Just who would want to sabotage their return to space—and why? That question occupied the forefront of Ephias' sleep deprived thoughts as he picked his way through the murder tower. He had heard whispers theorising that the rebel faction had initiated the attacks, but knew them to be false. Something of this scale he would have heard about.
So who then? Or what?
His brain seemed unable to progress past this question, despite all attempts to think of something. Thankfully—or perhaps not—he forgot all about his frustration with his mental roadblock when a tile slipped beneath him and he crashed to the floor. It took another moment for the pain to register as he fell through the path of several lasers.
Baring his teeth, Ephias let out a hiss. Fresh tears in his clothes and skin smoked. He lay on his back, not trusting himself to get up. Then, as he pondered his dilemma he caught sight of a familiar pair of horns.
“Ah. It's you again,” he said from the ground. A second pair of horns came into view. These he did not recognise.

Oops! I had not realised you had already quoted me and were together.
He could hit something, right? Maybe not the lasers, but something. Reemus started bashing the walls, the panels by the lasers. Whatever he could hit. If Voscil could keep up, so could he! And standing around wasn't fun. It made him feel weird. Like he wasn't doing anything but taking up space. He didn't like that feeling. And no one told him that he couldn't hit stuff, so that's what he was going to do!
Just hit, and hit, and hit some more. His knuckles didn't even hurt! So more reason to throw some punches. He survived a chemical leak. He could do this, too! Ha ha!
Item: Stryke uses his Novice Offensive A Artifact!
Remembering the strange ornate pocket watch he'd acquired during the Hunter's fiasco, the yellowblood fumbled for it. While it wasn't the same as Vremea's healing broach, it certainly would do the trick in this instance.
Quickly winding up the small trinket, the ticking of the clock produced a a series of little beams that immediate from it in a shower of rays aiming for one of the bots before it could make it's mad dash for either himself or Cynril. It hadn't mattered, Stryke had merely thought to test the watch. Much to his satisfaction it seemed to work just fine the bot lay motionless from the artifacts magic.
Stryke deals 3 DMG to the Defense AI.

Boss Attack
The passageway ahead is blocked by a crowd of troll-bots, milling around and bumping off each other. If metal can look confused, these seem a little uncertain about what exactly they're doing there, but the confusion disappears the moment they catch sight of you.
If you rolled a 1, a troll bot leaps on your shoulders and does it's best to try and unscrew your head from your body. Take 3 dmg, and 1 damage each roll after until a support power is used on you.
If you rolled a 2, two troll-bots link their arms together and a third runs up to them, bounces off the arms, and ricochets off to slam you heavily. You're completely winded. Take 2 dmg, and 1 damage each roll after until a support power is used on you.
If you rolled a 3, a troll bot in the shredded remains of a shirt that reads 'number one grubling' tackles you, and proceeds to slap you silly.Take 2 dmg, and 1 damage each roll after until a support power is used on you.
If you rolled a 4, you're charged by a troll-bot that, while failing to gore you with it's horns, pins you to the wall with them. As you struggle, it begins to kick and slap frantically at you, as it seems to be stuck as well. Take 1 dmg, and 1 damage each roll after until a support power is used on you.
If you rolled a 5, as you push and claw your way through the melee, a bot lying on the ground clamps it's jaws around your ankle and gets dragged a few steps before you can kick it off. Take 2 dmg.
If you rolled a 6, out of the corner of your eye, you see a trollbot pointing at you, and jeering. You're not sure what it's mocking, but the feeling stings slightly. Take 1 dmg.

