"Why do you want to get back at your dad?" Probably for cheating and leaving Mik, but he wanted to hear it.

[ Peyton's AMA ]Melvin wasn't ******** around. Peyton turned to blink at him, brows arched. That was obvious a question she would have rather avoided, but then, that was probably why he asked it. "I like pain." Which probably wasn't really a secret for anyone that knew her really well. "I like the way it feels."

Rosswell AMAThe conversation was gettinf heated and Melvin just wanted to help the boat along. "What are some things you have been dying to tell Lysander but kept yourself from saying out of fear?" Lysander AMANot wanting Roswell to not have help, Melvin smiled at the pair and asked. "Would you date Roswell?"

[ Peyton's AMA ]The ring made you tell the truth, it did not dictate the length of the answer. Though Melvin was tenacious, and he'd ask for more details. It had her tilting her head as she gave him a considering look. "Excited, alive, and that I wish you'd been someone else."

Mikael didn't feel too pleased about the fact that Melvin had put him next to his dad and crossed his arms in a surly manner. "Would you ever hurt Rodney if you thought you could get away with it?" he asked a little coldly.
He shrugged, not liking how honest this ring was making him be, used to being able to mask it all in a veneer of cute positivity. "I want to get back at him because he's a bad person." he said. "Because he's nothing but darkness in the world and it will be lighter without him. I want to get back at him because he left me, because he used to hurt me, because he broke my arm, because he hurt my mum because so many things and he just keeps adding more. I want to hurt him so I don't see myself becoming him."
[America's AMA]
To America Mikael asked. "What do you think about me?" with a big smile.

"I hope he knows my personal feelings for him, of which attraction is certainly a factor. My primary feeling is loyalty. For years, I have assisted him in every aspect of his personal, family, and business life, arranging his appointments, overseeing other staff including the stable that looked after his infernal horses, sending his wife flowers after arguments, taking his daughter to dance recitals, carefully selecting retreats similar to this one which I did not select, and in general making sure his life ran as smoothly as possible. Although with that level of personal involvement after this many years, we have become very good friends. That, I'm sure, is mutual, which is why I would not consider other offers of employment, here or elsewhere."
He looked pained at Melvin's next question.
"That I love him, although this I'm also sure he knows by now, even if he personally is fairly reserved, or repressed, or something- is there a way to get this ring off?" Roswell asked, feeling as if the ring had become altogether too tight.

Melvin AMAHe stared back at him as his expression went cold. "While I thought about doing that to him I figured it wouldn't give me what I want and his death would only make your father raise Rodney up further on a pedestle and make him some martyr that was too innocent and pure for this world. It would probably make him fixate on some idea that he had salvation taken from him and instead make Rodney be idolized as some godly angel for your father to continue to talk about after his passing which isn't something I want him to do. Instead I want Rodney to fail Lawr and Lawr to fail him so many times he breaks - and for that guilded shell to flake and tarnish to reveal he is just as ******** up and flawed as the rest of us. Lawr will grow bored of his angelic trinket and toss him aside like he does everything else in life that doesnt get the reward. Rodney will get sucked out of his shell and while he will become a husk of himself, Lawr will find little to satisfy himself on and leave of his own accord. Death would be too kind for Rodney and I don't feel like being merciful. I'll let time and exhaustion kill him instead. Why do I need to hurt him when being with Lawr will already do that." His fingers had clentched up into fists on his lap as he glared back at Mik.

Although all the personal drama was very interesting (everyone else's, not his own), Roswell decided this session could be of some use, and decided to ask some questions pertinent to their immediate situation. First, he decided to toss out a few softballs, and to everyone who had received the ring, he asked the same question.
MELVIN / AMERICA / MIKAEL / LYSANDER / CLYDE / PEYTON / NOAH / MERRIC AMA
Describe your weapon. Their type, species, name, and your relationship. How you feel about them, and how they feel about you.
MELVIN AMA
To Mr. Questions specifically, he asked, (although, again, this hinged on magic being real, but he didn't have any other explanation for the ring's compulsive qualities).
"What happens to people who leave the organisation?"

Lysander went from indignant to outright angry at Roswell's further comments. "Look." he said. "This is embarrassing and we have discussed this. Friends and business relationship only, this is wholly unprofessional, what the heck!"
Narrowing his brows he asked another question, if only to move away from the love thing. "Do you resent me bringing us here?"
[Lysander AMA]
Still red from the question he'd been forced to answer Lysander robotically answered the follow up with icy coldness. He would not be speaking to Roswell after this.
"No." he said. "I wouldn't. I have no reason to date him, dates are boring, you need to do work and I hate work? Also he's an a*****e as evidenced by his previous question. I wouldn't date him, not ever."
He was somewhat uncomfortable being forced to admit the extent of his laziness, liking to keep a smiling front on it all.
[Peyton's AMA]
Lysander eyed the woman mostly with curiosity, he didn't know her very well and therefore wasn't sure what to ask her. "Are you available?" he asked with a playful wink. He had to try and offset that stupid question earlier somehow.
[Noah's AMA]
"What's the grossest thing you've ever eaten?" he asked.
Clyde's AMA
The flirting with a fourteen year old thing really tripped Lysander's paternal instincts and suddenly America was his daughter being accosted by Dirty Boys.
"Do you want everyone here to set you adrift on the ocean for being a creep?" he asked.

[Mikael AMA]Mikael frowned. "I don't like these questions." he said flatly but was compelled to answer. "It's a front. It's a front because I want him to trust me, because I want to wait until there is a perfect time one day to hurt him the way he hurt me and then some interest."
He was pretty mad at Melvin for this questions at this point. "Would you kill if you thought my dad wanted you to?"
The weapon question was easy.
"My weapon is a sniper rife, Fenris, Fenris wolf, we get along good, I think he's strong and tough, he thinks I'm a bit stupid."

The one called Melvin certainly wasn't pulling any punches. Merric was staring, a little wide-eyed, at the Roswell's flushed face, then slowly moved his gaze over to Lysander's angry retort and equally as flushed face, wondering if somehow he'd gotten inadvertently in the middle of something he wasn't supposed to have been.
"Uh," he said, trying rapidly to think of something to try and ease the tension. "Roswell, do you have any other hobbies other than providing care to Lysander's needs?"
Then he realized how that sounded and winced a little.
[ Merric AMA ]
At least it wasn't outrageously intrusive like many of the questions. Merric cleared his throat a little and said, "My - uh - partner - is a horseman by the name of Rinzler, I believe. It's a strange and peculiar arrangement. He doesn't talk very much, which I very much appreciate, because I'm not entirely used to having this - thing right now in my head."
He gave Roswell a grateful look.
[ Chance AMA ]
Chance had been there, relaxing comfortably near the edge of the group, looking perfectly at ease. When it came time for the ring to be passed to him, he slipped it onto the middle finger of his left hand and gave it a little wiggle, eyeing it curiously.
