Nictor Sabbat HP: 15/20 Damage: In Training: Endurance 1/1 Trinkets/Artifacts/Items: Military Grade Weapon (2d6 + 1) Adept Artifact Defense A (style A -3 damage taken, 4x per battle) 4/4 Novice Support Trinket, Style A (Heals another troll by half their maximum hp, 1x per battle) 1/1 Advancements: 7 Minibosses Defeated: 0 Nictor jerked and pulled away a little again when Deimos appeared nearby, again! How was he doing that, how was Nictor not paying enough attention to him to not see him coming?
Perhaps later Nictor might consider that the jumble of noises Deimos made right after striking him were apologies and that the tealblood had made no other violent motions towards him at all and he was probably overreacting.
As of right then though, he could hardly fathom thinking that deeply on it, especially given the low dull ache settling inside his skull.
As it was, he fell back to the back of the group again, finding the skewed normalcy of being there at the back, soothing in some way, and the fuzz was gone now, as much as it could be given the circumstances and cluttered messy state of his brain and then they found it. The dreaded door. The guarantee of a threat, of danger, and Nictor could feel the aches from previous bouts as a battering ram.
He shuffled up to test the thing and heard the same ominous sort of click he’d heard in another ship.
“‘S, uh, r-r-r-----igged,” Nictor breathed quietly, licking his lips and glancing nervously at the others.

3 - You advance through the ship ... ope. Vremea knew what doors meant. Doors usually meant big bosses. Doors usually meant long bouts of fighting, and this adult was not exactly okay with more fighting, especially of this kind. She condoned the fighting only when it was the only other option. She turned around and left the door, but pat Nictor and Zeylla's shoulders for finding it. She didn't think they needed a door to get to the end! It was time to move on!

She quickly followed the yellowblood down the hall, glancing occasionally at their other teammates. Deimos looked dazed and exhausted, and Nictor looked as pathetic as ever(some trolls took more time then others, it seemed. She would have to try harder). Obviously they were in no condition to continue fighting, so Zeylla quickly pointed out an empty room for them to take a break in before moving on. Logically they could find something useful in there as well. Zeylla idly rooted about, while tossing little glances at Bellen as she looked around as well. Advancements 8/10

Thankfully, no more locked doors. They did find an open one though. They took a look around, letting Nictor take a breather. He was grateful for the moment’s reprieve but felt the tiredness looming and ready to hit him full force as soon as he was free of danger.
He rested against a table for a second and just about jumped three feet in the air before toppling to the ground when a noise went off just behind him.
When he yanked himself back upright to see what it was, was it a threat- no. It was. Just an old scanner. Right.

Deimos scouts ahead

Deimos exited the storage room to look further down the hall- they'd already passed one important looking door in favor of just finding the control room, so it must be near by. He just so happened to find another important looking door as well. Sighing, he rubbed at his eyes, then looked back to the group. "Found the other door... lets just keep movin', control room can't be that far off." God he hoped it wasn't. He really hoped it wasn't.

There was another door. At this point it very much wasn't worth it. The yellowblood rubbed her neck sheepishly at the others— It seemed her direction of ignoring the doors was not the frequently decided upon one, but the yellowblood did think she knew what she was doing, which was all that was important. She swiveled on her foot again before walking ahead— They still more ground they needed to cover.

It felt like they had been wandering forever without a fight now, and she was getting, dare she say it, bored. As they continued down the endless halls, Zeylla heard a scuttling crinckling sound from a room, and eager to find something to fight, she hopped into the room. There weren't any zombies, sadly, but there were more of the ridiculous, half-decayed gerbils scrambling around the room. She frowned. Damn it. Advancements 9/10

Deimos takes a gerbil

Thank god Hifumi had listened. He followed the others into the next storage room, pausing when he heard someone (he'd lost track of who) exclaim that there were gerbils scurrying around. More of them? He'd already taken two home... could he really handle a third? He looked down at the feeling of something climbing up his leg and nearly bat it off. This gerbil was one of the ones that grouped up and attacked people- wasn't it?? So why-- he looked around at the others. None of them seemed to have any trouble with the gerbils.
Okay. Maybe it was a tame one? He reached down to pluck it off the leg of his suit. It was.... gross.
But impossible to ignore. He pocketed the creature and sighed again. "I think... I see the control room that way." He started shuffling off toward it, hoping they'd be done with this place now.

Zey looked down at the blind, too-many legged creature that was thumping against her leg repetitively and frowned. It would probably be better off culled and put out of its undead misery, but...Bellen was watching.
She scooped the little thing up and pocketed. At least her other mutated gerbil would have a friend now.
....She was going to probably need to name these things.

It just frustrated her how none of these ships seemed salvageable. Maybe they were just very, very, poorly made. She wouldn't want the rebels to be in it, anyways. Vremea motioned for her team to set up the small boxes, pointing behind them. It was time to go.
