 he made a fire in the pit, put the grill back up, then placed the sweet potato on, the fish would be grilled, but he had to wait for the sweet potato to be cooked first because it takes them longer to cook. he wondered how his moms and sister was. no doubt mom was telling them how dence he and pixi were. that put a smile on his face. he didnt put honey or salt on the sweet potato this time, he wanted to let her taste a sweet potato plain., he dist cut them long ways and put butter on them, but thats it.

after she was done washing the dishes then drying them and put them away. "There, all clean!" she then left the den and joined him. "Ohhh, you cut the sweet potato, when they get soft, we can mash them up and add butter making it even more yummy." she sat next to him and played with one of his tails, she wanted to pester him. she giggled

he flicked his tail around to try to make it stop. he then turned around. :Are you trying to bug me?" he tried hard to sound serious, but it was hard to see her giggling and not join in. "Well, you better run because im going to get you!" He tried to get her, but he missed. "You netter hope I dont catch you!" He laughed

She darted away from him, she ran into the forest, she then screamed as she seen a big black bear running at her. she tried to turn and run, but it was too late, the bear grabbed her back leg and shook her violently. she felt her leg break, she screamed again in pain. it was now on top of her, swiping her with its large paws which had sharp claws. she tried blocking her face, but that only got the bear to grab one of her arms and swinging her around, she heard the snap of her arm. this was it, she was going to die. she began to cry, the pain was too much and she passed out.

He stopped running, he could hear her pain filled screams. he then heard a roar from a bear. he had to save her!!! He ran in the den, grabbed a bat and pepper spray that was meant for bear. hbe ran to where the attack was, he seen a lot of blood and this angered him, he jumped at the bear and sprayed the bear in the eyes. the bear screeched, then he took the bat and started smashing it on the head over and over until it backed off and ran. He ran to pixi, she had dozens of cuts and her left leg and left arm were bent in awkward positions. She was passed out. he picked her up and had to fly to the hospital in the small town, it was a very small hospital, but they were good doctors, he refused to klet her die by bleeding out, so he placed her on the ground, and grabbed a sheet from his den, ripped it up and tied the cuts that were bleeding alot. which there were 6 deep cuts. please hang in there my poor angel, he then picked her up and flew the 45 minutes to get to the town and landed at the emergency doors. he ran in, with tears in his eyes. "PLEASE, SOMEONE, HELP HER!" ++++++++++ an hour after bringing her in, the doctor walked to him. We stopped the bleeding, she lost a lot of blood, her leg is broken in two places and her arm is broken in 3 places, we sewed her up, and giving her a few bags of blood to maske up fort what she lost. they are about to fix up her bones, line them up and put metal stakes into her bones to make sure they stay in place. but she will probably never walk without a limp from now on. she is entering the surgery now, we will let you know when we finish.

after hours of surgery, he was able to see her. one eye was puffed out and blackened, looked like the bear knocked her down or whatever happened. her leg was in the air in a hammock like thing and her arm, it was by her side, both in casts. He started crying hard, she was covered in scratches, , and she was still getting blood into her. the nurse came in and said he should go home and let her rest. "I'm not going home until i can bring her with me!" "well visiting hours are almost up." The nurse said matter of factly. "Im staying here with her the entire time shes in the hospital!" the doctor entered the room and told the nurse to go be rude somewhere else. the doctor then turned to swift. "She is stable for now, the bones were fixed, but she will have a limp for the rest of her life, but thats good news, she will have a long life, the stitches for the cuts will need to be removed after the wounds are healed. i will get another bed brought in here for you to stay with her. try to get some sleep, she will probably wake up after the drugs wear off, id say in the morning, so no need to stay up. shes a fighter, she is not in any danger anymore. please rest. 10 minutes later a bed was rolled into the room and placed it next to her., they gave him a blanket and a pillow. he climbed onto the bed covered himself up, and laid his head on the pillow. their beds were touching, he kissed her cheek and apologised to her. he then fell asleep.
