The mean chop would connect, leaving Swerve to leave the corner. Holding his chest. Even dropping to a kneel for a moment before getting back to a vertical base, all while holding his chest. He learned best from his old tag partner!

Abyss would grab Swerve afterwards with both hands and attempts a big hip toss to Strickland throwing him across the ring!

Swerve was raised and drop back down on his back with the hip toss from Abyss. Causing him to roll on his stomach to relieve the pain filling his back

Abyss was in control now, as he follows Swerve to where he landed, sitting him up and placing him in a big nasty hot sweaty headlock.

That was definitely not an ideal place to be for anyone. Especially for the Realest in this moment as he would reach for the ropes that were far, far away!

Abyss was in weardown mode, trying to prevent any more of those fast slick moves of Swerve by slowing him down and weakening him here as he applies pressure!

Prince nana would get in the sight of Swerve, ushering him to try and fight back. Doing what he could to light a fire in the Realest' heart. Slapping the mat, even getting the crowd to get behind Swerve in this moment. All of this slowly building, as Swerve began to wiggle back and forth in the headlock, trying to find some leeway out!

Abyss keeps the headlock applied for now, and starts getting up to his feet with Swerve starting to show some fight while in it

Swerve also began to get back to his feet with Abyss. Seeing he got enough leverage to do this, it should be easier to get out. Swerve would shift the side of his head into Abyss' chest and begin to throw some elbows in the direction of Abyss' diaphragm

Abyss was elbowed but he was ready for them, and he attempts to quickly let go of the headlock but deliver a big heavy knee into Swerves midsection.

Swerve got a bunch of leverage back just to have it taken from him as a debilitating knee would penetrate the gut of Swerve, causing him to double over and drop down to the mat in a ball

Abyss favors where he was elbowed for a second, but he then picks Strickland up completely and then attempts to lift him up and over his shoulders in a Torture rack position!

Swerve would get hoisted up in the Torture Rack position. Despite him resisting to be put in that position!

Abyss attempts to keep a good hold of Swerve and drop him with the Shock Treatment Backbreaker!

The backbreaker connected, as it almost quite literally did as the name had said. It seemed the match was probably at the end of the line. Was a good early fight, but just like Swerve expected. Once he got caught, the rest was history.
