how about a crypt match like you start out in a crypt and the only way too win is too beat your opponent so bad you stuff them in the open crypt door on the wall and too win you have too enclose them in the crypt wall and if you lose your fired.

I feel inspired, how about the exploding deathmatch? The ring is surrounded by a 20-foot steelcage that's wrapped in barbed wire, and razor wire, and electrically charged, so everytime someone hits the cage, not only do they get cutup, they also get electrocuted. Here's the bonus, if the match isn't finished within a set timelimit, the ring explodes, then implodes, with both combatants and the ref still in the ring, and the only one wearing protection is the ref. Yes, this match is real, lookup Big Japan Pro Wrestling, they've done it a few times before... twisted

The Death Match is where the ropes are removed, and the ring is wrapped in Barbed Wire, which is electrified somehow, like theyre hooked up to car batteries or something of that sort. Win comes by pinfall.

Dude, there's already a match like that, but it's only done in Japan, look up Big Japan Pro Wrestling, the electrified barbed wire match, the wire wraps around the ringropes and corners and everytime someone hits the ropes, it ses off an electric charge, there's also that infamous deathmatch in ECW that happened between Sabu and Terry Funk...

whole bunch of em for ya Cross. thank me later, but I want my GCW title match at the PPV in a King of The MMountain Match w/ Blue Draven, Harli (who accepted mmy challenge) and 3 other superstars

Ultimate X
The Ultimate X match is considered by many to be the greatest match in the history of TNA. Created by former TNA "Management Consultant" Don Callis. In it, two steel wires are suspended above the ring in a cross motion to form an "X". The object of the match is to scale to the top rope, pull yourself across the wires and grab the championship belt, which is often the X Division Championship. The first match featured then X champion Chris Sabin, Matt Bentley and Frankie Kazarian with Bentley coming out on top. To date there have been 11 Ultimate X matches, 10 of them being every man for himself and one being a tag team match pitting AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels against Konnan's LAX. Other participants in the match since then include Senshi, Petey Williams, Hector Garza, Sonjay Dutt, Elix Skipper, Ron Killings and Samoa Joe. Chris Sabin holds the record for most appearances in Ultimate X matches, seven in total and he holds the record for most Ultimate X matches won, four in total.

King of the Mountain
A match created by then Director of Authority Vince Russo to give Jeff Jarrett an unfair advantage in his rematch for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. The match is contested between five men. The object is to pin any one of your four opponents which makes you eligible to scale a ten foot ladder with the belt and attempt to hang it on a hook above the ring. Pinning a competitor also forces them to enter a penalty box for two minutes. It has been described as a "reversed ladder match" The match is usually showcased at TNA's June pay per view Slammiversary Jeff Jarrett has won two of these matches, one of which due to the infamous Orlando Screwjob. The other winner is Raven who captured the NWA World Heavyweight Championship in this match at Slammiversary 2005

Six Sides of Steel
Basically a steel cage match. The cage has been specially reformed with six sides in order to shape TNA's six sided ring. America's Most Wanted and The Naturals were the first team to face each other inside the cage. The most remembered of all six sides of steel matches is probably the final match between AMW and Triple X at TNA Turning Point 2004, the match in which Elix Skipper performed the legendary huracanrana from the top of the cage.

Monsters Ball
The most brutal of all TNA's matches. A concept created for TNA's first pay per view Victory Road 2004. Two, three or four wrestlers are locked inside separate rooms twenty four hours prior to the match. They are deprived of food, water and light in order to weaken them before they meet in the ring. When match time comes they are released, physically and mentally exhausted. There are no disqualifications and no count-outs. Common weapons used in this match are thumb tacks, barbed wire, tables, chairs and chains. Monsters Ball 2 is generally regarded as the best so far, which featured Abyss, Jeff Hardy, Sabu and winner Rhino (who later went on to win a gauntlet and the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. The match also featured a twenty five foot swanton bomb off the top of the entrance way by Jeff Hardy on Abyss.

Raven's Clockwork Orange House of FunOne of two original matches from the sick mind of Raven. This match has changed slightly over time. The original rules of the match were to climb a ladder, grab weapons hung above the ring, incapacitate your opponent to the point where you can throw him over the top rope through two tables. The new concept of the match which is now named simply the House of Fun, is to grab weapons hung from chains suspended above the ring and use them to beat up your opponents. The available weapons get more extreme along the chain, e.g. at the start of the chain there is a kendo stick, further along there is a chair, then a staple gun then a bat wrapped in barbed wire

X Division Invitational
A battle royal used rarely in TNA in order to boost the popularity of the X Division. Usually features around twenty wrestlers from the USA, Mexico, Canada, Japan and England. One of these gauntlets was used in mid 2004 to decide a single X Division champion after Matt Bentley and Frankie Kazarian became co-champions, the match and the title was won by Petey Williams. Another such event took place at TNA Victory Road 2004 in which the Super X Cup 2004 was given to the winner Hector Garza. Recently a gauntlet was set up at TNA Bound For Glory 2006 by Kevin Nash. It was somewhat of a comedy battle royal but the real point of the match was for Nash to scout his new protoge. In the end, it was won by the newly returned Austin Starr

