FF4 - Kain, and that "spoony bard"
FF6 - Locke, Celes, Kefka - "Wait, he says. Do I look like a waiter?!"
FF7 - Vincent, Cloud
FF8 - Zell, Fujin and Rajin, and Quistis
FF9 - Vivi, Steiner
FFX - Lulu, auron
FFX-2 - Paine
And, tho it may be sacrilige to the Guild, I still love FF6(3) best of all.

Tough... there are so many good characters.
Vincent though. Definately. Although Red, Sephiroth, Cloud, Squall, Cid, Reno, Rude, Zidane, Auron, Lulu and Yuffie are up there. (Strange like for Yuffie although I was cussing her out in during part of the game. *grumbles* Thief)

Definitely Aeris, although Cecil from FFIV and Terra from FFVI are awesome, too.
