I started crying when Denny died (of course), but also when Christina goes up to Burke and gives him a hug and says, "Don't ever die," then bursts into tears. crying

That quote is like ahhhh.

And the episode with the bomb. Sadly, I've only seen the second half because I didn't start watching GA religiously until the beg. on the 3rd season so I've only seen bits and pieces of the first two, rawr.

Yes I have cried alot during Grey's Anatomy. Not because of the main characters' stories but some of their patients' situations make me cry. Like when someone loses a baby or a child... with the characters... Denny dying was very sad and Burke/Christina in last week's episode when he closes the door on her... I didn't cry but that was sad.

A lot of crying done here. I think the saddest part recently is when Mere's mother said that the cheif would be with here if she had never had a daughter, when she is talking to Mer. I was like, 'ouch, that's gotta sting' and I like, felt her pain. x_x

Hmm (besides ALL of the ones mentioned so far)
The one where Izzy has found out that Alex was sleeping with the nurse, and none of her friends are there for her. She says something like "I never once said you would be better without McDreamy..." and she's JUST SO SAD! Stupid bad friends...

Aside from Denny dying, I thought that it was really sad when this woman in Season 3 was pregnant and she suddenly lost her baby because of a fall. She slipped, I think, and then she was brought in the hospital. Something happened to her arm, and to cure it, she didn't take anything to lessen the pain during the procedure. It was just so heartbreaking that she went through that pain so nothing could possibly complicate her pregnancy, and in the end, she still lost the baby.

Once again, the episode where denny dies. But not denny dying... the saddest part is at the end when Alex scoops izzie up and cradles her and you can tell that even though he knows he messed up big time, he loves her some big huge impossible amount in a way noone can ever understand.

I cried a lot
-The moment with the trainwreck and both the man and teh women crashes.
-When Denny died the whole laste 15 minutes(my sister thought I broke my arm ore something)
-When George finally had his moment with Meredith and than she began to cry
-The moment Izzy cut the Lvad wire
-When the bom exploded(I almost began to think Meredith died)
That's a lot, and I think there where more moments I cried or almost cried

I normally never cry but when sad things happen in good movies or in Grey's or an other good serie I cry.

Every scene where people die makes us sad or cry.

But the most touching moment for me was on the episode themed "crossing the line". Meredith cried hard because she realized that she does not want her mother to be alone or die alone.

i cried like the whole bomb episode (well it seemed like it)
and i cried a lot when denny died... cause u think he really was gonna live then he just... died and meredith and derek are having sex at the same time and the song... the song that they were playing during that whole scene (it's called grace) made me cry a whole lot more

Remember the train wreck episode? God, that was so sad. The two people that got stuck together had to choose which of them would live.

Another one I cried at was a recent episode where a pregnant lady and her husband came to the hospital because the lady fell in the shower and landed on her stomach, so they came to see if everything was okay. Then Addison talk an ultrasound and found out the baby had died, so she told the parents and they cried and everything. But the part that got me was when Addison told them that she had to remove the dead baby and it was just so sad.

Um I definetly think George's Dad dying, and the family looking at George to make the decision whether or not to pull the plug definetly qualifies as a saddest moment.

I manage to cry about something in every episode, I guess I just cry a lot. So I try not to watch it in mixed company, I don't want to hear the teasing I get because "it's just a show". Some of the issues in the episodes are just too close to home.

George making the decision to pull the plug on his dad was one of the saddest moments, and I definitely cried through that one. There were lots of other sad moments, but for George who knew what was happening was torn between the practical Dr side and the emotional family side.