Full Metal Mayhem
A singles variation of Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match (also chains). Abyss has fought in both Full Metal Mayhem matches, in the first one he beat Jeff Hardy to gain a shot at the NWA World Heavyweight title. In the end, due to backstage politics Abyss had his title shot taken away and it was given to AJ Styles. Abyss also fought in the second Full Metal Mayhem in a losing effort against Christian Cage

Hangmans Horror
The second of Ravens match types. Raven created this match during his feud with Jim Mitchell in 2003. Having already taking out Mitchell's New Church member Sinn, and Slash in a dog collar match, this left Raven with only Vampiro standing in the way of him getting Jim Mitchell. For this Raven invented the Hangmans Horror match (Originally Hangmans Horror: Gallows of Retribution). In this match four chains with dog collars are hung from each of the top ropes, the object of the match is to strap your opponent into one of the collars and hang him over the top rope to the arena floor until he either submits or loses consciousness. There have only been two Hangmans horror matches, one in which Raven defeated Vampiro, and the second in 2004 where Raven was defeated by Sonjay Dutt, a replacement for Sabu.

Barbwire Massacre
The final match in the hardcore fued between Abyss and Sabu (Also Sabu's penultimate match with TNA before leaving for Extreme Championship Wrestling) Inspired by Abyss's use of barbed wire in their match at TNA Genesis 2005. The ropes are replaced with barbed wire, as are the weapons and some of the arena. You can use the barbed wire against your opponent in any way you want to secure a victory

Serengeti Survival
A match created by "Alpha Male" Monty Brown specially for his match with Abyss at Turning Point 2004. The match is won either by pinfall or slamming your opponent onto a pile of thumbtacks. There has only ever been one of these match types, and with Monty Browns recent departure of TNA it is unlikely that there will be another.

War Games (AKA Wednesday Bloody Wednesday)
Since this match originated in the NWA it is technically property of TNA wrestling. A match used to spice up a feud, teams of four or five usually led by a team captain alternate entrances inside a large cage (entry determined by coin toss) The match is won by pinfall or submission once all participants are inside the cage. If a team member leaves the cage he cannot return (With the one exception of the Ultimate warrior in 199 cool The first Wednesday Bloody Wednesday took place back when TNA used to air from the TNA Asylum. Jeff Jarrett, Raven, D'lo Brown and America's Most Wanted defeated AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Simon Diamond, Johnny Swinger and Shane Douglas. The second War Games match took place at Lockdown 2006 where Sting, AJ Styles, Rhino and Ron Killings defeated Jeff Jarrett, Scott Stiener and AMW

Elevation X
The newest concept match in TNA, places a large, 20-foot high scaffold, in the shape of an "X", over the ring. It will debut at the Destination X Pay-Per-View on March 11, 2007. Basically a glorified scaffold match, (a match that hasn't been used in professional wrestling in over 10 years), the match is won when one opponent throws the other off the scaffold to the ring below.

Other Types
Falls Count Anywhere in Universal Studios

30 Minute Iron Man (used mainly in X Division matches) The man who scores the most wins in the 30 minute time period is declared the winner. A draw at the end of the 30 minutes results in a sudden death

Hair vs Hair The loser gets his head shaved bald by the winner

No Surrender Dog Collar match Two men are chained together by a fifteen foot long chain attached to a dog collar around the neck. The match cannot end via submission, hence the title No Surrender

Blindfold Match AKA Prince of Darkness match A two out of three falls match. If a third fall is required to complete the match both men are blindfolded for the remainder

Ladder match Two men scale a ladder and attempt to grab an object hanging above the ring, usually a championship belt

First Blood No Disqualification, the first man to make the other man bleed is declared the winner

Bullrope match Similar to a dog collar match. both men are tied together at the wrist by a bullrope. With the cow-bell and the rope being the only usable weapon

TNA Tables match The goal in most cases is to put your opponent through a table, or in TNA's case two, with a twenty second resting period in between

Hockey Stick Street Fight Invented by Scott D'Amore. Six hockey sticks are made available in the corners of the ring and are usable weapons

Belting Pot match Invented by Team 3D. Only used once in TNA as of yet, on the February 22, 2007 edition of iMPACT!. Basically a lumberjack match, in which the lumberjacks are holding leather belts to beat the wrestlers with if they leave the ring

Ok this might get a little too extreme but what about a Parana Match. See this is the rules there will be a tank of Paranas outside the ring. No worries there teeth with be like short so if they bite you won't bleed or anything. Like being bitten by a baby kitten only to adorble it's attempt to feed you. Anyway as I said the tank of Paranas will be outside the ring, next to the apron on one side. It can be a Tornado Tag Team or a one on one match. Loser is who gets tossed inside the tank first.
