I am just learning animation, but Photoshop has it ^^ yiou just "save for web" instead of save as. ^^

Latest, these were gifts in my shop. ^^ it was an event, they picked a theme I drew them. Cuz these were specials, no repose.
 
this one I wasnt too happy with at first, so I drew a secxond one with wings. I'll post both.
