As he was thrown at one of the walls of Dysia's mono-blade dome, Death Bullet Kazuma stretched out his titanic left and right gloves to take the impact, allowing the crystal-like mono-blades to pierce his flesh and shred the palm areas of his greaves. Using his ability to fly even with-out his anti-gravitational propulsion unit, Kazuma hovered in place. "Giant Explosion Fist!" he cried. In his Proud Fist form, Kazuma could generate an incredible amount of raw fire-power from his standard punches. The Death Bullet pulled his right glove away from the wall of mono-blades, throwing a punch at it which, when concentrated in-to beam form, expanded a-cross a large portion of the planet's surface and was easily view-able from outer space.

Dysia's eyes opened wide in shock O_O she couldn't believe anyone would be crazy enough to attack an adamantine monocrystal heat sink with a physical touch attack following a beam weapon. Didn't he know this material was a stellar class heat shield? He should have known that the fractal architecture gave the superdiamond structure nearly infinite surface area to absorb energy. How could he not know? She couldn't understand it, and cringed as he quite likely shredded his other fist on the dull glowing monoblade. Virtually everyone as far back as the 20th century knew carbon nanocrystals had unusual properties.

She was so shocked by his stupidity, she just stood there, and watched. She could see the pattern. He would get injured, regenerate, channel a large volume of energy, try punching and grabbing and entangling, then get injured again, regenerate, and the cycle would repeat. Unlike Kazuma, the Empress could withdraw into her own world, or connect to a virtual reality and stalemate him for days... years. Eternity if necessary. In all likelihood, he would atomize the planet before he was done. But unlike Kazuma, time didn't pass for Dysia the same way. 10 minutes and 10 aeons were just different locations on a road she could freely travel between.

But in some ways she was very much like Kazuma. if she got injured, she would simply rely on the model's simulated regeneration platform, because that was more interesting than simply rerezzing it instantly like a light switch. She wasn't sure Kazuma remembered the first few seconds of the fight, and if he remembered, just lacked the perception to recognize that this body she was piloting was nothing more than an older model body she enjoyed, created by the the same nanoswarm that produced the wall he was attacking with desperate futility.
Two things are infinite. The Universe and stupidity.

"Kazuma, I just want to know one thing. Do you still think you can win?"

Kazuma pulled his right fist away from the carbon nano-tube wall, healing what parts of his gauntlet had been shredded. The same white spikes jutting out of the rest of his body started to extend from his right glove, replacing the areas where he had been wounded. "I will never give up or admit defeat," said the tournament-going Alter user. He flew down-ward to-ward Dysia, standing be-fore her, and extended his spiky right fist. Channeling all of his collected Alter energy from the Alter dimension in-to his right fist, the Alter user emitted a blinding golden light similar to Tien's 'Solar Flare' which could temporarily blind Dysia, whom he threw a punch at, releasing all the energy in the shape of a shining golden fist that could immediately disintegrate Dysia's crystal mono-blade structure, as well her mono-blade dark-sword.

Dysia looked at him continuing to devolve. She was always amazed at his tenacity. In each cycle, it was as if he grew more juvenile.

This technique is rendered useless if the opponent is wearing sunglasses, as evident in the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament when Tien Shinhan uses the technique against Jackie Chun, affecting him while Master Shen and the World Tournament Announcer are unaffected by the flash

As Kazuma's fist collided with the Blade blade, he discovered something unusual. All his kinetic energy was converted into thermal energy. All the thermal energy released was absorbed and converted into electrical energy. All the electrical energy was consumed and converted into strong nuclear force in the form of synthetic gluon fields. All of this happened so quickly that if Kazuma had the capacity to shatter his own arm by means of a tremendous blow against an immovable object, he was probably now experiencing this tragic reality for himself.

He probably should have aimed his shiny dong fist at the wall, but fell short, and limp against the sword. She shook her head. "Sad."

The Death Bullet loped to-ward Dysia. The more energy he pulled from the Alter dimension, the stronger he became. Spikes stood out all over his body, as well carbon micro-tubes, holding him to-get-her. Now, what to do a-bout that dark-blade? Kazuma had not fallen on the blade, being that his punch had been thrown from a-far. Holding his gigantic mitts out, he attempted to engage Dysia in a grappling match of sorts, using his giant gloves to reach to-ward the hand(s) holding the dark-blade. Kazuma attempted to break them.

The more energy Kazuma drew from the alter dimension, the more likely he woke the slumbering Altair, the 2 kilometer living ship buried in a remote asteroid belt. Her eyes widened as her internal sensors indicated it was a mere 750 million miles away... in the naked space between the orbits of two gas giants. She would have to finish this quickly, before this planet and all life on it ended.

