It was in Mirror Space that she first felt it... A strange, uncomfortable feeling that something was off. It was late, at least for her- well, everything felt late when you lacked sleep. Her better half was likely tending to the twins while the Dark Mirror Senshi was tending to business matters (per usual). And while she preferred to get home... She couldn't pull herself away from the feeling that pressed at her senses.
Turning on a heeled boot, Leto moved with ease through the nearest mirror and out into the darkness of Destiny City. The mirror she chose to exit out of was nearest to a park, and she was immediately smacked in the face with the heavy, familiar, chaotic power signature. Dark, heavy fog was beginning to rise in the area and it sent chills up Leto's spine. <******** and Remarque knew a thing or two about powerful, out of control Mirror Wraiths and this was not something that the Senshi of Camouflage was happy about. How the ******** did it get out of Mirror Space to begin with? She cringed and ran as fast as she could to the area. By the time that she arrived to throw herself into the growing crowd of Chaos and Order soldiers alike, the Wraith had grown and shot out foggy tendrils into those nearby.
Why bother? You haven't been a leader or a friend to your Senshi. They would be better off without you here.
Red eyes glanced around as the Senshi stopped in her tracks. There was no way that she was here.
They've probably all forgotten you anyway, like I have.
No, no, no. This was most definitely not ******** okay. Leto shook her head to rid herself of her Queen's voice. There was no time for that s**t, not here, not now. Pulling her inner amazonian from deep in the pit of her stomach, Leto shifted from Eternal Senshi to Princess, her power signature exploding throughout the park. If people didn't realize something big was going down before, they definitely would now.
Using her large, inky wings to propel her forward, Leto threw her entire (tiny, but strong damnit) body weight at the Wraith. Even if it was nothing but a distraction, that was enough for her.

DMC Kiuchi:
Seeing as Acubens had apparently found a way they could do more, reduce this things power, he glanced about. He was terribly new and lacked confidence but he did pull out the small mirror shard he carried but hadn't used. He'd been, up till now, useless as a dark mirror senshi. He'd been busy getting his life together and settling into a new life and new routine. Maybe he shouldn't have thrown himself into this...maybe it was too much. "Acubens...?" He questioned, hoping she would understand that he was a bit lost on this. He might have asked her for help, whispered to her that he hadn't done this before. But he turned his attention to Scylla as she returned to their side.
Flashing her a bit of a smile he nodded his head. "Yes, this isn't good..." Ohhh...and there the blue and white senshi went taking off after the tiny little senshi. "Are there lots of senshi like that?" He asked looking at Acubens with questioning eyes. Little children shouldn't be involved in this, he didn't even like that this was going on and that anyone was involved, it was a lot for anyone.
Looking to Ara he gave a shrug. "Don't know much here..." Acubens however did and provided information, information even for himself, as he gripped onto her uniform tightly and kept close, hoping she would tell him what and how to help...direction was needed for him. He sort of felt a lot younger than his seventeen years right now...like he was back in middle school.
Because you've always needed someone else. Even now you can't do anything on your own. They'll leave you - too needy.
The thought whispered inside his head, a nasty little thing, as it fed off of his own personal insecurities and kept him from further asking for help as he stood there looking lost and blinking dark eyes as worry started to build. After this would he not see Acubens again, or the blue and white senshi? Would the one he was standing next to just ignore him? Was he really that bad?

Oh god, help him Acubens. And I'm so not sure what his madness should be at. :biggrinies:: Help. ::sobs::
Dark Mirror Eternal Sailor Acubens: 49/70 Stage: Eternal Madness: 23/100 Attack: --- Boss HP: 243/400 Spell: Attack + 2
Feeling a tugging on her fuku and hearing just the smallest voice, Acubens looked down at Kiuchii. Surely he couldn't have made such a sound, right? But he had, and Acubens felt something shatter inside of her. He was frightened. He was brand new with a teacher nowhere in sight and there was a monster on the loose. Acubens wrapped her arms around him again and held him close, trying to stave off the panic she could see threatening to race through him. He had no mentor when he had found her, but he had one now. Gods as her witness, this senshi would never have to hold on to anyone else every again, because she would prop his feet up underneath him and teach him how to run.
"What do you need, sweetie," she asked into his hair, stroking it smooth like her mother used to do to her on stormy nights.
And then, out of nowhere, an electric charge rocketed through her whole system.
Leto...
She soared above head, lean and powerful and perfect and Acubens' heart soared with her. She pointed, excitement brimming in her voice and in her eyes. They were safe now. They had a chance now.
"The cavalry is here!"

