Day # 46 Theme: Banshee Time spent: ~45mins  Comments: So Banshees aren't considered evil creatures that come & kill you with their screams/wails. Usually it was a fairy woman (Bean Sidhe - ban shee) who foretold your death and was wailing a lament over it. (Keening was a thing done at funerals back in the day, sorta mix of wailing and singing?). Often also seen depicted washing your bloody clothes in the river when you see her...