Nucleo Glatte HP: 12/20 Damage: 2 Direction: Left If you rolled a 1, a troll bot leaps on your shoulders and does it's best to try and unscrew your head from your body. Take 3 dmg, and 1 damage each roll after until a support power is used on you.
"Aghhh!" As Nucleo approached the latest corner, he was greeted by a nice cold hug. A metal hug. Around his Neck. Yelping as he was bowled over immediately, the greenblood hoped his cry was enough warning for Amonee to hang back. He struggled with the troll bot and tried to throw it off himself. This only caused it to yank his neck up and he thrashed in an ungraceful wrestling match for a few seconds.
"I don't want any more baby bots!" The greenblood yelled, kicking the thing off. Traumatic flashbacks of the damage done to The Nightly Grind sometimes haunted his dreams. He didn't need any more terrible experiences to generate new ones!
Flydra Dromen HP: 34/40 (lusus) Damage: 3 Direction: Left 1 damage each roll after until a support power is used on you.
"There's too many of them. We've got to take them out." Flydra frowned at the sight of so many troll-bots wandering the corridor in their way. She didn't like moving obstacles, preferring stationary things like the lasers that didn't have so many variables when trying to deal with them. Motioning to Hydraddy, she asked them to bowl some down. Her lusus was good at knocking things off their feet.
Unfortunately this left Flydra wide open for attack on herself. A bot grabbed her and began to slap her around. Thankfully, it wasn't anything that would seriously injure her but it was incredibly annoying and it smarted! Yelping, she broke free after some struggling and pathetically looked for Scorpa or Austri to hide behind. They were the stronger athletically inclined of the four. And she just couldn't use Lorata as a shield. The highblood was too perfect, too precious, for something like that!
"Get away from him!" Nucleo was in trouble and Amonee waded through the mass of troll bots to try and reach him. It was hard to dodge the chaos but he had to rescue his friend. The other greenblood seemed to have all the bad luck in the world and he couldn't let anything slow them down right now. The barista kicked the bot off his throat and it went flying across the room. Relieved, the painter let down his guard until something shackled itself around his ankle.
"I-it's on me! Oh my Gog!" Shrieking in a panic, the jadeblood hopped, skipped and wiggled around the room in an attempt to shake it off, shake it off. Hey, funny enough, that Taylor Swifte dance routine he'd watched on the TV the other day seemed to be doing the trick! The bot chewed on him for a few seconds before his boogie thrashing dislodged it and the boys were good to go!

Scorpa Devile HP: 36/40 (lusus) (1 ongoing until support is used from now on) Damage: 4 Direction: Left If you rolled a 4, you're charged by a troll-bot that, while failing to gore you with it's horns, pins you to the wall with them. As you struggle, it begins to kick and slap frantically at you, as it seems to be stuck as well. Take 1 dmg, and 1 damage each roll after until a support power is used on you.
"Leave it to me!" Scorpa flexed and leaped into battle. Prada watched from behind, not inclined to fight the robots. Her child could handle them. Plus her venom wasn't going to be effective against machines. It was safest to stay back and let the trolls do the work here. Scorpa punched one with a happy cackle and turned around to spot another bot running towards Flydra. Oh hell no! Pushing the tealblood out of the way, the yellowblood was charged into a wall and stuck due to it's horns getting stuck. Struggling as it flailed against her, the girl growled and shoved the robot to the floor in a fit of frustration.
"There! Everyone okay?" Scorpa snarled, kicking the downed bot as she surveyed her friends conditions.
Slamming down through, it didn't take much for even Reemus to tell that they had hit a dead end. "Crikey! Let's go back!" He pulled Voscil with him. As he did, a bunch of bots appeared. They didn't flash any lights, but they didn't look happy. If bots could look like anything at all.
"D'ya think you can shock 'em?" He asked Sparky before stepping up to try the good old one-two punch. Out of nowhere something slammed into his head from the side, driving him down.
"Hey! Hey!" Reemus felt around to discover wriggling metal on his shoulder. Immediately he started to punch.

No sooner had the redlbood and the blueblood come into view than Ephias noticed a dark fog around the edges of his vision. “Ah,” he said simply. For once, his thoughts seemed clear. That was most certainly a sign that he was about to lose consciousness. The fog that is. Arms outstretched, he teetered from side to side. Maybe he could still somehow save himself. As the ground came rushing up to meet him however, he thought how nice it would be to rest a while.
There was a crash and the redblood toppled to the floor. Ephias had momentarily blacked out.