Sadalsuud frowned slightly as she heard someone ask if anyone had any ideas on how to stop the Mr Giant Wraith because truth be told she didn't really have any idea.
Just as she had no idea what this particular one was doing in the park.
But it was, it was–
Green eyes widened as the wraith suddenly burst into what appeared to be vines made out of some sort of fog-like substance that suddenly came shooting out...
And she may have thrown another stone at it as those tendrils came lashing out, although the principal targets appeared to be those closest to the thing.
And then green eyes widened again as she picked up on another Dark Mirror aura, although this one was much, much stronger than all the others...
The source appeared to be a woman, with black wings and as Sadalsuud watched with wide-eye amazement, she flung herself at the wraith.
And there was admiration there too because the woman with the wings seemed so strong.
Sadalsuud bit her lip and awkwardly reached down to see if she could find another stone or something, because whilst she wasn't one for fighting she did want to help - and stone flinging seemed to be kind of working–

Something felt wrong, Anakeion realized, very belatedly -- it felt like something was clinging to her ankles, pulling her down, and useless useless failure of a girl failure of a mentor USELESS like they were screaming in her ears - you can't help. It sounded like Lepus, almost; it sounded like Lepus, but cruelly pleading.
There was an awful knot in her throat. She felt like she was going to throw up.
Her hand almost slipped off her staff again, when she lashed out with it, and Anakeion swallowed very hard.

Varuna: 55/60 Stage: 2nd Madness: 5/100 Attack: Boss HP: 231/400 Spell:Attack ( +2 Damage ) Healing ( +5 Health )
Whatever she’d expected when she showed up at the park, it wasn’t this. She’d gone there that night looking for another one of those mirrors to see if maybe she would run into a certain Dark Mirror Senshi again, but instead she found a whole group of people fighting against some creature.
All of these monsters attacking the city, and yet there were still so many to stuck around. Was it because they were foolish, or maybe they thought they could make a difference if they stayed? Did that make her foolish as well? Probably.
Strange whispers echoed in her head, and she quickly jumped forward to try and attack. It was a strange creature and she didn’t know what to make of it, but it needed to be stopped.
Scylla: 44/70 Stage: Eternal/Third Madness: 28/100 Attack: 1d12 = 7 DAMAGE Boss HP: 224/400 Spell:0/2 Attack, 1/1 Defense Available
The whispers were growing louder, and Scylla shuddered with the nausea and bile rising in her throat. She couldn't show weakness. Couldn't afford it. "The mirror wraith is how they drain their victims," Scylla countered Acubens with an eyebrow raised, "And until we figure out what's happening here we may find it prudent to start worrying all your Bruces are going to become as brutal and damaging and youma."
The skin at the back of her neck prickled as she felt the burst of a Chaos Aura- a Chaos Royal. Not Negaverse.
Leto.
Scylla's lip curled, her fists clenching and unclenching as the mist swirled around her ankles, more whispers in her ear. Useless. This is what you allowed to happen. This is your fault.
She sucked in a ragged breath, shoving at the voice, trying to push the doubts and the prodding fingers away.
Purple eyes sought around as she lashed out violently again with a tentacle-limb, catching on Kallichore and relaxing again. Catching on Ara, fighting valiantly for a child her age. Focusing on the auras of Order, their warmth; not the abrasive scrape of Chaos over her senses.

