"My, my, what an odd question!" Frossa's ever present smile refused to flicker. She had an inkling who the call was from. Smoothing down her skirts, she took a moment to stare directly into the camera, then batted her eyelashes. "I sincerely hope no one is bullying you, darling. You shouldn't take it to bloodpusher! I'll leave the deconstruction to the philosopher types, but... I think everyone deserves to look their best, don't you? Make up is a powerful tool to help you feel more confident. I'm a huge supporter, although I don't wear much myself. Mostly natural here." Frossa giggled and shook her head. Curls went bouncing. "Whichever you prefer, don't let the haters and namecallers bring you down, darling- do you! That's the Fross☆ way." She winked, grinning that s**t eating grin. "Please call again, dear fan~!"

"Amonee! It's so nice to hear your voice- everyone this is my dear friend Amonee Brycer from Busthind, a talented painter!" Frossa made wild gestures as if introducing an imaginary Amonee to the crowd before her. "Your support means so much to me, darling! I'm blushing over here," Frossa covered her cheeks with gloved hands and let out a girlish giggle. "I do, actually! I have a few songs in development, but I think the one that's coming along the furthest is called- well, wait a minute here!" She laughed, leaning back in her seat. "I don't want to give too much away- I really love surprises, y'know! The single is about what gets me out of the recuperacoon at night, though. Finding your bliss. Deep stuff. I have a whole album coming out, and it's really personal to me. I put a lot of hard work, sweat, and smiles into it. So be on the look out for that~! Thanks for calling, dear!"

"Hmm," now this was a question he had to reflect on for a moment. "Well I s'pose cattywampus has always be a fun sayin' that I like ta toss around now and then." he chuckled, scooting forward in his seat, looking more humbled and down to earth. "It kinda means things have gone unexpectedly, or sideways. When things don't quite work out it's all gone cattywampus." He said with a nod. "Though I can sure as heck say nothin' ever goes cattywampus at Cerise's Baker or at Cart Wheelin' Deals, such fresh food. Though I can't say for sure a casserole or two haven't gone cattywampus in my oven." he said with a humble chuckle.

I have a question!
Question: Are you aware of how much you talk about your sponsors?
Rp question: The blueblood recognized the purpelblood vaguely from that same Bloodfest questioned previously. Clearly, these memories were stored quite vividly in her thinkpan.Malice found the purple's bold and glittery facade nauseating and infuriating, but found she was even more annoying when her mouth opened. Why was she still watching this garbage? Time to make a call. "Fross☆, clearly no one would ever know who your sponsors are." Malice jeered, pausing for effect. "You literally sound like a broken record. Nothing about your responses are natural and remind me of a ******** 1pm infomercial. Do you just tune it all out or are you aware of how much you blather? Fross☆- more like Farce, really."
PostPosted: Sun Jun 18, 2017 11:02 pm

Frossa let out a small gasp, throwing her hands over her mouth. When she pulled them away, a sheepish smile and accompanying blush had spread across her face. "Oh my, dear viewers! It seems like we may have a live confession!"

Frossa tapped her chin and laughed, waving for the audience to join her. "I mean... I've watched every bit of this competition and we're all very passionate about promoting our sponsors, I'd say! Each and every competitor. I adore my guys, but we all do. They're what made tonight possible, the cream of the crop! But could it be possible that I just... stood out to you, darling? No one knows who my sponsors are, or I'm a broken record- which is it?" Frossa tilted her head, innocently gleaming. "I'd have to say for me to pop out to you like that when we're all here proudly showing our support means something! Paying special attention to Fross☆ time, were we?" Frossa gave a sly wink, then drew back and wrapped her arms around her small form. "But- no, no! I'm sorry- Fross☆ belongs to everyone! Black feelings put a smile on my face, too, but I'm not ready yet. But thank you so, so much for your continued ratings! Keep watching!" She blew a kiss to the camera.

“Ah! Well, thank you!” Ganyma roared, a little too loud for the close-quarters interview. “I’m here for you!!” He pumped his arms. “I don’t know if there’s just one thing that I’ve gotten from a fan. Every interaction, especially from kids, really touches my pumpbiscuit. Even the trolls like like Chiuan, Lorata, and all the rest really make me grateful for sponsoring me! That’s a gift too, you know. I’m very happy about that.” He gave a courteous nod to the camera.

“Recently I’ve gotten a wonderful look at what some trolls do, though, um, like one troll had me sign an amazing drawing that he did of me! I think that was really neat. I drew lots of scribbles of my heroes in the ring as a kid, and being able to be that hero now is, uh… Unbelievable. I never thought I’d be living in Four Fronds doing what I do – as Lorata says, Alternia needs heroes! I’m just amazed at all of this, really. Anything a fan takes their time to make me, or even make themselves inspired by me, is just… Really cool. Thanks for the question!”

That voice sounded... Familiar. Afryse smiled politely at the camera, "Thank you for the question! I would say that the largest sculpture I have made was about twice my size." He chuckled at the response, realizing how difficult that could be to understand only after it was stated, "It was quite large and was a twisting set of ice sculpted to look like tentacles. If the light caught it just right, it would sparkle and add an otherworldy sensation to the viewer."

