Being a superhero was one of the biggest highlights of Ray's life. Adding onto the fact that he was not only brilliant, rich, and quite the handsome man, he's saved the world and defended time itself. Imagine his surprise when he was not only oblivious but here's all too late that madmen are once again terrorizing the world and he was nowhere to be seen. The reasons as to why he was preoccupied weren't necessary to the situation, only that he arrive as soon as possible to lend a hand. Flying overhead in the A.T.O.M. suit, he could already see the orange light of fire and the smoke that covered the moon in the night time sky. "This is a lot worse than I expected.." He said in disbelief. He knew explosions were involved but to this degree? Ray was really out of the loop here.

He was nearing the dreaded, crime ridden city of Gotham, home to Batman and his band of masked crusaders. Within city limits, Ray cut his thrusters from the suit off as he began to glide and descend slowly towards the ground, only to cut them on again a few above the street to land safely. A rushing wave of civilians clambered passed him in a frenzy, who wouldn't, but as the crowd seemed to disperse, Atom thought it would be fitting to to aid with the high-rise buildings with the city, burning at the tips and would soon consume the rest of the city. He took to the skies once more, scanning down below for any of the Justice League. Everyone seemed to blend together, you'd think you'd be able to spot someone in a big red cape or a man adorned with bat ears. "Keep focused, Ray. Save the city now, greet the others later." He landed directly in front of a tall building, he estimated it at least over a dozen stories high.

"Haven't pulled this trick in awhile. Here we go." Pressing a function on his gauntlet, Ray completely altered his size and structure rising tall to match the height of the building. Now at eye view, Ray could see people screaming and from the looks of it, were ready to jump just to end it all. "All aboard the Atom train," He'd say in stoic voice. He laid his hand flat out against the building, prompting them all to walk on it. Without hesitation they jumped for their chance to live another day and sat upon the center of his palm. Making sure the ride was full, he lowered them down slowly in a safe place and sent them on their way to safety. "Onto the next one."

Back in Star City...
Dinah proceeded to observe the goons, along with the van that had been stationed just near the dock behind one of the larger abandoned buildings. The mention of "Mister J", or the Joker lit up a bulb in her mind. The Joker? No good. Nothing good at all.

The first trigger went off. She could hear the goons laughing and rejoicing in the noise of people screaming and two distinct clowns along with ruffled noises through the intercom. Dinah wanted to keep being a pitched bird and proceed in her attempts at understanding what was going on, but there were a few things she understood by now: 1)These goons had ties with the Joker, 2)Lives were being lost and 3)These two needed to meet with her fists since they were laughing at people's agony and probably causing some type of mayhem. Perhaps even, they were going to. They both began talking about Metropolis. Big mistake. In the distance she could see a large cloud of black smoke rising into the atmosphere. Yep, it was time for her to take action into her own hands, rather fists.

Dinah slide down one of the pipes attached to the building, managing a grasp on hand rails still keeping stealth a huge element to her movement and the element of surprise up her sleeve.
One of the goons would finish discussing plans, probably with the other and walk the permitter. Dinah knew there was something inside the vehicle they stationed precisely where they parked. Near abandoned buildings, a few streets away from the busier more compacted area of Star City. Coincidence? Hm. Casualties.

As soon as the goon go close enough, Dinah proceeded on her way to tornado round kick him square in the jaw, and proceeded to do a cartwheel kick, punching the guy with a left hook straight to his skull. Collapsing on the floor, his weapon also fell beside him; Dinah grabbed it and threw it inside a bin, still cautious as not to make any sounds.
The next goon didn't seem too distressed. He had been listening to the intercom, still managing to hear the screams of people and the Joker's laugh not to mention responses from his female counterpart. Dinah had to take him out, especially if they were planning something in Star City since it had a connection somehow to Metropolis. The black smoke grew bigger in size in the sky and the more she waited, the more of a possibility it was for her to take action.

