In her own language, she yelled out the curse of her ancestors, just to relieve some frustration. She was gonna fetch him a drink allright. And possible some poison. Gods and Goddess only knew how much that young nymph aggravated her. Pū growled and threw herself up onto the barstool. She barked an order at the other tikikat, again in her native tongue and took a moment to collect herself.

As she took a pause, she glanced around at her surroundings. Gods how she had missed this place. The sand. The surf. No one giving out orders. She was broken from her revelry by an orange giant with a massive mustache. As he sat beside her and barked out for a drink, she realized that maybe he could help her. He knew what kind of poison was deadly to his kind. Perhaps he would tell her how to kill her master.

Turning toward this mysterious newcomer, she opened her mouth and asked "@#$%×₩€£ £₩@$+¥ ₩£@$☆■~°?" Not realizing that she had spoken in her own tongue. Despite the bar keeps intant astonished look.

Valko had just reached the edge of the area where the food was, when suddenly a pae landed, practically on top of him sending up a poof of sand. He was about to growl in annoyance when he heard the other pae speaking. Turning to face them he grinned. It wasn't a random annoying stranger, it was Hatil! His friend, who he made music with last year! "Hatil! Yes, greet."

Most would probably find is short terse way of talking confusing, he tended to leave out words he didn't think where necessary and had a habit of speaking as few words as possible at once. But to him it was a logical sentences, the name of a friend, followed an answers to the question and a greeting. It was polite to greet people, or so he heard, he wasn't one for greetings, but this was a friend so he made an exception.

He supposed he shouldn't be surprised that she was here since this is where they had met. But he found it to be a pleasant surprise that he had run into her again. Or rather that she had landed near him. Dropping the sack he grabbed some food and offered a random bit of meat that he had gabbed to her.

He grinned when she agreed to volleyball. Not that he knew how to play. But if she didn't know how to play, then it didn't really matter that he didn't. Because they could make up their own rules! "Yeah, I mean, how hard could it be? Certainly no harder than moving a boat." At the throwback to their stolen boat adventures he laughed.

"Lets be on our way!" He looped his arm with hers to start walking towards the courts.

He was NOT making this easy was he? She sighed and took another large gulp of drink. She couldn't even really enjoy it like this! A little more speed, she was right behind him now. "No, not the wrong pae. You know, you're making it really hard to talk right now. I can't really apologize while chasing after you!"

Ooo, spa up ahead.

Monroe shrugged her shoulders, honestly not knowing how hard this volleyball could be. "Have you ever done volleyball?" She now asked him, looking at him with a suspicious gaze. Since he had brought it up, she assumed that he knew what it was and how to play, he did mention running after all.

"I mean... Moving a boat take some..." Monroe flexed, and then giggled at her lack of muscles. "But it's not complicated." She shook her head, even if it had been awhile since the day they stole a boat together, it was still a moment she would rather not relive. She could still feel the embarrassment rising in her cheeks.

She looked down at their looped arms and instantly calmed down.

The boat ride was arguably the best part of the trip. Well...aside from a little hanky panky with his girl. And with a moment away from the kids...of course he took advantage of that. He grinned toothily down at Andro as he laid in bed in the cabin. Elsewhere Black Jack was watching the kids back on their boat as they enjoyed a much needed vacation.

"Andro...Andro me hearty...Much as I don't like t'say, I believe we dropped anchor. Time for all to go to shore whose goin ashore."

Harlequin glanced around a little unsure, this was the first time he had decided to do something on Venus Day and he wasn't looking forward to it. To couples it was the most romantic day ever, but for the singles it was just considered as 'singles awareness' day. At least that is what he had heard others who were single call it. But, at the same time he saw it as an opportunity to well make some friends maybe find 'the one" but he figured he wouldn't get his hopes up too much, because at the end of the day he might end up being disappointed. He flitted around watching others.


Like Harlequin this was her first time doing anything on Venus Day, she always saw Venus day as a regular day. But, over time to couples it wasn't just a regular day, it was a day where females got pampered and spoiled by the males. She couldn't say she had ever experienced such a thing because the thought never occurred to her, or It could be the fact that it was something she rather not stress about too much. At the same time she excited and looking forward to it but she was trying to not be soo excited, because for all she knew at the end of the day it would be a disappointment. She liked the idea that she would get to be out and about and hopefully make some new friends, because currently her life was sad and she didn't have a whole of friends. She flitted around quietly observing.

Seneca had fluttered her way towards the celebration with a few baskets of what appeared to be a bunch of flowers. She'd spent hours before the big day making a bunch of Leis to share with their guests in between her tasks of tending to Mother and her other duties.

Over the course of the past year, she'd come to realize that she had done little to contribute to the few parties she'd attended to already and wanted to do something a little more this year. For those that knew her, it was a big step - even for her - to want to branch out and be more than the shy introvert she'd always been. Yet, she was willing to try. Especially since a large part of her duty was to make sure that everyone was enjoying themselves and help anyone and everyone possible should they come to her with a problem.

Taking a deep breath of self encouragement, she set down her baskets - all but one - and began walking towards the nearest Pae she had seen.

A green Angel, by the looks of it! The most beautiful shade of Jayde. The Younger Grace of Prosperity gave a warm smile as she closed the gap and pulled a Lei from her basket.

"Welcome to the Island, Miss!" she managed, though it was likely evident that there was a twinge of shyness in her tone. She fluttered up a few feet and draped the Lei of flowers over the girl's head then resettled her feet back into the sand. "Are you enjoying yourself?" she then asked, tilting her head with a small bit of curiosity.