I have a question!
Question: Can you say the name Garand for me?
Rp question: "Hello, this is a question for...Discorp?" There was a soft sound in the background that might have been squeaking, and then the caller cleared his throat. "Can you say Garand at all?" It wouldn't make a bit of sense for viewers, Garand supposed, but he was seriously beginning to wonder if somehow his name wasn't even registering in her think pan for some reason. He had to know.

Ah, so Afryse's overt flirting caught on with the people. Mera decided to play that card, maybe help her better get to the bottom of it. "Well, we've known each other for a long time," she started. "Since childhood. And we've been close for as long. And now, partners. Time-wise, we've only been an item within the sweep. But it feels like much, much longer. It runs together naturally, if that makes sense. Flowing from something platonic to romantic. Like it was just...natural. Right." Or, Afryse would know better than to do her like that. He wouldn't come on so strong just for show, right? She looked over at him for his reaction.

There was a hushed but long applause as the cameras swung in towards the two chairs. Razzle, with an expression of deep and genuine interest, clasped her hands together and began the introductions. "Welcome back to Superstar Authority, sweet things. I have with me tonight Zindel Tagino. Hold onto your seats as we delve deep into their genuine, exciting, unique and vivid life with our probing and thought provoking interview. Zindel Tagino, how have you found Superstar Authority so far? Is it living up to your expectations? What's your best memory so far?"

"Heya, Razzle, looking fine as always, sweetheart," He winked at the presenter, leaning back in his chair before chuckling a little. "I'm thankful to be back! A big thanks for having me." He smiled, slight dimple creasing his face with his legs crossed and having a distinctly casual air around him, both hands propped up on his knee. "It's been pretty awesome. Between all the fans I get to meet and the sponsors I got to know better, I'd say this competition is tap-dancerrific!" He paused for the comedic effect, knowing full well how dumb it sounded but wanting to take off any edge he might have had from his introduction. Zindel was the nice guy, the redblood lowbloods could relate to and identify with. It was good to not be intense or rude. Accessible, friendly-- That was his part. He laughed. "Expectations? Haha, I just hope I'm living up to it's expectations! This place is full of lights and sounds I never thought I'd get to in this lifetime." Subtle, but innocent. Zindel didn't want to spend too long on each question one. He needed to talk little about himself, but enough to make others think he had a deep story connected to him.

Quote:
"Do you have a favorite memory? What is it?"

Here they came. "Favorite memory, huh..." Zindel tapped his chin a little, releasing a soft hum before his eyes shone a little in pretend remembrance. "...It'd have to be my first time performing." He chuckled a little, pushing some hair away from his face before turning toward Razzle with a charismatic smile. "It wasn't on stage, but in New Hemisect. I was a wiggler, and I lived in one of those communal hives with a bunch of other talented kids. We liked to pair up, sing and dance together. The first time was thrilling." He loved that word. He learned many words, but. That was one of his favorites. "Everyone was clapping, singing along. I'd felt like I was on cloud-nine. I spent nights teaching myself, practicing. They told me I was good enough to do it for money." He smiled a little. "Now look at me. I'm thankful to sponsors like Sundar Ghayak, the Gerbtown Breeders, and Cart Wheeling Deals for helping me get to where I am now."

Quote:
"Let's talk big. What is your goal in life? How are you getting there?"

"My goal?" Zindel had prepared his answer to this question with full confidence and a determined expression on his face, posture shifting to match his desire. "My goal is to be more than I am." He stated, serious and determined. Zindel was genuine in the words he said, voice steady and passionate. "To be something others look at and think of how hard I worked to get to where I am now. I'd never be where I am if the Death Dancers hadn't found me, and if sponsors like Underworld, and The Fluid Redistribution Station #36... 5794... hadn't supported me. Generous trolls like Lorata Gorgos and Molda-- Modadi Balloa are trolls that to this day, I'm thankful to have pushing me forward." Oh ********. Oh ******** oh ******** oh. ********> Well. That was one less sponsor he'd have to thank, he guessed.

Quote:
"Why did you join Superstar Authority?"

Zindel smiled a little, relaxing back into his chair. "I joined because I want trolls who're in tough places to know there's more to life than just to live. By trying a little harder, we can be more than us. That's what I believe." He nodded, resting his hands on his lap. "I'm certain that by becoming the face of Alternia, I can help other trolls see that. Alternia needs heroes, and not just the saving kind. Trolls lean on entertainment for support. It gives us something to look forward to every night. Sponsors like Eridia Tsifer and Almuma Ththil understand the importance of this!"

Quote:
"Let's ask the big questions. What is your favorite thing to eat?"

"Oh my gog I love everything." He realized he'd said that too fast, but it wasn't his fault. He wasn't used to eating so much fancy stuff. "Food is just so good. It's mind boggling how awesome it can taste when it's actually made. Have you tasted the food from Pheonix Down? Or Cerise's Bakery? They're both so good." He sounded almost as if in a dream, remembering the taste of their foods. "I'd give anything to always eat good food, haha."

Quote:
"If you were being honest, what would you say is your greatest weakness?"

