The last play that I have read would be Macbeth. I enjoyed this play very much and thought that the writing style that Shakespeare has is very interesting and compelling to the audience.

Yes, the only musical drama that I have ever seen is Hamilton. I liked this because of the music, I believe that music makes everything better and it definitely added to the dramatic effect.

I have a little bit of experience with Opera as I have seen two although I did not prefer them. I have never seen Ballet in person but I would love to, I have seen clips on YouTube and I have loved them all.

One film adaptation of a play that I have seen is Hamlet. I enjoyed reading Hamlet more than watching it because I like to be able to imagine the characters and the book/script always has more detail which I prefer.

I have never attended a professional drama performance, but I feel like it would be a cool experience. I have never read a play before. I have never been to a musical drama, and I have no experience with opera or ballet, I have watched Hamilton before with my sister and I liked how their way of performing was singing.

Well my mom used to make me come with her to the metropolitan opera and I also saw Hamilton once. Last play I read was the “new” Harry Potter book and it wasn't for me. I saw Hamilton and enjoyed it. My experience with opera has been trying not to fall asleep as a kid while mom explained the plot to me. I can’t think of any film that was an adaptation of a play that I have seen. (Words 79)

When I think about my experiences with opera and ballet, I remember being forced to go, and then acting like I didn't enjoy the experience. My starter ballet was the nutcracker, which may not be unique. I also traveled to Russia and saw a performance that was great. In addition to Aida, an opera that stands out to was and is Porgy and Bess Seeing people that looked like me doing an opera was awesome.

Have you ever attended a professional drama performance? Which type of drama was it (play, opera, musical, dance)?
A few years ago, I was able to attend a performance called David and Goliath at the Sight and Sound Theater in PA.
• What is the last play you read? Did you enjoy it?
I don't believe I have read a play previously, but If I had to guess it was probably Romeo & Juliet.
Have you ever seen a musical drama? What type of musical was it? Do you enjoy musicals?
I have watched several movies where they break out in musical dances.
What is your experience with opera and ballet?
When I saw the Phantom of the Opera, it was very interesting.
Have you watched a film / TV adaptation of a play? Which format did you enjoy most, and why?

No I have never attended a professional drama performance and the reason for that is I just don't enjoy those type of drama plays. I don't watch any in general but hope you enjoyed the performance you attended!

The last play I read was Macbeth and that was back in my junior year of high school. 2 years ago, I didn't enjoy reading it that much since Shakespeare writing was on another level. It's insane of how talented he was in writing.

I have never seen a musical drama and don't plan on seeing any in the future unless someone that I'm close with invites me. I don't really enjoy musical plays, it's just not something fun for me.

I have no experience with opera and ballet, it's very unique that many in this class have seen it. Glad they enjoyed it and found it interesting. My family aren't a big fan of opera and ballet.

I really do not know if I have watched a film or TV adaptation of a play. Probably on America's Got Talent a few years ago but I was a kid just endlessly watching all types of videos on YouTube because of quarantine.

Even though its in reverse, I went and saw the stage version of, The Color Purple, years after seeing the original movie. I respected the stage version even though they glossed over certain issues presented in the movie.
