Mordread held onto Patrick and kissed his shoulder softly, "I'll be right here with you, love. I promise. I love you, you know that. You can do it." he nodded his head and kissed his shoulder again, attempting to be as soothing as possible. He even endangered his precious tail to wrap around his lover's wrist.
Hey, it was an affectionate gesture!

Patrick shrugged and hopped up off of the chair. His fingers reached over to stroke along Mordreads tail before sliding behind the small cornered room.
He emerged a moment later wearing the smock, face darker then usual and head ducked. "..My butt looks fat."
Either way, he sat down again

"I think it makes you look rather slim!" Cray smiled happily, still standing up and looking at the jars on the shelves.
Hmm... Perhaps the one he had already prepared.
Looking towards where Patrick had sat down, he gave a pleasent chuckle and gestured a hand to the chair in the middle of the room. "Sit in that one, please."

"Call me fat ONE MORE TIME, mister, and I will personally bite your head off, ok? And I'm NOT talking about the one on your shoulders." Patrick snorted and folded his arms across his chest. "Why? What's wrong with..."
The dark man paused, glowering. "s**t. Right. Be NICE. Bleh. I don't WANT to move..."
With a heave and a sigh, he pushed himself up and moved towards the chair in the middle of the room, settling down with a soft noise. "Is there any chance you can tell us how many there are, doc? I want to be prepared. And if there's like...more then three? Scoop the extra out."
He was joking at the last part.
Really.

"Did I say you were fat? No I didn't!" He said pleasantly with a wide grin on his face.
Rolling over on his stool, Cray pulled on a lever on the side of the chair, causing it to tip bakc gently and spread the man's legs in the air.
"Sure! If I cant tell from this, then I'll do a scan, how about that?" He said just as happily as ever." Reaching over to the small side table, Cray grabbed a pair of rubber clubs and pulled them on with a snap. "Does the chair feel comfortable? Much better then what the old style doctors use."

"Is there anyway we can get a sonogram anyway? I know it's silly but...I'd like to see them. It's my first real kid...And most likely the last and..." Mordread smiled rather sheepishly then as he squeezed Patrick's hand.
He was definitely more of the female in the relationship. It would be odd that he wasn't the one pregnant - but it fit with their weird lifestyle. Nothing was normal in their household. Nothing at all.
At Patrick's words he gave a mock glare, kissing his cheek, "Don't mind grumpy here."

"Yea, don't mind grumpy me." patrick grumbled and he settled back in the chair more, eyes closing and willing himself to relax. This was one of the many, many reasons he blessed the gods he wasn't female.
Well, ******** that now.
His eyes squeezed and his hand found Mordread. Clingage occured. "Let's just get this over with, tell me how many and let me get teh ******** out of here."

"Don't worry! I'll be as fast as possible!" He grinned widely, picking one of the instruments and beginning the "examination".

Around 30mins later of poking, prodding, and even doing the injection through the entrance to the man's "womb", Cray pulled the lever again to bring the chair down back to it's upright position. "There, wasn't so bad was it?" He said, taking off his rubber gloves and replacing them with a new pair.
"Shall we do that scan now?" He asked the pair, pushing himself over to where the sonogram equipment was.

"Yes! Please!" he was excited, his hands still clinging to Patrick's. He wanted to see how many they had, he wanted to see them. Hell, the cat boy was practically bouncing around where he stood.
When he noticed what he was doing he calmed and coughed, "Uhm...Yes, please." he said, a smile on his lips

He kept his eyes squeezed closed through the whole of it, hands clutching onto his lovers and almost SNIFFLING. Once the other asked the question, Patrick nodded, one red eye peeking at him with a nibble to his lower lip.
"....please?"

Rolling back over with the equipment, Cray had also grabbed a sheet to place over Patracks bits when he applied the gel.
Placing it over his waist and thieghs, he proceeded to pull up the hospital gown and turn on the machine so it could warm up a little. While waiting, the Professor was already getting to squeeze the gel on the man's belly.
"This may be a little cold." He said happily, squeezing out a massive blob onto the bare skin.
Once that was done, he pressed the sonogram against it and started rolling it around before an image came on the screen. "Okies! Let's see if we can find the baby!"

Patrick squeaked like a chipmunk, hopping and digging his nails into his lovers hand. This is when the baby because...well, it's when Patrick saw it as...as a baby, not just a lump.
"Can you tell us if it's a boy or a girl?"

Cray's lip seemed to purse happily as he took a closer look, going back and forth with the sonogram to make sure he wasn't see double.
"I cant see the genders as of yet but I can tell you one thing!" He started to giggle happily. "You have twins coming your way! Look you can see them there!"
He pointed out the two shapes on the screen so the both of them kne which baby was which. Oh joy!

Mordread stared at the screen, his hands clutching to his lover's, "Twins...We have..." his eyes started to water - the bloody girl that he was, "We have...babies...I...." he was grasping for some kind of sane thought.
He was going to be a father. It hit him then, seeing those two little ones. It was different then the other children - these were a part of him. A part of him and the man that he loved and that was simply amazing.
"Twins..."

"Wait.. two?" His eyes had widened at that, lips falling open in shock. Two? Those little blobs on the screen...there were...
Oh s**t.
His hand yanked Mordread down almost violently, lips pressing against his lovers with an excited - excited?? YES! Excited! - squeal, "Two! We're having two! We have babies mordread and there's gonna be two!"