"If I'm being honest?" Zindel looked completely serious. He stayed solemn. "It'd have to be my looks." He grinned at the camera, obviously joking but it took him a little too long to begin to chuckle. "Nah, nah, if I'm being completely honest, I think it'd be how sensitive I am to things." Zindel rested his chin in his hand, offering a small, sheepish smile. "I'm passionate about what I do, and I like to show emotion through my dances. That's how you know someone's good, after all."

Quote:
"What's one thing you never want to see happen? Like, your biggest fear?"

Zindel's smile faded a little from his face, obviously caught off guard. He hadn't prepared for that one. He offered a nervous laugh, looking down as his lap before glancing to the side. "To be alone." He said, surprisingly truthful. It took him very little to recover, swift smile right back on his face as he adjusted his seating. "But then again, I'm never alone. Not with all my amazing fans and sponsors. I can't say it enough but I owe it all to the Death Dancers and other sponsors like the Gerbtown Breeders and Eridia Tsifer. Thank you again!"

Quote:
Another camera hummed into life, and on the tv monitors around the stage, the judges panel slid into view beside the stage in a split screen shot.

Quote:
"So, when are you most comfortable? Like, a time, a place, a state of mind, darling?"

At the sight of Aandes, Zindel's smile spread a little wider and the redblood looked up in thought. "Most comfortable... Honestly, when I'm dancing. Up on stage at Underworld, for the Death Dancers, alone-- There's just no comparing. It relaxes me more than sleeping in the best cuddle pile, hands down." His hands moved a little to demonstrate hands going down before settling on his knees, ready for the next question.

Quote:
"Every good artist has a muse behind them. I’m curious, who is your biggest inspiration?"

Zindel paused. He chuckled a little before looking to the side. "Actually-- You were one of my inspirations, funnily enough." He felt a little weird saying it to her now, now that they were actually friends and coworkers, but he shrugged. "The rising star, Odette Cygnet? I'd seen you dancing on the streets, of course I knew of you. I'd wanted to meet you, but by then you were already famous. I guess I can make up for it now, then?" He chuckled lightly, seemingly smitten with the redblooded dancer sitting on the stool.

Quote:
"Ok, so, what's something you had to drop? Like, it wasn't gonna work out for you at all?"

Zindel listened to Regina's question, remembering the last time he'd seen her had been when she'd assigned him his task. "Uuh-- hmn." He seemed pensive, rubbing his scruffy chin, before crossing his arms, seeming a little guarded. "I..." The only time he knew something wouldn't work out for him was when Etsali, Ephias, and Voscil left him. When they'd left him for the rebels. But that wasn't exactly something he could say. "My friends since hatching and I had different ways of thinking. Trying to make them see reason didn't help, and no matter what I said or did, it wouldn't change their minds." He seemed regretful for a moment, before he looked back toward Regina and smiled. "I've changed a lot since then, so while that didn't work out, I'm sure there are other things that'll work out-- Like all of you amazing fans and sponsors!"

Quote:
Soft but enthusiastic applause rang out again, reinforced by Razzle clapping away. On the screen, the judges pannel slipped back out of view as Razzle leaned in. "And now, we will take some questions from the audience before wrapping up. All phone lines are open!"

"Actually there is someone I consider very special." Flydra looked thoughtful at the question. It was a little embarrassing but she supposed gossip was a big part of the celebrity experience. She knew that she loved hearing about it during the siren sleepovers.

"Maybe it's time I told her, to be honest." Flydra turned her neck slightly to glance at her closest dearest companion with an unusual softness in her eyes. She reached towards Scorpa's hand with slightly shaking fingers. They'd never really talked about this before.

"Scorpa... will you be my pale mate?" Her eyes met the yellowblooded amazon's, searching for acceptance.

Zindel blinked, before laughing a little, nodding at the camera. The voice sounded familiar! "Yeah, definitely. I'm fairly good at dodging so it's not often, but hey, I'm still fighting aren't I?" He grinned, snaggletooth sticking out, chuckling a little.

"Yes! I-" Scorpa had been about to answer when Flydra cut in. It was rare for the tealblood to speak so insistently and so she shut up and let the doctor speak. Eyes widened as she built up the question of who and Scorpa for a moment thought Flydra was going to confess to Lorata on live television. But no. Flydra had chosen her.

She wanted her.

"I'd better be! You're stuck with me!" In a blur, hair went flying everywhere as Scorpa all but tackled the tealblood in an aggressively affectionate hug. The two began to cry as Scorpa nuzzled her face against Flydra.

KitsuneAura

"What? Ger-Grenade?" Scorpa looked confused at the question.

"Are you asking me to spell it? You're the second person to think we're in a spelling bee! G-R-E-N-A-D-um...-E!" The yellowblood laughed. She looked at Flydra with an eyeroll but kept a playful smile on her face.

Rp question: "What is it that draws you to Underworld??" A quieter voice asked, tense and uncomfortable. Still she'd seen the redblood around and was starting to get the impression he was going to keep swinging by. Uncomfortable feelings caught in her chest and she was glad she could stop talking and just listen now, even if she was scared of what or who the answer could possibly be.
