SPECIES NICKNAME: Rainbow Dactyl What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): whole fossil DIET Piscivore
Short Bio of Species The Cuatoliadactyl has a feathered tail but the wings are still mostly skin with only slight down that helps insulate from the cold waters in the northern areas where it fishes. Brightly colored, the Rainbow Dactyl often nests in brightly colored flower clusters to disguise itself and it's young.

SPECIES NAME: Cheloniacanosaurus Main Image: Fossil Number 4
SPECIES NICKNAME: Dog Turtle What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): Whole fossil DIET Omnivore
Short Bio of Species Cheloniacanosaurus was most commonly found on land, but was at home in the waters as well. It's extra legs gave it more maneuverability and speed on land than it's near cousin tortoise. It was warm-blooded and actually had fur anywhere not under the shell. It could eat most anything it found, though it made quick work of berry bushes - the whole bush, not just the berries. The Dog Turtle was nearly twelve feet in height on average, the largest specimen found just short of thirty feet high.
SPECIES NICKNAME: Big Toes What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): Tusks DIET Herbivore
Short Bio of Species The Quatchapian was the early predecessor of modern Big Foot. Nicknamed, Big Toes, it likely looked like little more than a ball of fur with a face and huge toed feet. It's fur let it survive the extreme cold of the ice age, though it's limited diet is what ultimately spelled the end for the Big Toes. It had small territories but loud voices, allowing mating songs to be heard for miles.
SPECIES NICKNAME: Triceri-theif What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): Spines DIET Insectivore
Short Bio of Species The spines on the Thyschianosaur's back was originally thought to have been Triceratops's horns. However an intact skeleton was recently found. The horns along the back are protection for the small dinosaur. It mostly eats beetles and ants, slow moving insects that are land bound, though it will any eat insects it can catch. The Thyschianosaur is barely larger than the insects it hunts, allowing it to sustain itself on only a few catches a day.
SPECIES NICKNAME: Big Horn Rex or C Rex What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): Jaw DIET Carnivore
Short Bio of Species The Canadensis Rex is not quite as large as the Tyrannosaurus and is much more social. Though it does not group like some smaller dinosaurs, it can tolerate other C-Rex in it's territory for a limited time and sometimes will work together on a kill. The C-Rex is particularly fierce in finding viable mates, the males battling in great displays. Though often the C-Rex female will become bored with the males fighting and wander away, to the gain of a male that was not involved in the mate sparing action.
SPECIES NICKNAME: Chicken Rat What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): Whole Fossil DIET Omnivore
Short Bio of Species The Gallusaraptor is a nuisance and a pest. It mostly feeds on the scraps of larger dinosaurs, but will eat just about anything. It particularly enjoys feeding on unprotected nests of eggs. Both cold blooded and non-scaled it was extinct very quickly. But it wrecked havoc on many of the larger dinosaurs just before the start of the ice age, their numbers thinned by the lower number of viable nests that hatched.
SPECIES NICKNAME: What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): it's totally a full fossil here. DIET piscivore
Short Bio of Species Much like some modern herons they use their 'gown' to create a shadow and lure in fish. Once the fish are close enough they lower their body giving the fish only one possible escape... into their waiting jaws.

SPECIES NAME: incredibilifabulosatops Main Image: Fossil Number 6
SPECIES NICKNAME: Featherboadon What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): ridge spikes DIET herbivore/insectivore
Short Bio of Species Member of the Ceratopsidae family, this fellow is closely related to triceratops. Unlike his more famous cousin he has an aboslutely fabulous display of feathers underneath his crest. Like a modern gecko he stores excess fat in his stubby-chubby tail
SPECIES NICKNAME: snaggle toothed saber What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): right jaw DIET Omnivorevore
Short Bio of Species The oddly sized tooth is only seen in males and is thought to be used to attract females. The more out of proportion the teeth are the more attractive he is as a mate. These cats lived in cold climates and used their big tails as blankets to ward off the cold.

SPECIES NAME: Fuffafeathermeradorian Main Image: Fossil Number 4
SPECIES NICKNAME: the feather poof dinosaur What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): pretty much everything but the front legs. DIET insectivore
Short Bio of Species this mouse size creature used to swarm like modern day like modern starlings. due to their small bones and soft feathers intact specimens are very difficult to find.Their favourite prey was the ancient dragon fly which they hunted in groups.
Researchers are disappointed though not particularly surprised by the large amount of soft and fluffy creatures coming out of the Mathizoic era.

SPECIES NAME: Ossioparadoxadonarex Main Image: Fossil Number 2
SPECIES NICKNAME: Ozzy or the paradox dinosaur What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): literally the entire creature is preserved. DIET N/a
Short Bio of Species According to scientists this dinosaur never ate anything. Which means it couldn't have lived... which means it didn't exist. Based on the remains there is no other explanation.
SPECIES NICKNAME: wtfsaurus What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): tail spikes DIET it's self (carnivore?)
Short Bio of Species Ouroborosaurus was able to rapidly regenerate it's tail. Which is fantastic considering it's main mode of transportation was to consume it's own tail. As it ate the tail would grow and new spikes would pierce the ground and propel it forward.

SPECIES NAME: Stubbasauripaddlar Main Image: Fossil Number 1
SPECIES NICKNAME: Stubby What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): Head, neck, and hips. DIET piscivore
Short Bio of Species Stubby lives it's whole life under water, ungracefully doggy paddling it's way through the world's oceans. It was very slow and terrible at catching prey. No wonder it went extinct.
SPECIES NICKNAME: little hands What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): DIET Omnivore
Short Bio of Species This creature has a false head on it's trunk like nose, which was presumably used to distract predators. With any luck the predator would take a bite out of it's fleshy nose instead of something more deadly. Nobody's sure how this evolved because the fact that it's literally covered with hands would lead most to think a predator would stare in confusion long enough for it to get away anyways.
Scientists regret using the nickname wtfsaurus on a previous discovery.