She maneuvered her way to the side of the vehicle and quickly hitting him with a back fist, but knocking him out with an uppercut punch. Sighing afterwards, Dinah listed off her leather jacket and settled her eyes on the walkie-talkie looking device. She moved the vehicle's door open to reveal a large technical system of wires with large numbers counting down. It seemed to be a bomb, but it could have also been tapped to something greater. The Joker's signature image stamped all regions of the empty space causing Dinah to grit her teeth. Why didn't she know anyone whom she could contact especially at this time?

Sitting on the edge of the vehicle's side panel with the door open, she began to hash out possible ideas on how to get a leaguer's attention or if she would rather call in the police at a matter like this. After all, she kinda did want to have the limelight as a super hero for the time being...

Grodd flared his nostrils, considering the orders he had been given. No, the request that had been made of him. No human could ever make a demand of him. Looking towards his 'partner' so to speak, Grodd recalled all that he knew of Vandal Savage. He was a man as old as civilization itself. None could truly say how old he was, only that he was truly immortal and that he had connections with powerful families, organizations, and underworlds all over the world. He was one of the few humans that Grodd could respect, not that he would admit that. Going over his part of the plan, Grodd was pleased to see that Thawne was placing the villains in situations where they were best suited. It would have been out of place for Grodd to go to Atlantis, given that it was out of his element. Although he was curious as to how far Thawne's plan would truly go, considering he had mention making an alliance with the literal Greek God of War.

Back to the matter at hand , it would be up to Grodd and Vandal to ensure that the league remained distracted for as long as possible. Joker and the female would do their part but that would only do so much. Plans started to form in his mind, and much like Vandal he thought of who to approach and what would work out best in their favor. A few thoughts came to the fore, and he would be sure to share these with Vandal later on.

The panicking of everyone around would only draw more attention to Harley and Joker, that's exactly what she wanted. It was only a matter of time before one of the so called heroes tried to to put an end to Mister J and her's carnival. Harley's ponytails flew back in air as she jerked her head back towards her puddin, as the Joker's walkie talkie crackled she knew mayhem was only about to began. She watched her lover red glossy lips open and close, his eye's light up. "-Well you know what that means, don't you pumpkin? Gotta go toe to toe with Superman, give him the ol"' left hook, right hook... Kill him," Those exact words that fell from the Joker's mouth. Smiling at Joker, she repeated to pat her bat back and forth in her hand. It was no Batman, but Superman was very well known. " We gonna get em good, Puddin! Red cape man is gonna die taday" She squealed with joy.

The smell of burning victims, got her to think about a Superman barbecue. " Just ya think puddin, we gonna have super ribs for dinner. Wouldn't cha like dat." Licking her lips, Harley dreamt of taking the so called god down. As every scared man and woman and child ran off crying like a bunch of little bitches. Harley was going to stay put and distract the Justice League like she was supposed to do, but instead of distracting them Joker and her was bound to kill em. The pain of everyone who cried out with fear, anger, gave the psychotic woman more adrenaline. Running around in circles she sang, hoping that would get the Justices League to arrive sooner.

Before Deadshot and Enchantress could enter the next hallway, the sound of gunfire could be heard from beyond the turn. Shouts could be heard , laden with distress and panic, presumably from the guards who were doing all that they could to contain this sudden and disastrous prison break. There was a sound of something heavy being smashed and all of a sudden three guards could be seen flying through the air and sent sprawling across the floor. "PULL BACK!" Someone shouted , terror now evident in the tone. "GET BACK TO THE ARMO-" His next order was cut short and replaced with the sound of an heavy object hitting stone and a bone crunching splatter.

Laughter , dark and heavy , followed soon after and the remaining three guards turned the corner, heading directly for Deadshot and Killer Frost, either unaware or uncaring of the two villains. Following suit was the gelatinous and oozing form of Basil Karlo, better known as the shape shifting, murderous Clayface "YOU CAN'T ESCAPE!" The monstrosity shouted, stopping short of the two villains. His mud-like body built up before them , soon taking a somewhat humanoid shape that towered over both of them. "And what in hell's name are you two doing here?" He inquired, genuinely surprised by their appearance. Clayface was aware of everyone that had been imprisoned within the Gotham Star Labs facility, and while Killer Frost, sure as hell belonged here, Deadshot was just a normal man with a gun. Their presence here probably explained the cells opening, but he thought he would ask.