Kallichore found herself fascinated with all the activity, trying to not only take in all the newcomers, but to really listen to them. Scylla and Acubens had disappeared somewhere -- left you behind, darling --
-- the Dark Mirror didn't know what caused this?
Interesting...
Taking in a deep breath, Kallichore rocketed towards the creature to deposit her own brand of madness upon it. Could it feel the insanity it was pumping into everyone in the park?
((Sorry this is short! I'm trying to keep up with this plus my other tags. >< ))
DM Sailor Sadalsuud: 35/50 Stage: First Madness: 15/100 Attack: 6 Boss HP: 206/400 Spell: Healing: (+5 to HP)
Sadalsuud found herself unconsciously backing up a few steps from the woman with the tentacle-like things sprouting from her back because the look that she'd sent in the direction of the curly-haired dark mirror senshi didn't look too friendly.
It brought back memories of the Order senshi that had attacked her as she found herself stepping even closer to the curly-haired dark mirror senshi, because at least her aura was familiar...
But she was busy with another dark mirror senshi and Sadalsuud...
Sadalsuud didn't want to intrude, although she didn't want to be all too close to any Order auras either.
Instead she bit her lip and reached out to pick up yet another stone before once again sending it towards the wraith.
It occurred to Acubens suddenly that Kuichi drew closer to her when she announced her discovery of the mirror wraiths' effect on the giant wraith. She kicked herself internally, realizing that of course he wouldn't know how to do this. If he was this unsure of himself, it meant that he very well could have been missing the very basics of what he was supposed to know. Rage boiled within her as the realization struck her. They were supposed to be a family. How could someone just awaken him and then dump him with no teacher? She tried to keep it from her eyes but was sure that it showed through anyway.
"Like this, Kuichi," she instructed, drawing a mirror shard from the pouch once again. "Concentrate on what you want to have happen. You want a mirror wraith to appear. Imagine that happening and then let yourself have it." And as she spoke, another mirror wraith darted forward again, draining the wraith to the best of its ability. When it came back, opaque and full of energy, she called it back and released Kiuchi.
Hyperborea, Transcended Knight of the Cosmos: 55/70 Stage: Third Madness: 15/100 Attack: 6 Boss HP: 196/400 Spell: Offensive
Hyperborea smacked the wraith with the crystal wing of her staff, it seemed like the combine assault from all the order and dark mirror fighters gathered was doing a number on the wraith. Thankfully a very powerful ally showed herself on the field. Princess Leto in her regal spender assaulted the out of control wraith.
She doubted the princess of the dark mirror remembered her, after all they had meet only once well over a year ago and the knight of the cosmos had still only been a squire. But she definitely remembered the dark princess, she made sure to remember any of the royal power holders in destiny city that she knew of.
"Princess Leto, can you bring that thing under your control? Do you know where it came from?" She asked. While she didn't know the royal as well as she know her fellow ruler of the Dark Mirror she hoped that the princess would at least have answers for her. Beating this thing was all well and good but if they didn't know what it was or where it came from then how could she be certain this wouldn't just happen again down the line.
Cavalry? He didn't understand that but he did understand that massive feeling that he felt. It was like Acubens but bigger - much bigger. There was a comfort in feeling that...a certain amount of safety. It was the same and it was stronger - it could help right? He didn't question Acubens on who it was or anything else. He was good, he understood somehow. They were like Remarque...a royal dark mirror but they weren't the blond haired man. This one was female and dressed less...bright than the blond.
Hearing the dark haired senshi, who wore blue and white, he shook his head. The people they gathered energy from weren't victims...were they? Shuddering at the thought he hoped it wasn't like that...Acubens made it sound different - better. He would believe her for now, blue and white one seemed bias against himself and Acubens and others like them, it was from the wild haired female that he took comfort.
His focus was on Acubens as she pulled out another shard of mirror and made to show him just what to do. Following her movements he took the piece of mirror he had and did as she did, seeking to mimic her movements as much as he could. He'd seen her do it once and as he watched her once more he was pushing to focus on what he wanted to happen - what he wanted and needed to have appear.
What came out was indeed a wraith, small and not as scary looking as what was ahead of them, not by along shot, but he looked down at the small wraith he'd summoned and wondered just how much this little thing could take for energy. Everything counted though - right?
She snapped because of the madness if Scylla wants to recognize this or not. #hither #riteinhermouf
Dark Mirror Eternal Sailor Acubens: 44/70 Stage: Eternal Madness: 28/100 Attack: --- Boss HP: 191/400 Spell: Attack + 2
The only thing dampening Acubens' pride in her new student was Scylla's snide comment. And it dampened it. A lot. More than it should have, actually. She could chalk it up to stress or exhaustion or whatever, but something snapped deep in her stomach and she whirled around to meet Scylla's eyes with fire in her own.
"Okay, you know what's definitley not <********> helping? Criticizing the people who are here trying to help you. I get it. You don't like us. That's fine. But we're all here now fighting for a common goal so save your cheap shots for later." somewhere in the back of her mind, Acubens' rational self was wailing for her to stop, pounding against the door that her anger had locked her behind, but it was too late. She'd opened her mouth and bile just kept spewing forth.
"Point to one person here who's hands are clean," she swept and arm out over the scene of order and chaos fighting side by side against a common enemy. "That's okay, I'll wait. Because it certainly isn't <******** yours Sailor Blood Moon."
She'd gone too far. Any bridges that Acubens had worked to rebuild with Scylla after the fiasco on the roof had been burned to cinders and were being washed away by the white-water rapids of her unbridled rage. She took a step back, out of striking distance, and tried to keep her stance and face as hard as they had been when she began. "The fact of the matter is that we're all here. But if you want us to leave because we're offending you, we can go."
