Restrictions: You need to be close to the other Doggo, like same room close (probably say around 20-30 feet or maybe less). Takes concentration as well. If you're not focused then it won't work when reading another's mind and if you aren't focused while sending a message it can arrive garbled. If used continuously for an extended period of time it can cause headaches and even migraines. If you have a headache then it is pretty much impossible to use this power. Other creatures can cast someone from their mind via concentration, and telepathy can't be used to force someone to do something.

Power Name: Shadow Manipulation (or something better worded)
Power Description: Ability to control shadows, moving them along a surface and manipulating them into any shape the Dweller desires?
Power Limitations: Cannot use in bright environments, light vanquishes shadows of course~
Notes: Is vague idea, open to changes XD


This definitely needs some clarification as to the nature of the shadow manipulation. Are you imagining it as something like shadow puppetry, or being used as something physical that can grab other Dwellers and such?
Suggestion: Instead of not being able to be used in bright environments, since there needs to be a light source to make shadows in the first place, it can only be used so long as there is something to cast a shadow from.

Suggestion:

Power Name: Plant Manipulation
Power Description: User manipulate plants, including wood, vines, plants, moss, and parts of the plants, such as leaves, seeds, fruits and flowers. The user can cause plants to grow, move and heal plants by lending their own energy to the plant they are manipulating.
Power Limitations: Plants that are pushed past their DNA potential end up withering and dying as soon as the manipulation is finished. Pushing a plant past is DNA potential causes great strain upon the users body, and the user often will need a great amount of rest before they can manipulate plants again, as their own life energy is used in the manipulation.
Notes: I kinda see this as a dumbed down version of poison ivy's powers.


This power, while sounding neat, is also incredibly overpowered as it is and phrases like 'DNA potential' leave it a little too open to interpretation.
Suggestion: The user could make an already there plant get bigger, repair minor damage, flower/fruit/etc or effect minor traits, like making the leaves bigger/darker, the fruit ripen early, or make a seed sprout into a very baby plant, but the more you ask the plant to do, the more it costs and the longer the user has to rest. Also dependant on the size of the plant.
Addendum suggestion; The user can use their ability to control already present hostile plants such as carnivorous plants, strangler vines, and to a lesser degree, carnivorous dryads.

Something physical that can touch and grab would be amazing, but if too overpowered then just puppetry would work as it could still be used to spook and scare >w<

For the 'bright environments' thing, I was thinking along the lines that the further away a shadow gets from what makes it, the weaker it'd be? So if there's a lot of light, a shadow couldn't go very far? But that was only my musing on it, the restrictions and 'cons' I'm not too worried about so whatever y'all think would work best! 8D

Limitations: The light isn't very strong so it won't brighten a very dark room for very far. It takes concentration to keep the glow going. Can be very draining if used for a long time. Requires a full nights rest of 8 hours to restore this ability.

Pyrokinesis: No need to restrict to time of day, but otherwise looks good. Can it be used to start fires however, or is it limited to the user itself?
Cryokinesis: Needs a bit of elaboration. If it's cold, how much ice do you think the user can create? Is it similar in that way to Pyrokinesis? If so, then I think it looks good.
Aquakinesis: Does not need time of day restriction. How much water can the user manipulate in an open area, or is it limited to containers and bowls?
Aerokinesis: What are its limitations? Up to minor dust devil, or weaker?
Terrakinesis: Looks good!

It has been approved. The power cannot be used to grab, but light manipulation (such as tapping someone on the shoulder) is something it's capable of. Official wording will hopefully be up soon.

Pyrokinesis: Yes, I think starting small fires would be good if you think so! And they can conjure flames on themselves!
Cryokinesis: Similar to Pyrokinesis to keep it from being OP, but when it's cold, they could probably freeze over a lake at best?
Aquakinesis: I feel the most open area water that could be controlled is a lake or puddle.
Aerokinesis: Minor dust devil sounds good to me! And little whirlwinds, like the leaves that spin up on windy days