The sounds of several guards getting thier collective asses handed to them, drew her attention towards the lumbering mass of clay heading thier way. The sudden thought of throwing Deadshot to Clayface made her smirk. Her dark blue-black lips curling up as she was approached by thier rescued prisoner. With her arms crossed and her pose struck with an attitude fit for the cockiest of monarchs, Killer Frost looked Clayface up and down, wondering if she could freeze him if need be.

"Well, if there's no escape then this little prison break of ours isn't doing very well." She replied snarkily, moving closer to him. "We were sent to get you and a few others. The Reverse Flash has a plan to get our revenge on those that wronged us, and fix our lives to how we want them. You in?"

KF walked past him, stepping around his muck left on the floor so she could check on the others she was suppposed to get. "Yes or no, I have two more on the list to get... " She looked inside of a cell with a body seperated from a head. That must be Metallo? Ugh, of all the things she was doing now. Wasn't there a parasite one too?

She help up a pale finger, "Ah, before I forget... " She turned on her heel to face Deadshot and threw a continuous blast of ice towards him, backing it up with her other hand as she moved towards him, ensuring proper coverage of the useless man. The pale lady of freezing death would not stop till she was satified that he was firmly frozen in place.. or even frozen solid. "Your 'services' are no longer required, nor is your mouth, or your stupidity."

The moment Killer Frost open all the gates of all the prisoners, Deadshot watched an awe as all of these degenerates trample over the guards. As more of these super powered criminals came out, his target Clayface has arrived. It was quite interesting seeing the guards being devoured in clay like substances. It reminded deadshot of a movie. . "Two more to guy and we be getting paid." he thought. Then the huge chunk of clay came toward the two criminals that bailed him out and question their presents. Before Deadshot could say anything Miss Elsa, had to be the blabber mouth. He then scoffs and lit a cigar in his mouth waiting till it was his turn to speak.

Then Killer Frost did something out of the ordinary. She came close toe to toe with the merc who happened to be on his smoking break. "What does she want a kiss or something?" was his first thought. Then a sudden burst of cold has rushed through him making him frozen as solid. He always knew he was going to be double crossed somehow. However this didn't phase him a bit since being double crossed was in his job description. But being the prepared merc he was, he remembered his bullet bracelets were loaded with incendiary rounds. He waited until the two left to locate the other two. Using the sounds of the guards and prisoners bashing each other, he emptied all of the rounds he had on his bracelets melting the ice giving him access to his arms and hands. he then punches the ice on his face. Despite being somewhat free, he was still immobile. "I'll make that cold b***h pay...."

“Reverse Flash huh?” Clayface brought one oozing hand to his chin, taking the name into consideration. He had only heard of the man in stories on the news and paper and through the occasional underworld grape vine. Rumor had it that the man claimed to be from some time in the future or some nonsense like that and that he was just as fast if not faster than the Flash. He had a ruthless reputation that was for sure , although Basil wondered that if what the man claimed was true and that he was from the future, why not use his gifts to take full advantage of that? From what he heard the Reverse-Flash spent the better part of his career hounding after the Flash in an attempt to make his life a living hell. A complete waste of talent, he thought. But then again some part of him could respect such a vendetta.

“Now for what use could this guy have for a muck like me?” He asked rhetorically, a ghastly grin on his face. His entire body was an ever moving organism of mud and clay, constantly shifting and reforming. “Well like they say, you shouldn’t look a gift horse in the mouth. Consider me in. “ Decision made, raised what would have been a shifting brow , watching the frosty woman look through one of the doors and then back. She was up to something, he could tell. He had developed a knack for reading languages, a talent picked up along the way through a wonderful acting career. “ What are yo-“

Before he could even finish his sentence, the ice queen suddenly start to blast her partner with beams of ice and frost until he was nothing more than a frozen lump. For what reason? He couldn’t tell. Maybe a disagreement beforehand or just a mutual hatred of one another? He didn’t know. And he didn’t really care. He simply made a mental note to himself not to get on her bad side.

“Cold.” He said, turning away from Deadshot and back to Frost, walking after her. “ I won’t bother asking. Anyways, you mentioned others you were here for. I might be able to help you find them.” He offered his services.

