She let out a sigh and closed her eyes again. "M'here fer you, y'know. F'you feel miserable and s**t. Yer not alone like you think you are."
She finished the bottle and set it beside her.

"Preparations first. Then I can pick up the actual creature," he muttered. Shun idly massaged his fingers and closed his eyes. He heard Chel's offer, but he said nothing of it. It wasn't something he couldn't eventually work through on his own.
Of course, things could always get worse.
It probably will get worse.
He wasn't really in a position to be able to improve things.

"Well- everything cool that I want." Chel didn't often talk about material things she wanted. She ended up feeling like a burden or like she was asking too much from the world. Her parents had taught her from a young age that for the most part, they simply didn't have the money for things. As a byproduct, Chel taught herself not to want things.
She gave a laugh brought on by exhaustion and a small buzz (she'd been drinking earlier when she was out too, it was only now that she was beginning to feel anything). "I just hope yer luck rubs off on me s'all."
