Special Markings/Attributes: Olwen has albinism, it is said that if he did not lack melanin he would be saddled with grey like his older brother Renek. Olwen once was the owner of two pretty pink eyes with deep red pupils however due to a bear shifter attack, he no longer has a right eye. His eyelid is mostly paralyzed, so it is impossible for it to ever more than just a crack. Due to the fact the muscles do not move, it is rare to see it do anything but remain closed. He has claw scars that reach into his hairline that has grown back over it on his right side of his face, he has one singular claw scar on his left side of his face that goes into his cheek bone.

Olwen was born in a very large family unit as the fifth oldest, and is the mirror twin to his sister Aina. Olwen is an oddity on its own, born with stark white fur and pink eyes. His older siblings have always been very warm to their younger siblings, however most of them have traits of aloofness and each of them have gone off for a time, sometimes at the same time, to help the family. Which often left Olwen to be the big brother of the younger ones. This includes a time when a bear shifter invaded the family pack when their parents were coming home from a night hunt, which left Olwen in charge of defending his family. In the end, Olwen lost his eye to the bearshifter's claws, while Eir and Haakon were critically injured. Haakon also had lost his right front limb during the debacle. Olwen was lucky enough to be the victor against the bear, as he worked on adrenaline against the shifter. Not too long after the attack the family homed the children of their parents' friends, the Aysels. Locke and Olwen becoming very close, especially when some of the Aysels left to find their own places in the world.
After years of working through the trauma, the family continued to be a strong unit, not allowing such critical injuries shape nor divide them. Olwen later found himself adventuring with some of his siblings and Locke to a Faire, where Olwen began to sell his textile pieces. When Locke met Elentari, he brought Olwen along to help him feel confident enough to approach her. There he met Sovanna and after a romp or two, Sova and Olwen grew very close and fond to one another. It was an instant connection that lead them to become lifemates quite quickly. But, the match was made in the heavens as one would put it.
Olwen is often seen with his friends at the Fairgrounds or with a younger sibling, but more likely to be seen with his lovely mate.