Then she recognized something glimmeing off Kazuma. Monocrystaline regolith from the wall. He had clearly used his alter ability to incorporate the molecules into his body, perhaps hoping to bolster his combat prowess. Kazuma would find that a fatal error.

Monocrystalline Diamond Plague
As he drew close, holding gigantic mitts out, she feigned a defensive stand while multitasking a high speed signal, creating aggressive self destructive nanoscopic drone swarms to take over the control of the carbon strands and commanding them to grow like weeds and worm their way through Kazuma's flesh, cutting off vital arteries, veins, and capillaries essential to his regeneration. They were also ordered to draw additional carbon atoms from his surrounding cells, an effect that would cause cell collapse if successful. The entire event happened within the space of time it took Kazuma to reach toward her sword hand. Either way, the hijacked command drones would suicide themselves for additional carbon matter to feed the crystalline disease before it stopped. Once the infection spread, the slightest twitch or muscle movement on the part of Kazuma would shred his tissues like confetti.

Dysia grounded herself and braced for Kazuma's bestial talons, anticipating a tug of war should he survive.

Sadly to say for Dysia, the carbon nano-tubes, or micro-tubes, rather, visible on Kazuma's flesh were really just chords and capillaries standing out in his muscles a-round areas where spikes were growing from his nano-tube-shredded body-suit and physicality. Kazuma did reach for Dysia's sword hand(s), attempting to enclose it (them) in the warm embrace of his ring- and spike-covered Captain of Crush gripper grade gauntlets.

Dysia decided then that a completely different tactic would have to be employed. She stood there, and synchronized her position with the planet's core, locked her myomer muscles, and held the black blade facing down, a crusader's position. Her entire body became rigid, unmoving, only her cape ruffled in the wind, her eyes dulled as her eyelids dropped halfway down, looking soulless, dead inside.

And she waited, for him to fall into the trap.

Sensing that some-thing wicked was coming based on Dysia's posture, eyes, and fluttering cape, Kazuma with-drew his gloves from her personal space, taking several steps back-ward. Using his right fist, he punched the ground and channeled Alter energy in-to it, generating a small fissure of energy which stretched for approximately thirty-six feet, unleashing a powerful force sufficient to launch Dysia in-to the air and away from Kazuma.

As Kazuma struck the ground, rocks and rubble exploded up from beneath her, smoke and a cloud of dust with tiny pebbles caused her cape to billow violently. Everything became obscured in the massive explosion, and when the dust had cleared, there was nothing but a crater,

and Dysia, in the exact same spot she had been standing, despite having no ground beneath her, and she waited. The trap was nearly set.

The Alter-energy-infused spikes sticking out all over the front of Kazuma's head, body, arms and legs ejected at Dysia like needles. Kazuma about-faced, turning to-ward the nano-blade wall. Using his Crush ability, which he had acquired from Gully, he attempted to tear through the carbon crystal dome to get out-side of it be-fore Dysia could launch her next attack.

The immobile empress stood silently as the deadly energy infused spikes rushed in, like countless needles from a cactus. As they struck, the hope that they would stick fell to impotence. The ones that struck her clothing caused the clothing to dent briefly, then fell out, like a needle in cloth with far too heavy thread, dragging it down. The ones that struck her skin bounced off, falling into the deep crater below.

She was even closer to her goal. The third phase of her trap was almost ready...

Using all of his might, Kazuma threw at least thirty punches from right to left and then left to right at a large section of Dysia's crystal-like nano-tube dome, attempting to tear through it and then knock it over so that it would collapse up-on Dysia.

As Kazuma lashed out against the crystalline wall, he caused small fragments of much lower mass to bounce at a ratio of momentum back at him, but, those objects being of much lower mass, and atomically sharp, zipped toward his chitinous plates, gloves, and flesh at velocities ranging from 10 to 100 times faster than his 30 punches, the shrapnel explosion he created darted into him with all the fury he possessed, cracking and ablating certainly, but having no where to go but back toward him, created a crystalline explosion far too perverse to be tagged armor piercing. If Kazuma's fists could in any way damage his own armor or flesh, the shockwave of obscenely high speed shards would reproduce a scene from hamburger Hill.

Dysia remained motionless, not even a smirk formed as Kazuma fought against the barrier like a rapid dog trapped in a bear trap, willing to gnaw off his own limbs to escape.

it was coming...

Realizing that punching the crystal monolith was to no avail, Kazuma turned to-ward Dysia, resigned to his fate. New spikes started to grow on his armor where crystal shards had chipped a-way at his chitinous carapace. He walked to-ward Dysia, attempting to close the distance between he and she. He was still capable of fighting, and thanks to Cougar Straight and Kazuma's Mental Treason, he had full confidence in his own capabilities.

Kazuma broke in-to a head-long sprint, rapidly closing the distance between he and Dysia.