Killer Frostbite

Based on the shouts of freedom and the cries of the dying or broken, Metallo had come to the conclusion that the world outside of his little cell was either A: Ending or B: There was a riot or break out in progress. Either way, he was definitely more than eager to be free of this imprisonment. Watching from the confines of his cell, he could see escapes rushing past through the window that made up one of the walls to his room. Guards were desperately trying to hold back the storm or in some cases just running away outright. Cowards. He thought to himself. At least have the dignity to die at your post. That was the military man in him speaking. Not that he was much of a man anymore but that story was already told. Now he just wondered if he was ever going to be free of this hellhole. He flexed nonexistent hands , dearly wishing that he could simply will his detatched body into life, have it pick him up and proceed to give the ‘hard working’ scientist of Star Labs a piece of his mind. That was not the case however.

Suddenly some woman with skin that looked frost bitten peaked through the door, and he attempted to tilt his head out of instinctual curiosity. There was a brief moment of awkward silence before he broke the quiet “ You just gonna stare or you are you going to get me out of here?” He asked bluntly, straight to the point. He didn’t even know the woman and he was expecting her to assist him. She didn’t answer and simply went back outside.
” Wait! Wait! Don’t lea-“ He stopped mid sentence. She was already out the door and he was stuck to himself again.

“Ah hell.” He muttered to himself. Maybe he should have asked nicely?

Alarms were blaring wildly and the monstrosity that was Bizarro didn’t even have a clue as to what was going on. The perfectly imperfect doppelganger of the Man of Steel was strapped to a bed, still clad in his backwards uniform of purple and dark blue that was a strange imitation of the actual superman’s suit. The scientist saw little to no point in removing it from him. There was little that could actually have been done to Bizarro. The backwards speaking creature was an anomaly that was simply out of this world. He was unpredictable and there was no telling as to what he was truly capable of. All that was known was that he had simply appeared out of nowhere one day, origin unknown, and had gone on a violent rampage across the city of Metropolis. Tossing vehicles aside, crashing through buildings, outright pulverizing criminals all the way saying “BIZARRO AM SAVING DAY! NO CRIME STOPPING UNDER BIZARRO’S WATCH!It had taken the full might of Superman and Super Girl to put a stop to his rampage and that was after a further fifty million dollars in damage to public and private property and sending several dozen people to the hospital.

Three years to the day and since than, Bizarro had been under the careful and restrictive watch of Star Labs. Bound with the strongest man made bonds on the planet and forced into an induced coma. The only saving grace was that the scientist of star labs had discovered that he was susceptible to blue sun radiation. Which they now imitated using specially designed lamps that surrounded him , basking him in the draining light. The confused create had a serene look upon his face, dreams filled with the thoughts of being admired by all of Metropolis and the world for his ‘heroic’ actions. All the while he stood upon a pile of those vile villains such as Superman and his friends that tried to rein havoc every day. He was whole unaware of the madness that engulfed the facility and that was perhaps one of it’s only saving graces.
“Bizarro save everyone.” He muttered to himself, sleeping in pure bliss.

"Good, or else it would kinda be awkward." KF spoke to Clayface as she made her way back to the cell holding Metallo. "Sure, actually... As you can see my former 'associate' who I was forced to work with was useless in both form and purpose." She glanced over her cold shoulder at the mass of clay male. "Anyone that isn't with us.... kill them." She smirked happily that this was finally going well. She looked back into the cell and walked into the cell holding the seperated Metallo. She had ignored his word earlier but now she spoke to him. "Seems like there's some assembly required." She smiled charmingly as one could with a frozen heart. "I suppose you didn't hear my offer to Clayface? I'll repeat it. Reverse Flash has an offer for you, he requests your presence and to join our little group of baddies." She unlocked the severed head from it's perch and lifted it carefully, moving it over towards the body to reassemble.

