The fans roar as Cartwright's risky maneuver pays-off, with Bad Boy taking the force of the dive and crash in to announcers table!
Cartwright lands with a thud on the floor himself, which doesn't allow him to capitalise as quickly as he would like, but he soon looks to bring Bad Boy back in to the ring for a pin attempt!

Brad was dragged to his feet, and towards the ring where he was shoved in!
Cartwright got a pin attempt in!
1!....2!...
Bad just shoots his legs forward and gets the shoulder up at 2! The time spent was too much and allowed the kick out to happen!

Damn it, Cartwright thought that was as good an opportunity as ever, but Bad Boy shows his toughness after taking such damage.
The Boss will just have to continue the beatings until morale improves, so he looks to bring Bad Boy up to grab him around the waist and sling him across the ring with a belly-to-belly suplex!

Brad gets pulled up to his feet, and suddenly Cartwright wraps his arms around the torso! Thinking quickly, Bad looks to wrap his left arm around Cartwright's head, and tries to rake the eyes with the right hand!

Cartwright's grip immediately softens as Bad Boy goes for his eyes, the crowd booing the desperate tactic which leaves Cartwright open to attack!

Brad dropped back into the corner for a second as Cartwright tries to deal with the fact that his eyes were almost gouged out! The ref starts to admonish him for a moment... Until Brad pushes the ref away and goes right to Cartwright, looking turn him around, kick him in the gut, and wrap his arms up while his head is under his arm! From there Bad Boy would lift Cartwright up slightly, and drive him into the mat with the ICEEE Drop!

A boot to the gut doubles the blinded Cartwright over, allowing Bad Boy to grab Cartwright's arms and lift him high in to the air before planting him flat on to the mat, their body's bouncing from the impact that the mat takes!
Cartwright is left motionless from the ICEEE Drop, ripe for the pin!

Bad Boy let out a yell after landing the move! Holding onto the back of his head, then his hip! Hurt from what he's been hit with so far!
Finally Brad looked to shoot the half, moving Cartwright onto his back and hooks the far leg for the pin attempt!

Bad Boy rolls Cartwright over on to his back and hooks the leg, making sure to do everything properly and professionally at this key moment!
The referee drops down to count the pin.
ONE...
TWO...
NO!!!
The crowd pops as Cartwright lifts his right shoulder up, saving himself at the last split second!

Brad was forced to sit up, as his face was that of....not disbelief but rather panic as he looked at the ref! He dropped his head for a moment to hold his hip again as he pushed himself to his feet, stumbling back to the ropes.
Brad would again look around for Hiro and Salem, and yelled at the ref "WHERE'D THEY GO!?" the ref letting him know both were counted out and were gone from the match "ARE YOU SERIOUS!?"
Brad shook his head and pushed himself to a standing position as he awaits for Cartwright to stand, yelling "GET YOUR a** UP!" as he waited.
Once Cartwright was standing, Brad looked to lift him up in a Fireman's Carry, looking to land the TKO!

Cartwright returns to his feet as Bad Boy stresses about the state of the match, which Bad Boy sees and hoists The Boss up in a Fireman's Carry.
However Cartwright begins to resist and wiggles free, dropping behind Bad Boy and pushing him to try and create some separation!

Cartwright had wiggled free of Brad's grasp, and shoved him forward!
Unfortunately the referee was in the worst possible spot he could be! Brad running right into the ref, their heads colliding together!
The ref dropped like a sack of potatoes, rolling to the outside of the ring!
Brad meanwhile, was busy holding his face, dropping to a knee for a second before forcing himself back up to stand! Still trying to clear the cobwebs!

The crowd gasps as the referee is dropped, accidentally by Bad Boy and Cartwright, as there was no consideration for him during the heat of the battle.
Cartwright notices Bad Boys dazed body language and senses an opening, looking to lift him up on to his shoulders in a Torture Rack position, ready to drop Bad Boy on his head with the Cartwright Crash Burning Hammer!

Bad Boy felt himself pulled up onto Cartwright's shoulders on his back! Looking up at the lights as he tries to flail, but to no avail!
The Cartwright Crash drives Bad Boy's head and neck into the mat! A second time he's felt that in the past two PPVs! Crunched up onto the mat before involuntarily rolling onto his back, in a head, staring up at the lights again! The crowd exploding upon the move hitting!

Cartwright looks ecstatic as his kill shot has been landed, as he musters the energy that he has left to hook Bad Boys leg and surely win the match!
BUT
Cartwright wonders why the crowd is counting the pin, but he hears nobody slapping the mat.
The referee is still outside of the ring, not back in this world!
