 Kin name: Breath Gives Life Roll: 5, 1 Large Bug (Mantis) && You play a game of fetch. (+1 token) Breath has managed to get a hold of someone's pet mantis. She tosses a twig, watching the mantis grab it and offer it back to her. This goes on for a little while until she notices that it seems to be getting tired, so she returns it to the pet watching area.

Kin name: Bitterly Sweet Roll: 2, 6 Wolf && You take the pet for a nice walk, maybe you find a thing or two. (+1 token) Sweet had never gotten much of a chance to interact with canines before, so he was happy to take one of the larger 'pups' for a walk as his task. He took the creature for a stroll around the market, letting it snuff and sniff at several places and even taking the time to throw a stick for it a few times before they returned!

Soothe 6, 2 - furballs (jackalope), wild animal Soothe's attention had been caught by the presence of a rabbit with antlers, but her fascination was for naught. Though she'd approached it gently, it quickly fled - and she realized that it wasn't a part of this booth at all.

Kin name: Linger Roll: 1, 6 Dog (shuppie) & You take the pet for a nice walk, maybe you find a thing or two. (+1 token) Linger had never seen a...a...what was it...shuppie...before. Was it supposed to have so many teeth? He picked up a pretty pebble or two along the way, but really that was just to avoid meeting its strange, beady gaze.

Kin name: Something More Roll: 4, 2 Small Bug (Stag Beetle) && Somehow you've managed to grab a wild animal, it is not pleased. (No token) Something More was eager to come back and play with her bug friends. Lifting a small one up with her hoof, she quickly found out the bug was not exactly tame. The creature crawled all over her, biting until the acha managed to shake it off.

Soothe 6, 3 - furballs (thoughtling), grooming Soothe was on a break from her booth again - actually, it mostly seemed like she was only ever taking breaks. It was just that it was difficult to agree on a method for running it...and yet the winter market was nearly over. Well, that was no issue. She was passed a small thoughtling who she was happy to groom, and came away with an extremely soft feather.

Kin name: Breath Gives Life Roll: 5, 1 Large Bug (Giant Wasp) && You play a game of fetch. (+1 token) Breath approaches the pet area and smiles at all the different pets. She nabs up a giant wasp to look after. She decides that it needs a bit of exercise and thought a small game of fetch would perk it right up. Once it looked happier she returned it to the pet area.

Kin name: Light in the Ocean Roll: 5, 6 5. Large bug (cave worm) && 6. You take the pet for a nice walk, maybe you find a thing or two. (+1 token) Light recently managed to obtain a ring of flowers for himself to keep. One of the pets at the daycare seemed to notice him as they salivated staring at the flowers. He decided that going for a walk with the caveworm would help feed him. Since there are plenty of other things it could eat while having a stroll. As long as it's not his flowers. "Just uh, don't eat this ok" he said, showing the familiar his bunch of sweet smelling flowers. "eat those," he pointed with a hoof at a prickly bush full of wild red berries.

Kin name: Crushed Roll: 4, 7 Hermit Crab - 7. The pet climbs onto your back and refuses to leave until you give it a ride. (+1 token) 'Oh, it likes you!' Crushed wasn't sure about all that - did hermit crabs feel love? Apparently this one did, as it snuck up her tail while she'd been cooing over a hound ... and it wouldn't let go! It didn't hurt, but its little ... feet? ... did tickle a bit. Finally she just let it be, walking around and giving it a 'lift' until it finally grew tuckered out and could be pulled from her back. How strange.

Traveler did very much like playing with the pets; he thought this particular daycare was more than enough when it came to fun, and he quite happily made his way towards them all, looking around curiously.

Soothe 5, 2 - large bug (giant wasp), wild animal Soothe was very tired. Perhaps that was why she tried to groom a giant wasp - who actually turned out to be a wild animal. Whoops. She'd just - er, she'd just head back to her booth in peace.

 White Sands 8, 1 Birds (golden eagle) White Sands looked at the large majestic bird, feeling a little silly for wanting to play a game of fetch with it. Would a eagle even want to fetch a stick? She decided to play the game anyway, throwing the stick. To her surprise the bird flew after it, returning with the item in it's talons.

Kin name: Water-in-the-Fire Roll: 2,3 Wolf (wolf) && 3. You groom the pet, you get a bit of fur/feather/honey/pet appropriate thing. (+1 token) After a nice, long day at the market, Steam decided to relax by helping out with some pets. He ended up grooming a wolf, ridding the thing of some briars and a few mats it'd gotten into while playing. He kept a few of the tufts, wondering if he couldn't use it to make something interesting.

(+1 token) Light had never seen a spectral hound before so he decided to pet it, when he got close enough to nose it, he felt barely anything... Why was he not able to pet it? He thought. ANd he tried again. it was strange but he liked it.