"There we go... I don't suppose you need batteries as well..." While she wasn't quite up to speed on all that Team Flash had been doing since she parted from them, but it was clear to anyone that they had been busy. "Well, whatever you decide, I'm on a timed schedule here.... I got two more to get." Killer Frost looked back to Clayface and exited Metallo's cell. Looking down the hall, she headed towards the end that end towards the other High Level 'Inmates' S.T.A.R. Labs had in thier care. Stopping by a cell window, she saw some creature without skin. "Hey.... Are you Parasite?" She gave a small grimace at his apperance. "I hope you heard all that, I'm tired of repeating myself. Reverse Flash wants you to join us. Get revenge, blah, blah, blah, you know the rest." She opened the cell to let him out, whether he was Parasite or not. She knew another big baddie was here and was going to double down to make sure she suceeded and prove herself effective. If SUperman decided to show up, she would need him to make sure she didn't get her fine frosty a** handed to her.

The far sounds of gunfire, let her know that Deadshot had gotten himself at least party free enough to fire some kind of gun. Killer Frost Grumbled, but quickly realized... she had direct access to a few horrifying badasses... either she'd give him the kiss of death or she could send one of them to handle that insufferable human. Maybe Parasite? "You look hungry Parasite... wanna eat a human?" She gestured back down the hallway. "He's a little cold but I'm sure he'll warm up. He's not part of this party anymore..."

"How're you holding up? Need any assistance?" Speaking calmly, all while kicking a** in the streets of Gotham City.

Things on Ollie's end were...troublesome. But that was pretty much the case for the entire city at present. Riots were beginning to break out out, robberies, what was next? Civilians fighting among one another? It was just pure chaos every which way you looked. Hearing Canary come over through the comms did however give him some relief in the situation. It was always a good reminder to know he wasn't in this alone in this. "Processing." was his rebuttal before having to take down some very unoriginal anti-hero Gotham thugs. Seriously, why did they even bother? "Don't worry about me. We need to focus on getting these people to safety before anything else happens."

Speedsters perceive the world at a much faster rate than anyone else, making rather small moments of time seem like an age. Professor Zoom was becoming frustrated with how long this rather simple break out was taking. The connection between Gideon and Deadshot's comlink informed Eobard of the little bicker he had with Killer Frost. That was it, he had to force start the next stage of his plan. "Gideon. I want you to encrypt the following message and export to this device." He attached a microchip to the handheld stand. He proceeded to list a location; The Slaughter Swamp. "Save as 'OPERATION N.O.R.A.', Gideon." As the data saved onto the microchip, he ejected it from the stand. Pulling up his cowl, crimson bolts of electricity flared and sparked from him as he exploded into a blinding sprint into S.T.A.R. Labs. Within a matter of seconds, he found Deadshot looking a little stiff but managing himself. "Forgive me, Mr Lawton." The man in yellow said as his voice was vibrating. Within an instant, he unleashed an assault of punches on Deadshot, knocking him out cold. He then planted the microchip onto his person. As the red lightning emitted from him once more, he sped down through the lower levels of the facility, past open cells until he came across Killer Frost. "Good work. I'll get the last one." He said to Killer Frost before turning to the rest of the detainees that she had freed. "Gentlemen. If you find yourself interested in getting revenge on those who have wronged you, and setting up a future where none of us are losers - I suggest you make your way to the Slaughter Swamp as soon as possible." He was certainly going above and beyond, finishing up a rather simple job for these rank amateurs. He phased his hand through a control panel, as the power holding down Bizarro in his cell began to shut down. That was his cue to leave. Zooming out of the building and back up to where the inner circle of the Legion had stood, Eobard held out Gideon once more. "Gideon. Connect me to Gotham City Police Department." Within an instant, Gideon replied, "Of course, you are connected, Professor.". The dull voice of a Gotham authority spoke to him, "GCPD, How may I help?" Raising his eye brows, looking down at the close-failure that was their first mission at S.T.A.R. Labs, he reported back, "Jim Mahoney here, Director of Metropolis S.T.A.R. Labs. Our faculty here have received reports of a break in within our Gotham branch. Incredibly powerful individuals were let loose, any help we can receive on the premises would be greatly appreciated." It wouldn't be long now before the GCPD, and most likely, The Justice League would show up. Killer Frost and the others would have enough time to escape, Deadshot? Not so much. "Circe, if you'd be as so kind."