I done ******** up and posted before everyone else. A proper response can be found here.
Voscil Torgny HP: 14/20 Direction: Left (being pulled apparently hey don't worry she slowed down for you)
"Shock 'em? Whatdya think my name is for? Of course I can." She puffed up her cheeks slightly before nodding to Reemus...err Toothy. Her puppy friend, there how about that. Voscil realized they'd literally hit a dead end. Much to her frustration of course, which meant they were behind the rest of the group.
Turning on the bots she crackled with energy as she dashed at them, swinging her tonfas as her psinoics crackled with life sending jolts into the nearest opponent causing it to seemingly be stunned. Turning to see one on Reemus, she went for it, grabbing hold and yanking at the bot to make it release him. "Let goooo!" She growled at it, swiping almost cat like at the thing when it wouldn't obey her.
HP: 15/20 Military Grade Partisan Support A Trinket: 1/1
Lorata nodded, agreeing with Flydra's assessment of the situation. These robots were an obstacle that needed to be dealt with before they could move on. Trying to slip by simply wouldn't be an option. The seadweller readied her partisan for an attack, then paused for just a second to watch as Flydra's lusus bowled through followed quickly by Scorpa's own charge. Then she swept into the melee herself, the long weapon spinning out to keep her enemies from ever reaching her.
Scorpa caught a robot before it could rush past them to get to Flydra, but a glance showed that one already had somehow. As the tealblood broke free and moved back, Lorata stabbed the trollbot through the back and then knocked it aside as she pulled her partisan free. Military grade blades really could cut through nearly anything, couldn't they?
"Alright?" She questioned, giving the younger troll a smile. "Try and keep behind us if you need to!" Sure, she wanted the Sirens to be heroes, but there were different kinds of those and she didn't mind at all if Flydra wasn't really the straight on attacking kind. And on that note. "And good work charging in, Scorpa! Just a little more and we'll be through!"
It wasn't far at all to the next intersection, as best she could tell, so she stepped over the robot to move further into the battle. As she moved, though, there was a sudden sharp pain at her ankle. The robot had bitten her! Yelping, she tried shake it off, then bashed at it with the base of her partisan. "We killed you so stay dead!" She snapped as she hit it. That's cheating!"
Stryke Nvrmor HP: 10/20 Direction: Shuffles to the Right
"If you rolled a 4, you're charged by a troll-bot that, while failing to gore you with it's horns, pins you to the wall with them. As you struggle, it begins to kick and slap frantically at you, as it seems to be stuck as well. Take 1 dmg, and 1 damage each roll after until a support power is used on you. "
Stunned by the bot's horrendous fashion choices, Vulpin quickly fell to the bot's thrashings. "Unhand me!" They shouted, feeling like a pampered highblood as they slapped at the robot's grasp. Having to reach hard to retrieve their dagger, they finally freed themselves from the rough robot's grasp, and then started running for dear life. Eostre could catch up, surely.
Jumping swiftly through the messes of the dome, Vulpin recollected their thoughts on the design of the building. They were hardly far into the danger of the core, but already they were doubting the thought process of the designers when they built this security area. It seemed like more of a danger than a security measure at this point, especially with everyone getting hurt.
Austri dealt 3 damage. Austri is moving LEFT.
Austri'd been distracted by her friends, and soon after, was targeted by one of the robots. While Staglebro easily rammed it down, the greenblood had gotten caught by another, and she definitely wasn't letting herself get ruined. She kicked forward, and an intense gush of air exploded from her leg, enough to slam the robot nearby into a pile of metal bits on the floor. The greenblood clenched her teeth. This sucked. Glancing over toward the other two, the greenblood heard Scorpa just about finishing, and another robot came soon after, aiming for either Lorata or Scorpa. Austri rushed over, punching it straight in the side hard enough to whack him over, hard. With a mini smile at Scorpa, the greenblood almost sneered. "Ya missed one~"
