ursa; the smile returning on his face yet again, "Thank you Lady Ursa. I think I know just the place to hang it up when I return to my chambers.

She grinned, "I shall look forward to seeing it on 'display' then, next time I pay you a vist," she nodded, "Alces, how is Pappila and Muris getting on? I talked to Muris quite recently but Pappila, I haven't seen her around for quite some time..."

"Last I saw Lady Pappila, she had just grown into a teen as well. I'm afraid I won't be able to tell you anything more. She was, of course, a bit tired and weak after the transformation, but I'm sure she is feeling much better now." He stopped to nod a few moments at her before continuing, "And as for Lady Muris...she is doing well. She too transformed into a young woman as well. How long ago, I'm not sure, but I gathered it happened quite recently."

"Wow!" she pushed back a strand of hair aside her face, "thats great! I must vist them sometime soon..." she nodded, and looked around her messy room, "'what have you been up to since last time?"

Alces moved his hand up to his head and scratched it for a moment, then ran a hand through his hair, or rather tried, but his antlers got in his way of that. Slowly putting his hand back down, and tapping the base of the antler he had rammed his hand into casually, as if he had meant to do that, he answered, "Nothing of great importance. I have done some reading, and ventured out into Gaia several times to visit my Kithain, and buy various gifts for friends. And you Lady Ursa? Have you been enjoying yourself?"

"Celenis?" Alces asked curiously, not realizing it was her horse. "And how is dear Aesculus doing? Well I hope? I haven't seen him for quite sometime. My last encounter with him, was the night Pappila grew."
