Pissed Off was a side of Seren that Rhys had never actually seen before, so it was an interesting thing to see her try and control what he could only assume was the urge to lose her temper. It wasn't the best place to lose her temper given the way they were just chased out--the threat of getting beheaded was very real, even if this was supposed to be a dream--so giving away their position because she lost it would probably be a bad idea. But if she did, he would have understood, and he assumed so would have Joy, but he still found himself relieved when she finally manged to calm down a bit on her own. He offered her a smile, giving her hand another comforting squeeze to maybe, hopefully, calm her down sooner.
At Joy's suggestion he nodded. "We should sit down and talk mission strategy sometime," he said as they proceeded to do that before they started about their sneaking through and into the castle again.
And to a great degree of success, as they were soon in some kind of room filled with various types of treasure. Forever skeptical about these kinds of rooms though, he looked at his two comrades with a doubtful expression on his face. "It feel like it's one of those 'there are booby traps everywhere, take something at your own risk' types of things. What about you guys?"

Joy was very forgiving of people losing their tempers in Wonderland, unless they were the Red Queen, in which case lost temper was the damn norm. But she was glad that Rhys was there to help Seren calm down, and after discussing plans and strategies (and a whole lot of dumb luck) they reached the treasure room.
Which Joy did not trust because this was Wonderland. Not to mention "I don't think I ever got to a room like this before. If it's new, or if it's real, I should go first." From the piles and boxes and mounds of things out for grabs, whatever possessed Joy to take a spoon might have been an assumption that the totem form of her weapon would be safe.
((The Dormouse’s Silver Spoon: A silver spoon which sparkles when you tap it on objects. Status Effect Can repair any broken inanimate object to its former glory as long as it is teacup sized or smaller (including phones!), cannot improve what wasn’t already improved. Once every week.))

Rhys' attempts at comfort were extremely welcome, and she just tucked herself in closer to her boyfriend, for that bit more comfort and calm that she somehow always found he was able to give her. It was amazing, sometimes, how much he could help her calm down, and relax so that she was no longer risking having a problem anymore. When he mentioned mission strategy, her brows came together and she murmured "Yes. Strategy might be something I could use some actual training in, in the future, too. I think it would be good for me to learn that, and tactics too, given..." She glanced at her Sun logo on her coat, and sighed. She needed to be able to handle what the hell the world threw at her, so she could be sure to make it home, safe and sound, to Rhys. She followed them, moving quietly and carefully, through the halls of the castle. She let her companions lead, following in their footsteps, in the hopes that if there were any traps around, she would be better able to avoid them this way. She trusted the two of them more then she trusted herself, especially in this matter. When they made it to the treasure room, she looked around, curiously. When Joy spoke, then picked up a... spoon? Why in the name of all that was holy was there a SPOON in a treasure room...?, she considered, then slowly looked around. For some strange reason, she found herself drawn to a glittering object. When she picked it up, it seemed to be a mirror, though for a moment she thought she saw herself naked, completely, in it... And tucked it into her bag to examine later. Quote: Broken mirror fragment: A fragment off a mirror that seemed to have a great power. Status Effect Lets you see someone as they really are, without makeup, enchantments or anything at all when held up, once per day. Also shows them without most clothing, so choose carefully who you point it at. Does not work on people higher ranked than you are.

He nodded first to Joy, and when Seren followed suit he wandered around a little bit as well. The room itself was full of curiosities he more or less expected to find in a dream-world called Wonderland, of all things. And though the two women picked up something for themselves he was still meandering through the stacks and mounds and clutter--it all kind of mish-mashed together in a way that didn't make anything actually look like much of a treasure--eyeing every little thing with a doubtful expression.
Still, he eventually came to a mound tucked away in the far corner of the room, and sitting right on top was something that caught his attention.
Treasure 4. Jingling Bell: A neat little cat bell on a collar. Status Effect A clear ringing bell which calls forth a ghostly cat for twenty minutes, this can be pet but cannot be hurt. Battle effect: Heals 5 HP to all friendly participants per battle/ per rp. He picked up a rather nice looking collar with a little bell attached to it. It wasn't ornate or anything but it caught his eye, so he pocketed it and walked back over to where both Seren and Joy were.
"Well...picked somethin' out and the world didn't end. Guessing that's a good sign." A pause, and then, "So any idea how the hell we get outta here?"

Had Joy been in a better mood, she would have jokingly suggested they press their luck and try for a second take. But the ground began to tremble, smoke slowly began to roll into the room, and a low rumble echoed against the walls. Joy turned towards the door, "We should go, I don't think we want to be caught by whatever that is."
She gestured for the two to head on out of the treasure room, and once they go through the door, they would find themselves back in their bed. Was it all a dream? The spoon in Joy's hand was first mistaken to be her totem but, no, there was a second one.
