Well, a sunburn lasts a couple days. It takes longer than that for a tattoo to full heal and not hurt anymore.
And in certain places... tattoos are a b***h. heart

I don't smoke. I have a lot of friends who do/did. The smell makes me feel ill so I never actually tried it, either.

Dude, what kind of tattoo shop actually does work on someone who's inebriated or stoned? Any reputable place should turn you away at the door if you show up like that...

I thought most tattoo places would not ink someone that was intoxicated....That's what my friend tells me...and she does tatoos confused

I have a friend who wentto pierce his lip. Dumbass was drunk.
He passed out and because the tattoo dude was a dumbass, too... he had left some cupboards open and my friend hit himself pretty good on one of those cupboard doors. Ended up in the hospital.
Bravo, idiots.
That same friend is now in prison for stealing money from his family for pot. Scratch that. He almost went to prison. He's in rehab now.
