Personality: Unlike his twin Haruto doesn't like to talk all that much, it's not because he can't talk or he's shy it's just that he's a little grumpy about moving away from all his friends. However over time he will begin to speak more and more. )
History: Haruto and his twin brother Hayato were both found on a Skerry by a couple when they were on their honeymoon cruise. Since there was no one around to claim the two boys they were brought on board and were eventually adopted by the couple. They would all live in japan until the boy's sixteenth birthday when they would then move to paris.
Weaknesses: Haruto tends to come off as a little blunt, he also isn't very good at any sports (other then swimming) he also doesn't know he's a merman yet therefore he is unable to turn into one at the time (like his brother)
Strengths: Haruto is very good at thinking logically, also like his brother he is a very strong swimmer.
